Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan yang dialami masyarakat Jimbaran dalam mengelola instalasi air karena permasalahan distribusi air yang sering bermasalah. Masyarakat pada kawasan tersebut pada umumnya memiliki dua buah tandon air, tandon tertanam dan tandon atas. Suplai air didapatkan dari perusahaan air minum daerah yang sering kali mengalami permasalahan dalam distribusinya. Pihak ketiga penyedia air bersih digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih. Permasalahan tersebut mengharuskan pemilik rumah harus mengetahui kondisi tandon air bawah tanah dan atas sebelum memutuskan untuk membeli air bersih di pihak ketiga. Hal tersebut relatif sulit dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung. Sistem mikrokontroler digunakan sebagai solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut. Sistem yang dibangun memungkinkan pengguna dalam mengontrol instalasi air. Fitur yang dibangun meliputi, notifikasi kapasitas air di setiap tandon air, mengontrol secara otomatis pompa air untuk mengisi tandon atas, mengontrol secara otomatis keran PDAM. Fitur tersebut didukung dengan layanan SMS. Sehingga pemilik rumah dapat mengontrol dan monitoring instalasi air rumah menggunakan layanan SMS.

Abstract

Bali is a province that has a diversity of arts and can not shunt from songs that come from Bali. Music in Balinese songs has a unique character, both in the variations of the tone that builds up a song and the lyrics contained in a Balinese song. Research on the classification of mood with energy and valence features of a song is often done, especially on western songs. Every music that is thought out has emotional energy that radiates and powerfully connects with human psychology. This research wants to explore whether the features used to classify western songs can also classify Balinese songs, which are rich in the sound of musical instruments according to the tastes of the Balinese themselves. Classification of songs is essential, considering that music is related to specific emotions and moods in humans. In this study, the mood classification of Balinese songs is performed using the Spotify API feature, namely energy and valence. Classification using K-means clustering based on energy and valence features is compared with the song mood data from ten respondents and produces the highest accuracy of 32%.

Abstract

Melihat dari permasalahan yang ada di Jurusan Ilmu komputer, PKL jurusan Ilmu Komputer dilaksanakan di dalam jurusan itu sendiri. Hal ini dilakukan untuk membuat salah satu bagian dari sistem informasi “SIKI”, yaitu pada bagian sistem informasi alumni yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai pendataan dan berita alumni yang ada di Jurusan Ilmu Komputer. Selain itu, informasi alumni juga memiliki peranan penting untuk pengembangan suatu institusi pendidikan. Karena alumni bisa berperan sebagai cermin kualitas sebuah institusi pendidikan di ranah publik. Dengan adanya informasi tentang alumni yang baik, secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan citra baik universitas terhadap masyarakat umum. Sampai saat ini masih banyak universitas yang belum memanfaatkan penggunaan sistem informasi dalam pendataan dan penelusuran alumni. Sehingga, untuk mempermudah memperoleh informasi tentang alumni Jurusan Ilmu Komputer Fakultas MIPA Universitas Udayana, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat menginformasikan tentang alumni.

Abstract

Geguntangan adalah pesantian dalam upacara keagamaan yang diiringi dengan gamelan. Indra pendengaran manusia cenderung memiliki keterbatasan, yang menyebabkan tidak semua vokal yang tercampur dengan gamelan bisa didengar jelas. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk memisahkan vokal dengan gamelan pada geguntangan. Pemisahan sumber suara ini dikategorikan sebagai Blind Source Separation (BSS) atau disebut juga Blind Signal Separation yang artinya sumber tidak dikenal. Algoritma yang digunakan untuk menangani BSS adalah algoritma Independent Component Analysis (ICA) dan Sparse Component Analysis (SCA) dengan berfokus pada pemisahan sinyal suara pada file suara berformat *.wav. Algoritma SCA dan ICA digunakan untuk proses pemisahan suara dengan parameter nilai yang digunakan adalah Mean Square Error (MSE) dan Signalto Interference Ratio(SIR). Dari hasil simulasi menunjukkan Hasil perhitungan MSE dan SIR dengan dengan menggunakan mixing matriks [0.3816, 0.8678], [0.8534, -0.5853] didapatkan untuk metode ICA nilai MSE sebesar 4.169380402433175 x 10-6 untuk instrumennya dan 2.884749383815846 x 10-5 untuk vokalnya dan didapatkan nilai SIR sebesar 53.79928479270223 untuk instrumennya dan 45.39891910741724 untuk vokalnya. Selanjutnya untuk metode SCA, nilai MSE sebesar 3.382207103335018 x 10-5 untuk instrumennya dan 3.099942460987607 x 10-5 untuk vokalnya dan didapatkan nilai SIR sebesar 44.707998026869014 untuk instrumennya dan 45.08646367168143 untuk vokalnya.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang menyediakan layanan telekomunikasi dan jaringan yang terbesar di Indonesia. PT Telkom Indonesia berawal dari sebuah perusahaan swasta yang menyediakan layanan pos dan telegram. Data Akses Management(DAMAN) Merupakan salah satu bagian divisi yang bertugas purifikasi data jaringan, Updating data SISKA, Updating gambar skematik, memunculkan ODP (Iranian Optical Distribution Purpose). ODP yang tidak muncul bisa terjadi karena kesalahan komunikasi antara tim di lapangan dengan divisi daman, sehingga data di ODP terkadang belum sesuai dengan data yang ada di pusat. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis ingin membuat sebuah aplikasi mobile yang bertugas memberikan notifikasi dan pelaporan hasil kerja.Kata kunci: ODP, aplikasi mobile

Abstract

Coffee is a plant that can be processed into beverages. The cupping score is a score for a coffee quality graded with an expert called Q grader. The cupping score will decide if a coffee may be called as specialty coffee. In this research, the cupping score will be predicted by the coffee properties and did not involve the Q grader for giving the score. The prediction of the score is obtained by using the GRNN method. The experiment consists of finding when the MAE and the MSE are converged and find the neuron's best number. The model's performance is measured with MSE and MAE with the best MSE value of 0.097 and MAE value 0.245.

Abstract

Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency or abbreviated as BKPSDM Gianyar Regency is a government agency that has the main function of serving personnel administration in the Gianyar Regency Government environment. In daily activities the employees are obliged to make a daily work report, but the process is still manual by using office excel which takes a long time. A system is needed to handle this to make it easier for employees to make and print their daily work reports. This system is built using HTML, PHP, CSS and PHPMyAdmin for MySQL database management. System testing with black box method is intended to test the suitability of the software elements that are made. Keywords: System, Database, HTML, PHP, Black box.

Abstract

Music notation is a system of writing musical expressions as outlined in the form of symbols in the form of numbers or blocks. Music notation is used to document the composer's work in the form of songs so that it can be used by the public. In Balinese culture there is also a musical notation called Guru Ding Dong's Notation. This study discusses the segmentation of guru ding dong transcript to determine the tempo of each notation using the Connected Component Labeling method and the rule-based method. CCL algorithm applies Graph theory, where all pixels in an area that have a relationship with obeying the rules of pixel proximity will become a new image. The image that can be processed by the CCL algorithm is a binary image. In addition, this study also uses the image preprocessing method for initial data processing, namely grayscaling and binarization. The system built for research uses the MATLAB 2017b application. The results of the test resulted in an accuracy of the successful identification of characters and the tempo of each notation of 82%, this is influenced by the preprocessing process where there is a lot of noise in the image.

Abstract

Pitch transcription is basically identifying and copying pitch on an audio or music. In this case, the pitch of a solo instrument music is processed to find the composition of the music tones, the method used is autocorrelation. After processing, the system will produce pitch transcription results from the audio that has been processed. this research done digitalization of an old method of identifying pitches into an application that is able to transcribe pitches in an audio. This Pitch Transcription application was created using the Python programming language with Librosa library as a library for audio processing. The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the identification of pitch from a solo instrument music. This Application Feature itself besides being able to show the results of pitch transcription can also display the Onset Graph, Signal Graph play the results of the synthesis transcribed audio sounds. Testing in this study uses audio sourced from 4 single instruments, there are flute, piano, violin and acoustic guitar. The test results show that the implementation of the autocorrelation method in the solo instrument tone transcription application has an accuracy of 92.85%.

Abstract

The song is a means of entertainment most often heard by humans where in the song consists of music and vocals. Good quality music and vocal singers will make a song more pleasant to hear. To make the song sound tunable and in accordance with the rhythm can be done by adjusting the vocals according to the tone of the song. From this we know that measuring sound frequencies needs to be done to determine whether a frequency or period is loud, it can also be used as a tool in vocal training, one of them for vocal tuning applications to find the harmonious sound of the sound. Moreover, it can be used as a learning need in Sound Frequency Processing. Where one of the parts to create a vocal tuning application can be through the Real-time spectrogram program. This RTS uses Pyaudio as sound recording, uses the Python 3.6 programming language and uses the Fast Fourier Transform method which will help when making real-time spectrogram and pitch detection programs. The test results obtained 75% accuracy in real-time pitch detection programs.
