Abstract

Adanya tuntutan-tuntuan baru dalam dunia industri meminta berbagai terobosan dalam berfikir, penyusunan konsep, dan tindakan-tindakan yang baru. Maka banyak para ahli yang menyatakan bahwa sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor utama dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti seberapa besar pengaruh rekrutmen dan penempatan karyawan terhadap profesionalisme karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dealer PT. Astra Honda Motor Wilayah Sukabumi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu thitung 9,112 dan ttabel yaitu 2,026 (9,112>2,026) pengaruh rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme kerja. Nilai thitung penempatan karyawan lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu thitung 9,924 dan ttabel yaitu 2,026 (9,924>2,026). Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa penempatan kerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi kepuasan pelanggan dalam hubungan nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan jenis cluster random sampling dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 pengguna MS Glow di Kota Sukabumi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa MS Glow telah berhasil membangun nilai pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan yang baik bagi konsumen. Nilai pelanggan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 8,324, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 9,742 dan kepuasan pelanggan memediasi hubungan antara nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 5,298. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan berperan sebagai mediator hubungan antara nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of job stress and toxic work environment on employee performance at PT Tirta Jaya Mandiri Regional Drinking Water Company. The methods used in this research are descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, the samples taken in this study were 30 employees. The data analysis technique uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression including correlation coefficients, determination, research hypothesis submission. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination test show that job stress and the work environment affect employee performance by 63% while the remaining 37% is influenced by other factors outside of the study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.794, which means that there is a fairly high relationship between job pressure and the work environment on employee performance. The results of the F test, namely the value of Fcount 7.371> F table 3.354, show that Fcount is greater than Ftable. Job pressure and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Ditengah perkembangan dunia bisnis yang semakin ketat, perusahaan harus memiliki kualitas kinerja yang baik agar dapat berkompetisi dalam persaingan tersebut. Kualitas kinerja yang baik ditentukan oleh berbagai hal dimana salah satu sumber daya terpenting dalam penggerak suatu perusahaan yaitu manusia sebagai tenaga kerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai efikasi diri, kerjasama tim, dan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Cianjur dengan sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Data penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel yaitu 6.697 > 2.032 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Cianjur dan Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel yaitu nilai thitung = 5.427 dan nilai ttabel = 2.032 (5.427 > 2.032) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kerjasama tim terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Cianjur. Amid the increasingly tight development of the business world, companies must have good quality performance in order to compete in this competition. The quality of good performance is determined by various things where one of the most important resources in driving a company is humans as its workforce. The purpose of this study was to determine an overview of self-efficacy, teamwork, and employee work productivity. To determine the effect of self-efficacy on employee work productivity and to determine the effect of teamwork on employee work productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative method through quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch with a sample of 35 respondents. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results showed that the tcount value is greater than the ttable, namely 6.697> 2.032, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on employee work productivity at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch and the results showed that the tcount value is greater than the ttable, namely the tcount value = 5.427 and the ttable value = 2.032 (5.427> 2.032), which means that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and employee work productivity at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work flexibility and non-physical environment on employee satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and associative approach. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study consisted of 31 Honda Motor sales people in Sukabumi, and all members of the population were used as samples. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient and partial test (t test). The research results show that the majority of respondents feel they have a high level of work flexibility, a very good work environment, and an adequate level of job satisfaction. Statistical analysis states that work flexibility has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, and a good work environment also has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that work flexibility and the non-physical environment play an important role in increasing employee satisfaction. Findings show that employees tend to feel satisfied with their jobs when they have a high level of flexibility and a good work environment.

Abstract

This research is a study to examine the application of Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Organizational Culture, Financial Incentives and Flexible Working Space (FWS) on employees of PT. Cloud Hosting Indonesia. Specifically, the purpose of conducting research at PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia is to find out management practices in applying the concepts of HRIS, Organizational Culture, Financial Incentives and FWS along with their influence on Employee Performance, especially for employees of PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia. The scope of this research will measure the relationship between research variables both dependent variables and independent variables using quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression methods. In this study, a research sample was taken from employees of PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia and obtained a total of 60 respondents with a sampling method using a questionnaire distributed to all employees at PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia. The results of respondents' responses from the questionnaire were processed so that the results obtained that the HRIS variables, Organizational Culture, Financial Incentives and FWS, all have a relationship between variables and a significant influence on employee performance variables at PT. Cloud Hosting Indonesia.

Abstract

In this era of disruption, the development of technology is accelerating, and people's habits in accessing information have changed. Initially, people accessed information through newspapers, magazines, television, radio, and so on. But over time, information can now be accessed through social media and online networks. So this is a big challenge for print media companies that are transforming to online media to survive and compete with other companies work creativity is an important thing to be applied by media companies, one of which is Radar Sukabumi. This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy, empowering leadership, and proactive personality on work creativity in Radar Sukabumi employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sample technique where the entire population is sampled. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on work creativity, then empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on work creativity. In addition, proactive personality also has a positive and significant effect on work creativity. This shows that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether work-life balance, psychological well-being and work environment have an influence on employee productivity at PT Bank BJB Cibadak Branch. The type of research conducted is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and associative analysis. The population and sample in this study were 30 respondents who were all employees at PT Bank BJB Cibadak Branch who used the saturated sampling technique method as sampling. The results of the research on the farsial significant test (t-test) show that work-life balance (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (Y) seen from Thitung greater than Ttabel, namely 1.969 1.699 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. psychological well-being (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (Y) seen from Thitung greater than Ttabel, namely 191 1.699 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. and the work environment shows that Thitung is greater than Ttabel, namely -1.757 1.699, so H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means it can be concluded that the Work Environment (X3) has no significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y) at PT Bank BJB Cibadak Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of performance appraisal and core values of AKHLAK on work performance. The researcher employed a quantitative method with a descriptive causal approach. The population in this study consisted of the permanent employees of PT. Telkom Witel Sukabumi, totaling 32 employees, with the sample size also being 32 permanent employees of PT. Telkom Witel Sukabumi. The results of this study indicate that performance appraisal has a significant influence on employee work performance at PT. Telkom Witel Sukabumi, with a t-value of 8.482, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.695, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the core values of AKHLAK do not have a significant influence on work performance, with a t-value of -0.982, which is smaller than the t-table value of 1.695, and a significance level of 0.334 > 0.05. The F-test shows that both independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on work performance, with an F-value of 35.990, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.33, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Descriptive analysis indicates that respondents' responses to performance appraisal and the core values of AKHLAK fall into the very high category. The proper implementation of performance appraisal is proven to enhance work performance, while the core values of AKHLAK require further approaches to have a significant impact.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion in the relationship between quality of work life and employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method with associative descriptive approach. The sample technique used was saturated sample by distributing questionnaires to 233 employees of Perumda Tirta Jaya Mandiri Sukabumi Regency and the data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software version 24. The results of this study indicate that Perumda Tirta Jaya Mandiri has succeeded in building quality of work life, emotional exhaustion, and good work performance in the eyes of employees. Quality of work life has a direct and significant effect on emotional exhaustion of 0.954, emotional exhaustion has a direct and significant effect on employee work performance of 0.965 emotional exhaustion mediates effectively in the relationship between quality of work life and employee work performance with an indirect effect of quality of work life on employee work performance of 0.982. The direct relationship effect of quality of work life on employee work performance is smaller than the indirect effect. Thus, it can be concluded that emotional exhaustion acts as a mediator of the relationship between quality of work life and employee work performance.
