Abstract

The workload in technology and information is high, so demands for performance and productivity are inevitable. Especially in providing services, bringing quality is a must. The company, which is engaged in network and application development, is aware of this. In fact, this research was conducted to reveal information about the factors that influence the performance of employees in the field of technology and information. So that it can be stated the efforts to repair and increase it. To prove this, a quantitative approach was used, this was done so that it was easy to get data and could provide a picture that was easier to understand. The sample technique used is simple random, with the number of respondents 67. There is also a way to collect data, do the distribution of questionnaires. The data obtained, then analyzed with regression techniques. From the research results, it is known that an effective work model for improving the performance of IT employees is flexible working hours. This means that the type of IT work tends to spend a lot of time, so giving freedom in terms of working time is an effective way to increase morale and work productivity.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu darma dari tri dharma perguruan tinggi, maka dari itu melakukan PKM merupakan suatu keharusan bagi Dosen minimal 1 kali dalam satu semester. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk mengetahui cara Meningkatkan keyakinan diri siswa/siswi akan pentingnya pendidikan tingkat tinggi; untuk Memberikan panduan solusi pada siswa/siswi terhadap kendala dalam mewujudkan mengenyam pendidikan tingkat tinggi, dan bagaimana Meningkatkan Kapabilitas Diri Dalam Dunia Usaha. Supaya PKM ini tepat sasaran, maka perlu diperhatikan metode pelaksanaan PKM. Adapun metode pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah dengan cara: Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan PKM ini digunakan beberapa metode yaitu: 1. Metode Ceramah / Presentasi, Metode ceramah / presentasi dipilih untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai: a. Memberikan pengetahuan terkait pentingnya pendidikan tinggi; b. Memberikan pengetahuan terkait dengan cara Bagaimana caranya siswa/siswi bisa mewujudkan dirinya agar bisa mengenyam pendidikan di perguruan tinggi; 2. Metode Tanya Jawab. Metode Tanya jawab sangat penting bagi para peserta. Metode ini memungkinkan para Siswa menggali pengetahuan sebanyak-banyaknya tentang Pentingnya Pendidikan Tinggi 3. Sharing Session. Tentang Pentingnya pendidikan tinggi di Univerisitas. Sharing session ini diberikan kepada para peserta guna mendorong membimbing Siswa Al-Manar Adapun hasil dari PKM ini nantinya akan dievaluasi berdasarkan taraf penyelesaian materi pelatihan, dan selanjutnya tim kegiatan PKM akan melakukan evaluasi tersebut dengan mengamati dan memeriksa metode pelaksanaan yang sudah dirancang dan yang telah diberikan kepada Siswa Al-Manar. Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing, product innovation and competency on the performance of MSMEs in the South Tangerang region. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a survey approach with the method used is simple random sampling, with a sample of 96 MSME actors in the South Tangerang area. The data analysis technique for this research uses PLS software version 3.0 (Partial Least Square) with the research results showing that (1) Digital Marketing has no effect on MSME performance with at statistical value of 1.151 < t table 1.660 and a P-value of 0.250 > 0.05, (2) Product innovation has no effect on MSME performance with at statistical value of 0.949 < t table 1.660 and P-value 0.343 > 0.05 (3) Competency has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance with at statistical value of 34.254 > t table 1.660 and P -value 0.000 < 0.05. These measures can contribute to the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in the South Tangerang Region.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at D'Besto Meruyung Branch, Depok City, West Java. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with Random Sampling type. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques use instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. tests, namely the t test and F test. The results of this research are that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 21.324 + 0.487X1. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount> ttable (6.681>1.660). Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 15.191+0.625X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount> ttable (8.623>1.660). Product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y= 12.894+0.207X1+0.481X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable (42.150 > 3.090). Thus it can be concluded that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Lojel brand suitcases at the Metro Department Store at Gandaria City Mall, Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The population in the study was 2,160 respondents. With a sampling technique using random sampling, a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a simple regression equation Y = 27.334 + 0.396 X1. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (6.480 > 1.986). Thus, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of product quality on purchasing decisions. Price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the simple regression equation Y = 16.349 + 0.638 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (9.318 > 1.986). Thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of price on purchasing decisions. Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions with the multiple regression equation, namely Y = 12.087 + 0.226X1 + 0.513X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (59.708 > 3.094). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Price and Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction of Panama Brand at Sumareccon Mall Serpong in Tangerang. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative type. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with Random Sampling type. The number of samples used in this research was 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques using instrument testing, namely validity testing and reliability testing. Classic assumption tests are normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis tests namely t test and F test. The results of this research are that price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a simple linear regression equation Y= 14.941 + 0.555 X1. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount>ttable (7.292>1.986). Product Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction with the simple linear regression equation Y= 13.121 + 0.580 X2. Product Price and Quality have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction with the multiple regression equation, namely Y = 8.777 + 0.376X1 + 0.356 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable (37.891 > 3.094). Thus it can be concluded that Product Price and Quality have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of product quality and price either partially or simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction on karawaci pharmacy sekata. This type of research uses an associative quantitative approach in collecting the sample using the Simple random sampling technique. This research was conducted on consumers who had made purchases at pharmacy sekata. The sampling technique used the slovin formula and obtained a sample of 98 respondents. Based on the partial results of the study (t test) it was concluded that product quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction by obtaining t count > t table or (4.305 > 1.984). While partially the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the obtained value of t count > t table or (4.439 > 1.984). Based on the simultaneous regression test (F test) the product quality variables (X1) and price (X2) have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) by obtaining F count > F table or (76,557 > 2,310), this is also reinforced by ρ alue < Sig. 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050).

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Price Perception and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Andesti Jaya Store in Bojong Sari, Depok City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is probability/random sampling, employing a random selection process that gives each member of the population an equal chance to be selected as a sample, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents. The results show that Price Perception (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 11.197 + 0.302X1 + 0.439X2. The correlation coefficient or the level of influence between the independent variables and the dependent variable is 0.798, indicating a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 0.503, which means that the variables Price Perception and Service Quality affect the variable Customer Satisfaction by 50.3%, while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other factors not studied. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated F value is greater than the F table value (49.061 > 3.090), and this is also supported by a ρ value < Sig.0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, indicating that there is a significant simultaneous effect of Price Perception and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Andesti Jaya Store in Bojong Sari, Depok City.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada para siswa/siswi SMK Al Manar Parung Bogor tentang bagaimana caranya menanfaatkan serta memaksimalkan fungsi lahan kosong di rumah sebagai sarana meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga dengan melakukan bisnis budi daya ikan gurami. Fenomena dan permasalahan yang banyak kita temui dan lihat di tengah-tengah masyarakat kita terutama bagi mereka yang tinggal di lingkungan yang masih cukup asri daerah perkampungan adalah banyaknya pekarangan rumah mereka yang cukup luas tetapi tidak menghasilkan apa-apa. Agar lahan kosong tadi bermanfaat maka diharapkan anggota keluarga terutama anak-anak muda yang masih sekolah di tingkat SMP maupun SMA agar bisa membentuk bisnis keluarga yang bisa meningkatkan perekonomian keluarganya dengan melakukan bisnis budi daya ikan gurami. Bisa dikatakan hal itu merupakan salah satu bentuk ekonomi kreatif keluarga dengan membaca peluang pasar yang cukup bagus. Tingginya permintaan atau demand terhadap ikan gurami di pasaran sementara ketersediaan ikan yang masih sedikit adalah sebuah peluang nyata untuk mendapatkan keuntungan, apalagi harga ikan gurami tersebut cukup tinggi di pasaran. Rasa ikan gurami yang sangat lezat dan khas tersebut tentulah memiliki pasar tersendiri di masyarakat pecinta makan ikan, dan sekali lagi ini adalah momentun yang sangat bagus untuk bisnis keluarga di lahan pekarangan rumah. Permasalahan ini sangat penting sekali untuk diketahui dan dipelajari oleh anak-anak muda khususnya para siswa/siswi di sekolah guna mengisi waktu luang mereka di rumah menjadi hal-hal yang produktif. Dan kelak suatu saat nanti ketika tamat sekolah bisa menjadi pebisnis atau pengusaha yang handal. Dalam dunia bisnis kesuksesan itu tidaklah datang dengan sendirinya akan tetapi dia memerlukan upaya-upaya yang dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga dulu untuk meraih kesuksesan ekonomi.
