Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami aplikasi pendidikan Islam dalam perilaku jujur remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner terbuka. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 132 remaja yang berusia 11 sampai 22 tahun yang tinggal di Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sembilan bentuk perilaku jujur remaja yaitu berkata benar, tidak menyontek, menjaga kepercayaan orang lain, mengembalikan sesuatu yang bukan haknya, mengakui kesalahan yang diperbuat, membayar sesuai harga barang, tidak melarikan uang SPP, tidak mencuri, dan memberitahukan hasil ulangan pada orang tua. Perilaku jujur remaja tersebut dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor yaitu orang tua, teman, dan guru atau sekolah. Implikasi hasil penelitian terhadap pendidikan karakter dalam keluarga akan didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of the workload of public funeral officers during the pandemic in one city in Indonesia. The hypothesis in the study is that there has been an increase in the workload of public funeral officers since the surge in deaths due to Covid-19. The sampling technique used is non-random sampling in 25 people. This research method uses a mixed-method approach with inferential narrative data analysis techniques using SPSS software. The data processing results show that 44% of respondents fall into having a medium workload, and another 56% fall into the category of relatively high. External and internal factors cause the workload.

Abstract

Nowadays, organizations have had concerned about term work-family balance. It is related to employee welfare and performance at work. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the work system changed rapidly. There has been a radical change from working in the office to working from home. Based on research results, the pandemic causes problems in work-family balance. Even though achieving balance in work and family matters is essential to maintain mental health during this pandemic. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct online socialization and education regarding ways to achieve work-family balance during this pandemic. This community service activity aims to increase participants' knowledge about ways to achieve a balance of family work. The action was carried out in a webinar with a material presentation by the resource persons and discussion. The target of this activity is the general public. Data was collected through questionnaires and question-and-answer sessions. Based on the data, it was found that webinar participants gained additional knowledge about managing tasks in the workplace and family. This knowledge can be applied by individuals who have worked and become the provision of not yet married participants.

Abstract

Career maturity is a continual process of development that demonstrates notably recognised attributes required for career advancement. However, internal and environmental variables determine career maturity. This study explores the aspects of career maturity in high school students by collecting the literature. The following criteria were used to choose articles for inclusion: 1) articles describing career maturity in general high school or vocational high school; 2) articles published in English or Indonesian; 3) entire passages in published works; 4) published during the previous ten years. Results mentioned students at vocational high schools typically have more components than students in general high schools. Social attachment, adversity intelligence, emotional intelligence, career interest, motivation, and career aspirations are maturity elements that show in vocational students. Meanwhile, self-determination, self-esteem, self-actualisation, self-confidence, and psychological well-being, on the other hand, are characteristics that impact the professional maturity of general high school students. Since most of these elements are internal to students, it is critical for general high school students to recognise self-reinforcement and self-understanding.

Abstract

Dalam suatu perusahaan maupun instansi sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualiatas sangatlah penting, hal tersebut bisa terwujud dengan adanya proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan sumber daya manusia melalui proses rekrutmen dan seleksi. Subjek dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 orang yaitu Direktur Operasional, Personalia dan Kepala Produksi, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data sampel berupa purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Dari penelitian tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa proses rekrutmen dan seleksi ini sangat menentukan perusahaan dalam memperoleh sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas. Kesalahan yang terjadi ketika adanya proses rekrutmen dan seleksi akan mengakibatkan perusahaan mendapatkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang tidak sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

This study investigates students' experiences with the research process as one of Indonesia's bachelor's degree graduation requirements. The underpinning for the research procedure was Carol Dweck's notion of fixed and growth mindsets. This study followed the qualitative phenomenology method and included semi-structured interviews. Eleven undergraduate seniors or fourth-year students participated in interviews lasting 45 to 60 minutes. According to the data, students had difficulty with the three stages of the research process. (1) Erroneously identified the problem and had difficulty discussing it with the supervisor. (2) Lack of comprehension and application of the research method. (3) Insufficient scholarly writing. Moreover, individuals described two contributing elements, first, psychological factors such as motivation and the desire to conduct the independent study. Second, social issues inside the supervisory and academic institutions. Participants proposed that the complete technique course and academic writing should be taught by faculty beginning in the third year after mastery of the theoretical framework. Research involving quantitative surveys is required to determine the correlation between each internal and external variable

Abstract

Several reasons contribute to specific students' academic burnout due to the ongoing transformations in online learning. This literature review aims to determine how and to what extent students experienced burnout during the COVID-19 epidemic. Utilizing Google Scholar, 16 journals with the keyword "student's academic burnout" are uncovered through a study of the relevant literature. The analysis results of 15 journal papers indicate that students' learning processes induce academic burnout, so they exhibit emotional and physical tiredness, a tendency to depersonalize, and a lack of learning motivation. This has numerous effects on students, including rapid emotional change and heightened sensitivity. In addition, burnout has several adverse effects, including poor academic accomplishment, academic procrastination by students, decreased sleep quality, and suboptimal academic work, which calls for additional research to address academic burnout issues in students. This review concludes that most students during this epidemic reported burnout at medium to severe levels.

Abstract

Status karyawan borongan dan harian masih diperlukan bagi perusahaan terutama dengan skala produksi besar. Kebutuhan pekerja yang tinggi tersebut membuat tema kepuasan kerja pada karyawan harian dan borongan menarik untuk diteliti karena memiliki dinamika yang berbeda dari karyawan tetap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dampak kepuasan kerja terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada karyawan borong dan harian di sebuah perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dimana metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan pendistribusian kuesioner, melakukan observasi dengan teknik rating scale, dan wawancara kepada pegawai. Pengambilan sempel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 50 responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan yang terdiri dari 6 pegawai harian dan 42 pegawai borong. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan pengujian yang dilakukan yakni uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan mengunakan bantuan program analisis SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada pegawai sebesar 42.2%.

Abstract

Domestic violence (domestic violence) is a treatment that causes physical, mental and sexual injuries that occur in married women. This research was conducted to determine the form of social support provided in the surrounding environment. The method used in this study is qualitative phenomenology. In addition, the data collection methods and tools used in this study used semi-structured techniques and used problem mining (probing), namely by interviews. The subjects in this study were 6 female victims of domestic violence. The subject criteria are women who are married and have experienced domestic violence during their marriage. The results obtained from the interview results of the six subjects received 5 forms of social support, the first was emotional support in the form of physical presence, existence, sense of security, empathy, strengthening words and giving advice. The second is instrumental support in the form of materials and business capital. Forms of social support. Implication or recommendation?
