Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of competitive advantage, entrepreneurial orientation, and product innovation on the business success of snack food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The phenomenon observed is the importance of innovation and competitive advantage in facing intense business competition. The problem identified is that it is unclear how much each of these factors contributes to the success of MSME businesses. This study used quantitative method with descriptive approach and associative analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 67 snack food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. Validity and reliability of the instruments were tested using SPSS, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that competitive advantage had a positive and significant influence on business success with a significance value of 0.022. In contrast, entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation do not have a significant influence on business success, with a significance value of 0.118 and 0.695, respectively. It is concluded that competitive advantage is a key factor in determining business success of snack food MSMEs in Sukabumi, while entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation have no significant influence. Therefore, it is recommended that MSMEs in Sukabumi should focus more on developing competitive advantage to achieve better business success.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived value and perceived price on repurchase intention through electronic word of mouth as a mediating variable for consumers of Solaria fast food restaurants in Sukabumi. The background of this study includes the rapid development of the culinary industry in Indonesia, especially fast food restaurants, as well as factors that influence consumer repurchase intentions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal descriptive design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 185 respondents of Solaria consumers in Sukabumi. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that perceived value and perceived price have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Electronic word of mouth was also shown to have a significant mediating influence between perceived value and price perception on repurchase intentions. This study concludes that to increase repurchase intentions, fast food restaurants such as Solaria need to increase perceived value and positive price perceptions in the eyes of consumers, and utilize electronic word of mouth as an effective marketing tool.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediating effect of competitive advantage in the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation to business performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method with associative descriptive approach. The sample technique used was saturated sample by distributing questionnaires to 100 skincare and cosmetic stores in Sukabumi and the data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of PLS software. The results of this study indicate that Skincare and Cosmetic Stores in Sukabumi have succeeded in building entrepreneurial orientation, competitive advantage and good business performance in Skincare and Cosmetic Stores in Sukabumi. Entrepreneurial orientation has a direct and significant effect on competitive advantage, competitive advantage has a direct and significant effect on business performance and excellence mediates effectively in the leadership relationship of entrepreneurial orientation to business performance. The direct relationship effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance is smaller than the indirect effect. Thus, it can be concluded that competitive advantage acts as a mediating relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh orientasi pasar dan adopsi media sosial terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada Coffee Shop yang ada di Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan pemilik dan pengelola Coffee Shop yang ada di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner online kepada 34 responden. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan bantuan pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, dan adopsi media sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, sales growth, company size on company value for the period 2020-2022 Quarter I to Quarter IV. The population in this study is all pharmaceutical subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely 4 listed companies. carried out using independent variables, namely profitability (X1), sales growth (X2) and company size (X3) and the dependent variable Company Value (Y), this research was conducted on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The research used is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach, the data analysis techniques used in this research are statistical and descriptive, which uses a number of tests such as the classic assumption test which consists of normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, hypothesis test (t test) using SPSS. The results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant negative influence between Return On Investment on the value of companies in the Pharmaceutical subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, taking into account the p-value (Siq.) of 0.001 < 0.05 with a t-statistic value of -3.538 which shows a negative influence. The results of the Sales Growth statistical test on company value in the Pharmaceutical subsector have a significant positive effect, taking into account the p-value of 0.015<0.05 with a t-statistic value of 2.523 which shows a positive influence. The results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant influence between company size and company value in the Pharmaceutical subsector, taking into account the p-value of 0.039<0.05 with a t-statistic value of 2.126 which shows a positive influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Company Size, and Profitability on Company Value in the company for the period 2015 quarter I – 2022 quarter IV. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. The object of this study is Capital Structure (X1), Company Size (X2), Profitability (X3), and Company Value (Y). The research method used is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The data analysis techniques used in this study are statistical and descriptive, which use a number of tests such as classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, hypothesis tests (t tests) using SPSS applications and horizontal analysis. The results showed that from the t-test (partial) Capital Structure partially showed results of 2.101 where t-count was 2.101> t-table 2.042 with a significance value of 2.101, Next, Company Size shows the t-count <t-table (0.472<2.042) with a significance value of 0.640, next for Profitability it shows the t-count <t-table (2.156>2.042) with a significance value of 0.040. The conclusion is that Capital Structure partially has a positive and significant influence on Company Value, while Company Size has a negative and insignificant influence on Company Value then Profitability has a positive and significant influence on Company Value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supportive work environment, work-life balance, dan budaya organisasi terhadap retensi karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam At-Tartil Sukabumi. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda, yang mana sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 166 responden dari total populasi 284 orang karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian dengan melakukan pengujian secara parsial dan simultan bahwa supportive work environment, work-life balance, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam At-Tartil Sukabumi. Perolehan pengujian koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh menunjukan nilai sebesar 0.786 atau dengan kata lain supportive work environment, work-life balance, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh sebesar 61,7% terhadap retensi karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Agronesia Saripetojo Sukabumi was established in 2002 as a manufacturing company that produces ice in the form of blocks, tubes, and crystals that are often used in the culinary industry. This research is based on the existence of a problem encountered in the performance of employees who are suspected because of the findings on social support supervision and organizational culture applied. The purpose of this problem is to determine the effect of social support supervision and organizational culture on employee performance. The use of the method in this study is by using associative descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population is all functional employees totaling 35 people using saturated sampling. In research analysis techniques using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The Data were obtained through research questionnaires distributed to all samples containing 32 statements using the semantic differential measurement system. The results showed that correlation analysis has a strong and high value. The regression coefficient for social support supervision is 0.344 then the regression coefficient for organizational culture is 0.487. The results of the calculation of the f test, show that fcount is greater than ftable. While the results of the t test showed that tcount is greater than the ttable. So it can be concluded that the variables of social support supervision and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The success of an organization in maintaining its existence is through the development of human resources. PERUMDA Air Minum TBW Kota Sukabumi is a company engaged in the field of clean water services, the phenomenon faced by the company from the aspect of human resources is the low performance of employees indicated by the decline in employee punctuality to work hour regulations and employee attendance. The results of field observations on several employees showed the absence of career development, namely job rotation, with the absence of job rotation so far employees feel bored because they have been struggling in the same field for years. This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee performance through burnout as a mediating variable. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a quasi-associative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling with a sample size of 52 employees. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPls Version 3.2 software. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence between career development and employee performance, there is a significant influence between career development and burnout, and burnout cannot mediate career development and employee performance.
