Abstract

Abstract : Considering that character education is important to give to students, but the lack of knowledge and application of character education is very worrying because of the many acts of free association that occur among students as the next millennial generation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between character education and the free association behavior of students at SMK Negeri 1 Bokan Kepulauan, Banggai Laut Regency. This research was quantitative descriptive research which looks at the correlation or relationship between variables. The researcher conducted this research at SMK Negeri 1 Bokan Kepulauan, Banggai Laut Regency in July - August 2022. The population and sample were students of class X and XI, and the researcher took all the population to be used as research samples because of the population only consisted of 24 students. Data collection techniques used in this research was questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely simple regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis, and also ANOVA analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there was a very low relationship (0.171, category 0.00–0.199) between the students’ character education and their free association behavior at SMK Negeri I Bokan Kepulauan Banggai Laut Regency. Keywords: Character Education, Free Association, Promiscuous sex

Abstract

Abstract : Many people do not know that mangrove plants have scientific names and are divided into several types.This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The  research was conducted on the coast of Pakowa Bunta Village, Nuhon District, Banggai Regency in Bulan July – August 2020. The population in this study were all mangrove plants obtained when  conducting research using roaming techniques and is considered to be representative of the population based on their species to be indentified. The method or technique in  collecting data used is the roaming technique, which means that the researcher explores the research location. The results of the research data in the form of samples obtained on the coast of Pakowa Bunta Village in the  form of mangrove plant species and field notes in the from of mangrove morphological forms, pictures, identification will be carried out based on the literarure  that book used and described. Based on the results of data collection obtained by using the roaming method throughout the reseacrch location, identifying samples with litelature or references in the form of a book of determination. Researchers  obtained 7 types of mangroves in the research location, namely : Senorita alba, Rhizophora apiculata, Avicennia alba, Bruguiera sexangula, Ceriops decandra, and Nypa fruticans. The 6 types  of mangrove plants can be classified into 4 families, namely Sonneratiaceae, Avicenniaceae, Arecaceae and Rhizophoraceae. The six types of mangroves except  for Nypa fruticans are the main components (True Mangrove) while Nypa fruticans are additional components (Mangrove Associations and acer). Keywords: Identification, Mangrove Plants, Pakowa Bunta.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Pulau Taliabu. This research was carried out in the even semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year from April to May 2021. The research design was in the form of a Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The population of all students in class XI, amounting to 86 students. The research sample consisted of an experimental class with 22 students and a control class with 22 students, so that the total sample size was 44 students. The instrument used is test questions, in the form of pretest and posttest with a total of 20 multiple choice questions each. The data collected from the test results is processed and tested using the t-test (t-test). to see the influence of the learning model, then to test the hypothesis using the F test, with a significant α = 0.05. Based on the results of the study, the value of tcount > ttable (2.887> 1.682) was obtained, so that it was found that there were differences in the effect of learning outcomes with conventional learning models and two stay two stray learning models. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using the two stay two stray (TSTS) type learning model on student learning outcomes in class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Pulau Taliabu. Keywords: Cooperative Learning; Pulau Taliabu ; Two Stay Two Stray

Abstract

Abstract: The Covid epidemic is believed to have caused issues with online learning and lowered the standard of education in Indonesia. As a result, the government has started to set up a plan that may be carried out in person. A new policy governing restricted face-to-face learning has been implemented since July 2021. If teachers are immunized, set rigorous health standards in the school setting, and limit instruction hours, the limited face-to-face learning method can be implemented. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how parents see the restricted face-to-face instructions offered at SMP Negeri 4 Luwuk. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The population was all parents of 256 students of the school. There were 50 parents become the research sample, who have been selected through the cluster sampling technique. Data collection methods included a questionnaire with ten items and a Likert scale. To determine the parent’s impressions of restricted face-to-face learning, the data were examined using descriptive  statistical techniques. The findings revealed that 26 respondets, or 56% of 50 parents, rated the restricted face-to-face learning procedure as good. The view of parents concerning restricted  face-to-face learning at SMP Negeri 4 Luwuk is then shown to be in a good category.

Abstract

Online learning is currently considered a new paradigm in teaching and learning activities where in the process of teaching and learning activities there is no need to be present in the class room. To find out the situation in the online learning process, it is necessary to have the perception so responses from teachers and students to the online learning process. This study aims' to determine teachers’ perceptions about the online learning process in biology subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk, and students’ perceptions about the online learning process in biology subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk. This is a descriptive qualitative research. The study population was 4 biology teachers and 214 students and the sample size was 2 biology teachers and 67 students. Data collection techniques used are interviews and instruments. Data were analyzed by useng descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed there are still many obstacles faced by teachers that result in the online learning procesa not running effectively so that teachers need support fromall parties so tha ty the online learning procces can be carried out properly and students preceptions about the online learning process in biology are very good. Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang menggunakan aplikasi Learning Management System (LMS) jenis Moodle dalam pembelajaran dari sudut pandang mahasiswa terhadap inovasi pembelajaran, sudut pandang atau penilaian individu terhadap sesuatu ini bisa disebut persepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap proses pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi LMS di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi tahun akademik 2022/2023 dengan jumlah sampel 41 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap proses pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Learning Management System (LMS) di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk berada pada kategori baik. Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Aplikasi Learning Management System (LMS).
