Abstract

Tata tertib sekolah atau peraturan sekolah merupakan hasil pelaksanaan yang konsisten dari peraturan yang ada dan harus ditaati dan dilaksanakan. Masih adanya beberapa siswa-siswa yang melanggar tata tertib sekolah membuat adanya sanksi pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dapatmembantu guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk pendukung keputusan yang lebih baik dan akurat denganinformasi yang jelas. Dalam pengolahan data menggunakan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER). Dengan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) digunakan untuk menentukan sanksi yang tepat berdasarkan kriteria, sub-kriteria, dan bobot yang sudah ditentukan. Sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan sanksi pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah dengan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) membantu guru bimbingan konseling dalam memutuskan sanksi yang tepat terhadap siswa yang melanggar tata tertib sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh perencanaan anggaran pada pemerintah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota yaitu terdapat kegiatan yang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan, dimana para perencanaan SKPD dalam menyusun RKA tidak menentukan skala prioritas yang dapat menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya penyerapan anggaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan purposive sampling kemudian di analisis menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penyerapan anggaran pada dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dinilai sudah efisien yang mengacu pada kebijakan pemerintah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, namun ada problematika yaitu terjadinya pemborosan biaya dari ATK dan terdapatnya SILPA (sisa lebih anggaran). Efisiensi penyerapan anggaran dari segi pelaksanaan sudah terialisasi dari segi program yang ada pada tahun 2018-2022 sudah tercapai. Laporan realisasi anggaran dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota tahun 2018-2022 yang terdiri dari dua program yaitu belanja operasional dan belanja modal sudah cukup baik. Namuan terjadi penurunan realisasi anggaran pada tahun 2022 hanya 95,52 % belanja operasional dan 87,53% belanja modal.

Abstract

In the context of regional development and decision making related to determining the best village, the use of a Decision Support System (DSS) with the application of the Entropy and Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) algorithms is a very important approach. The main objective of this research is to propose and implement a method that utilizes the Entropy algorithm to evaluate criteria weights and ARAS to rank villages based on predetermined criteria. This approach begins the process by identifying relevant criteria to determine the best village in an area. Next, the Entropy algorithm is used to measure the level of importance or relative weight of each predetermined criterion. This step helps in assessing how informative each criterion is in the decision-making process regarding determining the best Village. After determining the criteria weights using Entropy, the approach continues with the application of the ARAS method. ARAS is used to rank villages based on normalized values ​​from previously determined criteria. The data normalization process is carried out to ensure the validity of comparisons between villages. The final result of this approach is a ranking of villages indicating the best villages based on the criteria considered. This method was tested in a case study using a dataset involving a number of relevant criteria for assessing village development potential. Experimental results show that the use of the Entropy and ARAS algorithms in the Decision Support System provides an effective and informative framework for decision makers in determining the best Village. In conclusion, this approach provides a solid foundation to support a more effective and precise decision-making process in regional development based on clearly defined criteria.

Abstract

Gigi dan mulut merupakan organ vital yang memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kesehatan manusia. Kelainan pada gigi dan mulut dapat menjadi pemicu penyakit lain dalam tubuh. Pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut ditekankan, terutama mengingat fungsinya yang esensial dalam berbicara, menjaga bentuk wajah, dan mengunyah makanan. Sayangnya, dengan perkembangan zaman, pola makan yang tidak sehat, seperti konsumsi makanan siap saji tinggi gula, garam, dan lemak, dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Penyakit gigi dan mulut sering disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme, dan pengetahuan terbatas tentang gejala-gejala penyakit ini dapat menjadi hambatan untuk diagnosis dini. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan metode certainty factor dalam sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis penyakit gigi dan mulut. Metode ini memungkinkan evaluasi tingkat keyakinan pakar terhadap data yang dianalisis, memberikan solusi atau rekomendasi dalam situasi kompleks. Penelitian ini mengacu pada pandangan pakar dokter gigi dan mulut, yang dianggap memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang mencukupi. Sistem pakar yang diusulkan bertujuan untuk meniru proses penalaran seorang pakar dalam memecahkan masalah spesifik dalam bidang gigi dan mulut. Dengan memanfaatkan certainty factor, sistem ini dapat menyediakan solusi yang lebih dapat diandalkan dan memberikan kontribusi pada upaya pencegahan serta penanganan dini penyakit gigi dan mulut.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that support and hinder classroom management strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing the quality of learning. The research methodology employed is descriptive in nature and adopts a qualitative approach. The primary data sources consist of interviews, observations, and documentation obtained from school principals, teachers, and staff members. Secondary data sources include relevant journals, books, and websites. The data analysis entails data display, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The findings of the study reveal the following: 1) Teachers employ various strategies in classroom management such as maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere, adopting personal approaches towards students, organizing seating arrangements, providing individual attention, and offering constructive warnings. These efforts significantly contribute to improving the learning process and outcomes. 2) The supporting factors for effective classroom management strategies encompass the availability of adequate facilities, a relevant school curriculum, teachers' abilities and competencies, a conducive learning environment, collaborative interactions among teachers, school administrators, and principals, an efficient school management system, and a strong teacher-student rapport. 3) Teachers also employ strategic initiatives in classroom management, including the provision of school facilities, the inclusion of Quranic reading prior to lessons, the enhancement of teacher competence, self-evaluation by teachers throughout the planning and implementation stages of teaching, including lesson planning, and efforts to assess the students' circumstances. In conclusion, enhancing the quality of learning is contingent not only upon the efforts of teachers but also necessitates support from various factors, such as teacher competence, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and a conducive learning environment.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the transformation of the Civic Education (PKn) paradigm in elementary schools, as well as identifying the strategies and innovations needed to implement it effectively. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design at UPT SPF SDN 101990 Bangun Purba. The results of the research show that there is a transformation of the Civics paradigm in elementary schools, from the old paradigm which focuses on mastering civic knowledge to a new paradigm which emphasizes the development of democratic and participatory citizen character. This transformation is characterized by an emphasis on developing critical thinking skills, problem solving and democratic decision making, as well as developing the character of participatory citizens. This research concludes that there needs to be a change in the implementation of Civics in elementary schools, from the old paradigm which is indoctrinative in nature to a new paradigm which emphasizes the development of civic competence. The implication is the need to increase the understanding and skills of class teachers in Civics learning content, adapt the curriculum and teaching materials, as well as support from schools, parents and the community to create a learning environment that is conducive to the development of civic competence.

Abstract

Marriage is very important in human life to achieve happiness, calm and affection, harmony and balance are needed. This harmony and balance is what is meant by Kufu. The purpose of Kufu in islam is none other than to maintain the strength of offspring, as well as to unsure the continuity of marriage. This research aims to determine the saquelae of marriage from an Islamic perspective.
