Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa ditinjau dari motivasi belajar matematika pada pokok bahasan aritmatika sosial. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 5 orang siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Darma yang terdiri dari 1 siswa dengan kategori motivasi sangat tinggi, 3 siswa dengan motivasi tinggi, dan 1 siswa dengan motivasi sedang. Teknik pengambilan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen tes, angket, dan wawancara. Aspek indikator literasi matematis yang digunakan yaitu diantaranya: 1) Merumuskan, 2) Menerapkan, dan 3) Menafsirkan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa yang memiliki motivasi sangat tinggi memiliki kemampuan literasi matematis rendah dan memenuhi dua aspek kemampuan literasi matematis yaitu formulate dan employ. Siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi memiliki kemampuan literasi matematis kategori sangat tinggi dan sedang, serta memenuhi tiga aspek kemampuan literasi matematis, meliputi formulate, employ, dan interpret. Sedangkan siswa yang memiliki motivasi sedang memiliki kemampuan literasi matematis rendah dan memenuhi dua aspek kemampuan literasi matematis, yaitu employ dan interpret.

Abstract

Civic education in realizing peaceful schools in the midst of a pluralist society creates a challenge and diversity in life that is expected of a nation to create mutual respect and have a harmonious life without social conflict in a pluralist society. This paper aims to shape character and build awareness of the younger generation, especially students in the nation and state at school. Researchers used a qualitative approach and descriptive method as an illustration to obtain research results. The results of the study show that the role of civic education has an important role in realizing peaceful schools. According to Suyanto in Zulnuraini civics education is high character education in the character class which involves three activities namely cognitive (cognitive), feeling (feeling), and action (action) in building and cultivating good character to carry out life in society.

Abstract

This study explains the relationship between Body Dissatisfaction and Confidence, focusing on psychology students at Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Body Dissatisfaction and Confidence in psychology students. And Using a total of 129 respondents from the psychology faculty of Bhayangkara University. The method used in this study is correlational to see the relationship between the two variables studied, using JASP version 0.16.4. The results show that Body Dissatisfaction is negatively related to Selfconfidence in psychology students at Bhayangkara University. Suggestions for students to be able to regulate the use of Instagram to prevent body dissatisfaction, which reduces student self-confidence, so students will more easily interact and accept themselves.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk memahami pengaruh earning power, kepemilikan manajerial terhadap manajemen laba, dengan keputusan investasi sebagai moderator. Perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara 2018 dan 2021 menjadi sampel penelitian. Tujuh bisnis telekomunikasi dikumpulkan untuk sampel penelitian melalui penggunaan purposive sampling, dan sesuai kualifikasi yang diperlukan. Model yang digunakan yakni penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi penggunaan statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Pengelolaan data untuk penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Temuan penyelidikan mengungkapkan bahwa : (1) earning power berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba, (2) earning power berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, (3) keputusan investasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. (4) Keputusan investasi tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh earning power terhadap manajemen laba. (5) Keputusan investasi tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial terhadap manajemen laba.

Abstract

In the beauty industry, facial and body care is a major need for women to have an attractive and special appearance. This research aimed to 1) test and analyze the influence of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening body lotion products; 2) test and analyze the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening body lotion products; and 3) test and analyze the influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions Scarlett Whitening body lotion product. The population in this study were 299 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business from the Management Study Program at Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The sample determined was 171 respondents with criteria: 1) respondents have seen advertisements for Scarlett Whitening body lotion products, and 2) respondents have repurchased Scarlett Whitening body lotion products at least 2 times. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the normality test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test. SPSS version 20 for Windows was then operated as analysis tools. The research results show that celebrity endorsers do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile product quality and word of mouth has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling dan pengelolaan emosi anak di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengambilan jurnal atau buku, observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan konseling di sekolah dasar dilaksanakan oleh guru atau wali kelas dengan memberikan layanan konseling individual, kelompok, dan klasikal. Materi bimbingan konseling mencakup aspek pribadi, sosial dan belajar yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan anak usia sekolah dasar. Pengelolaan emosi anak dilakukan melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan pemberian motivasi oleh guru. Sekolah juga menyediakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler untuk membantu anak mengelola emosinya. Secara keseluruhan, bimbingan konseling dan pengelolaan emosi anak di sekolah dasar telah berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan anak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital on firm value through profitability as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a sample of 6 pharmaceutical companies with a five-year period during 2016-2020 which were selected by purposive sampling technique. The collection technique was obtained through the IDX's official website: www.idx.co.id. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Intellectual capital has a significant negative effect on Profitability, Intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, Profitability is negative but not significant to Firm Value, and Intellectual Capital has a positive but not significant effect on Firm Value through Profitability.

Abstract

This study uses K-Means Clustering to analyze rice sales patterns with the aim of identifying market segments based on purchasing characteristics. The data analyzed include sales volume, purchase frequency and price. The clustering results show several consumer groups with similar purchasing patterns, allowing producers and retailers to better adjust their marketing strategies. These findings provide useful insights to improve the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and meet market needs more efficiently. K-Means Clustering is one of the data analysis techniques that is often used to group objects based on similar attributes. Identify different market segmentation and purchasing patterns that may not be directly visible. This study aims to cluster rice sales data to reveal hidden patterns in sales transactions. By applying K-Means Clustering, this study identifies several consumer groups that have similar characteristics in terms of rice purchases. The results of this study provide insight into market segments that can be used for more effective marketing strategies and product personalization. These findings are expected to help rice producers and retailers design more targeted promotional campaigns and increase efficiency in meeting market needs.
