Abstract

Mitra program IbPE ini adalah ”Wayan Tiki organic earring and Pendant” yaitu UMKM kerajinan ukiran anting dan liontin organik khas Bali (Organic Earring and Pendant). Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program ipteks bagi produk ekspor ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan UMKM mitra melalui pembinaan, pelatihan, pendampingan di bidang teknologi pemasaran dan manajemen usaha. Di tahun pertama akan difokuskan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra tentang pentingnya sistem pemasaran secara online, serta mangatur lay out stasiun kerja sehingga terjadi efektivitas proses kerja dan sekaligus dapat meningkatkan efisiensi sekaligus dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Metode pelaksanaan program IbPE ini telah dilaksanakan dengan cara: FGD (Focus Group Discussion) yaitu dengan cara menggali semua permasalahan mitra melalui diskusi yang difokuskan atas kelompok masalah yang dihadapi mitra. Metode Partisipatory Research Action (PRA) yaitu metode yang melibatkan partisipasi semua komponen dalam pelaksanaan program IbPE seperti partisipasi tim pelaksana, UKM mitra dan masyarakat lainnya sehingga hasil yang dicapai dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara ilmiah dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat pada umumnya melalui publikasi ilmiah. Metode Pelatihan (workshop) dan pendampingan, yaitu pemberian pelatihan kepada UKM mitra tentang berbagai topik sesuai dengan masalah yang dihadapi UKM mitra.Kata kunci: UMKM Kerajinan, Focus Group Discuss, Partisipatory Research Action, Anting dan Liontin Organik

Abstract

Smartphones are already a must-have communication technology to make it easier to live your daily life. However, with so many choices can make consumers confused in determining the appropriate choice. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help in the simple process that can be applied to decision-making cases such as in smartphone selection recommendations with a wide range of attributes. In the case of this study, the results were obtained that the Realme X3 Superzoom smartphone scored the highest preference with a value of 22. With this research, it is hoped that this decision support system can help potential consumers to more easily consider in the selection of smartphones that suit their wishes or needs

Abstract

Goprint is an Online Printing Marketplace that connects printing services with users who want to print documents quickly without the need to queue. In the span of time from April 2019 to September 2019 it was found that the number of Goprint users reached 407 users, 24 partners, and 256 orders. From transactions that have been carried out by users, not a few orders are often canceled due to ineffective Goprint features or poor partner performance. This causes Goprint users to feel dissatisfied with the services provided by the Goprint application. The Naive Bayes algorithm is one of the algorithms used for classification or grouping of data, but can also be used for decision making. With this algorithm and the problems that occur, the authors make a system to predict the loyalty of Goprint users to anticipate users who stop leaving Goprint because they are not satisfied or loyal users. The data used as training data is 20 and testing data is 10. From the test results it is found that the value of precision is 80%, 100% recall, and 90% accuracy.

Abstract

Dikembangkannya Rekomender Sistem Layanan Kesehatan bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menentukan tempat pelayanan kesehatan terbaik untuk dikunjungi. Pemilihan tempat layanan kesehatan didasarkan pada kriteria kualitas pelayanan, jarak tempuh pengguna dari tempat pelayanan dan rating dari tempat pelayanan. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana menentukan tempat layanan kesehatan terbaik dengan kriteria yang bersifat subjektif atau tidak pasti dengan cepat. Sistem rekomendasi layanan kesehatan dibangun menggunakan metode F-AHP (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process) yakni pengembangan dari metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) yang dapat mengatasi kriteria bersifat subjektif atau tidak pasti dengan cepat. Sistem rekomendasi layanan kesehatan yang diterapkan pada perangkat mobile, memudahkan pengguna untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan kriteria kualitas pelayanan, jarak tempuh dan rating tempat pelayanan, serta mencari informasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan sampai dengan menangani masalah pemesanan nomor antrian dan pembayaran. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem rekomendasi layanan kesehatan berbasis mobile menggunakan metode Fuzzy AHP. Maksud dari sistem rekomendasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan berbasis mobile yaitu untuk memudahkan pengguna aplikasi dalam mencari informasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan serta menentukan tempat pelayanan kesehatan terbaik yang direkomendasikan oleh sistem.

Abstract

The development of technology in the field of information and communication in this era is developing so fast. With all the ease of accessing the internet the impact on the web program is very helpful in completing work that was still manual. Avatar Solutions is a company that focuses on comprehensive web-based information management solutions coupled with complete hardware and software packages and reliable technical support. Avatar Solutions has an organizational structure that will move as a team to achieve the company's vision and mission. With an organizational structure such as a good attendance system is needed to regulate work time and rest periods per day from employees. Because of the reasons above, the author made the Front End Attendance Management Information System Employee Development aimed at helping employees to attend attendance efficiently. Through this system, it is expected that the employees will be facilitated in carrying out the attendance process through a web-based system.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a variety of cultures and arts. Traditional art dance is one of Indonesia's arts which is one of the important aspects in supporting Indonesian culture and even tourism. Traditional dance has a special attraction to be enjoyed while staying in the midst of rapid development. Therefore, the writer makes a market application that connects the studios, dance groups, and dancers with traditional dancer tenants. TariPedia makes it easy for studio owners, service providers, and event organizers to market their services so that they can be more easily reached by the public and can increase sales of their services with the payment feature through the application. Therefore by developing TariPedia with Prototyping Method and Java Language in its development, TariPedia will continue facilitates the community, especially in the fields of traditional dance and at the same time modernizing regional arts.

Abstract

Abstract Plant food is a necessary staple of each human being, in the process of cultivation is often the case things are not in want as failed harvests. These problems are caused by various factors such as weather that is not suitable for the needs of the plant or environmental conditions that are not suitable for its growth. Based on the problem that it takes a system of information that can provide information about the needs of that required by a plant food from the weather and environment of his life. Abstract

The COVID-19 virus or also known as SARS-Cov-2 is an infectious disease caused by the Coronavirus which attacks the human respiratory system. The COVID-19 case has affected all provinces in Indonesia, including Bali. There is a total of 7481 cases in Bali and this is due to the lack of understanding of the community towards the COVID-19 prone areas in Bali. Therefore, it is necessary to group the areas prone to COVID-19 in Bali. One of the clustering algorithms is K-Means, this algorithm uses several groups for the placement of some data with a partition system. The grouping will be carried out using data from the Bali COVID-19 Task Force website on September 18, 2020, using RapidMiner application. The results obtained divided Bali into 3 clusters with Denpasar as the center of the highest spread of COVID-19 in Bali as the red zone, then Badung, Buleleng, Bangli, Gianyar, and Karangasem in the yellow zone, and other districts in the green zone.

Abstract

The classification process is the process of labeling a class of data sets that do not have a class label yet. In the classification process there will always be uncertainty. The uncertainty here is that there is a possibility that the label chosen is not right and causing doubts. One method that can be used to overcome uncertainty is to use the Fuzzy and Dempster-Shafer (DS) methods. This research combines the fuzzification step to get the Belief value which will then be used in the DS classification calculation. This research aims to determine the effect of using different types of Membership Function in the classification process and the optimal parameters used in each MF. This research will combine the Fuzzification step from Fuzzy method to obtain the Belief value which will be then used in DS classification calculation. The Fuzzification step uses triangle and bell Membership Function (MF) to produce Belief value for the class label. The MF curve parameter tests are divided into two parts, the first part is where the parameters of the center point of the curve are within the range of the input data and the second part is where the parameters of the center point of the curve are outside the range of the input data. The result show that the optimal parameters for the triangle MF are a1 = a2 = 4, b1 = b2 = 10, c1 = 0 and c2 = 11 and parameters for the bell MF are a1 = -11, b1 = 0, c1 = 11 and a2 = 0, b2 = 1, c2 = 22. 2. The results of the research also show that the shape of bell MF with an accuracy of 88.87% is better than triangle MF.

Abstract

In the recovery of the tourism sector in Bali due to COVID-19, a solution is needed with the aim of making tourists more interested in having a vacation in Bali. One of the solutions that can be offered is optimizing the tourist recommendations on the island of Bali, because so far tourists only get travel recommendations from travel agents and guides who usually recommend favorite tourist destinations, and sometimes guides recommend tourist attractions according to their personal wishes or goals. making tourists less optimal in enjoying tourist attractions in Bali. Optimization of Bali Tourism Recommendations Based on Tourist Personal Motivation Using the Naive Bayes Algorithm, is one solution to optimize tourism recommendations in Bali, where tourist recommendations are taken based on tourist characteristics using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. In this study the authors used 180 training data, and the results of this study indicate that the personal motivation of tourists who are processed using the Naïve Bayes algorithm is feasible to use for tourism recommendations in Bali.
