Abstract

Abstract : This study discusses the study and analysis of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on the Labor and Economic Markets in Indonesia. The data used in this study are panel secondary data from 2012 to 2018 with a sample of 34 provinces in Indonesia. Data obtained from related institutions and then analyzed using the simultaneous equation model (simultaneous equation regression model) with the Indirect Least Square (ILS) method to calculate indirect parameters and calculated using the first with the application of the OLS model through the selection of the CEM, FEM and REM model then continued with classic trials. Partial research results show, Information and communication technology has a significant influence on the Labor Market in Indonesia. Furthermore, simultaneous, Information and Communication Technology and Labor Market have a significant influence on the economic conversation in Indonesia Indonesia. However, partially, Information and Communication Technology has a negative influence on the acceleration of the Economy in Indonesia. Based on the results of this research, the steps in the progress of Information and Communication Technology have become one of the studies for governments that need help, in order to increase insight, use, use, and match for policy makers in developing countries specifically Indonesia so that it can be an appropriate intervention to influence per capita economic growth.Keywords: Information and Communication Technology, Labor, Economic Communication, Solow Model and Simultaneous Equation Model

Abstract

The majority of learning and teaching activities during the COVID-19 era were distributed to remote learners. The ineffectiveness of face-to-face instruction was subsequently put aside as students felt comfortable learning online. Policymakers in the education system had to adjust to a new normal or habit once the COVID-19 cases started to decline. The aim of this research is to identify the challenges faced by final year students in completing thesis during the Post-Covid-19 New Normal Habitus period and to find out how final year students can complete their thesis guidance during the Post-Covid-19 New Normal Habitus period. There were 15 English students joining the interview and the research was conducted within the State Islamic campus in Jambi City. Coding system was implemented to get credible data. The result shows that Completing studies in the New Normal Era has several obstacles. One of the most significant problems is the communication problem between students and supervisors which involves internal and external factors. Internal factors focus on difficulties caused by students' lack of understanding of thesis components, references and citation styles. Meanwhile, external factors focus on students' difficulties in the thesis writing process which depends on the direction of the supervisor, where some lecturers still provide online thesis guidance, where students agree that online counseling is not effective.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate students’ perception of using Smart Interactive Whiteboard in the English as a foreign language (EFL) classroom in the State Islamic University in Jambi city. This research employs a quantitative survey method, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool.  The questionnaire consisted of 26 five-point Lickert-scale items in order to measure the students’ perceptions about (1) Perceived Learning Contribution, (2) Motivation, (3) Perceived Efficiency, and (4) Perceived Negative Effects. The results of the survey show that students like having smart, interactive whiteboards in the classroom. The results show that these technological tools help people learn, get motivated, feel like they are working well, and don't have any bad affects. The combination of audio and visual elements makes it easier to understand and provides a stimulating learning environment. Students also say they are more engaged, focused, involved, and excited about learning. Smart, interactive whiteboards are thought to make classrooms more visible, more organized, and better at keeping track of time. The fact that most students disagree with the idea that these tools have bad results shows that they like using them. Overall, the results show how smart interactive whiteboards can be benefited for positive learning experiences, motivation, efficiency, and student engagement in a positive and pleasant learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Being a memorizer of the Quran is a noble job. Therefore, motivation is needed that is obtained from the family environment, friends' environment, and school environment. So in this case, the teacher plays an important role in every student's learning process including motivating students to memorize the Quran. This study aims to determine the efforts of tahfidz teachers in increasing the motivation for memorizing the Quran for class VI at integrated Islamic elementary school Cahaya Quran. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data sources were taken from seven informants consisting of tahfidz teachers and students with in-depth interviews who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research findings show six teacher efforts in increasing motivation to memorize the Quran for class VI at integrated Islamic elementary school Cahaya Quran, namely: i) giving motivational words to students, ii) giving prizes, iii) giving assignments or targets for memorizing & giving punishments to students, iv) guiding students to always murajaah, v) hold tahfidz graduations, and vi) use the tikrar method. The results of this study can be used as information for the community so that they can increase motivation for memorizing the Quran for children.

Abstract

Kecanduan smartphone di kalangan remaja menjadi perhatian serius karena dampaknya yang negatif terhadap kesehatan fisik, mental, dan sosial. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa SMPN 8 Kota Jambi mengenai bahaya ketergantungan pada smartphone dan membekali mereka dengan keterampilan praktis untuk mengelolanya. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui pendekatan interaktif yang melibatkan diskusi kelompok, permainan edukatif, dan simulasi situasi sehari-hari. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa mengenai dampak negatif penggunaan smartphone yang berlebihan. Sebanyak 70% siswa melaporkan keberhasilan dalam menerapkan strategi manajemen waktu yang dipelajari selama sosialisasi. Meskipun sebagian besar siswa menunjukkan perubahan positif, tantangan tetap ada, terutama bagi mereka yang masih merasa sulit untuk mengurangi ketergantungan. Artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan jangka panjang dari sekolah dan guru untuk memastikan keberlanjutan perubahan perilaku yang diinginkan. Program ini berpotensi untuk direplikasi di sekolah lain dengan penyesuaian sesuai dengan konteks lokal, guna membentuk generasi muda yang lebih bijaksana dalam penggunaan teknologi di era digital.

Abstract

Merujuk pada peraturan perundang-undangan, tujuan pemerintah adalah membuat regulasi agar lahan pertanian tidak lagi menangguhkan menjadi lahan non pertanian, sebagaimana tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan No 41 Tahun 2009, ayat 15, bunyi Maatalousmaa operacia transisi Pangan berkelanjutan mengubah fungsi lahan tanam pangan berkelanjutan menjadi lahan tanam pangan tidak berkelanjutan baik secara permanen maupun sementara . Selain itu, Pasal 144 UU Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman No. 1 Tahun 2011 menyatakan bahwa “Badan hukum yang membangun dan kawasan pemukiman tidak dapat memindahkan prasarana dan sarana utilitas di luar kegiatan usahanya.”.Dalam rangka pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan Lahan Pertanian Berkelanjutan Kota Kediri, akan dilakukan pengaturan dengan memperhatikan hirarki fungsi yang terkait dengan peruntukan pembangunan dan peruntukan lahan. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, Kota Kediri juga telah menerbitkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2019 tentang Konservasi Lahan Pertanian Berkelanjutan (LP2B) dan Monitoring dan Evaluasi Konversi Lahan Sawah Menjadi Permukiman. Untuk mendukung keberhasilan program dimaksud, kita perlu memastikan bahwa sawah ditetapkan sebagai lahan pertanian pangan yang berkelanjutan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris atau sosio-hukum yang mengkaji ketentuan-ketentuan hukum yang hidup dalam masyarakat dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis hukum. berarti tidak memenuhi ketentuan dan peraturan tentang alih fungsi lahan pertanian dari lahan pertanian menjadi lahan non pertanian khususnya di dekat Badan Pertanahan Kota/ BPN Kediri Pada tahun Implementasi kebijakan perlindungan lahan pertanian lestari di Kota Kediri hanya mencapai proses pengadaan lahan, sehingga luas lahan pertanian lestari sekitar hektar yang terdiri dari sawah dan lahan kering terhampar.kabupaten atau lebih. Kegiatan membantu yang dilakukan meliputi membantu potensi lahan dan permasalahan umum yang diperoleh dari data sawah berkelanjutan Kementerian Pertanian dan sebaran sawah Badan Pertanahan Nasional RTRW Kota Kediri . Mekanisme penetapan alih lahan pertanian menjadi lahan non pertanian harus mendapat persetujuan dari pihak yang sepenuhnya. sehingga luas lahan pertanian lestari sekitar hektar yang terdiri dari sawah dan lahan kering terhampar.kabupaten atau lebih.
