Abstract

The high level of competition makes companies compete to retain and win the market competition, one of the strategies are granting price discounts. This was an experimental study that aims to analyze the differences between males and females' intention for online purchase by given the price discount framing conditions, namely percentage saving and absolute saving. The participants in this study were 80 participants. This study was an experimental study since it involved the symptoms had to be investigated. The design of the study was a 2X2 factorial design. A case questionnaire was used for the data collection. The data were analyzed by using 2-ways ANOVA statistical analysis. The study reveals that (1) there is a difference in online purchase intention between those given the percentage saving condition and those given the absolute saving condition, (2) there is a difference in purchase intention between males and females. The consumers have different assumptions about the two types of discount framing even though they both have the same meaning. This should be a concern for retailers in providing sales promotions, especially for discounts because based on the results of this study it is found that discount framing with absolute savings had a slightly stronger effect on purchase intention than percentage saving.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of Tri Dwi Eka KSU using the Balanced Scorecard Method. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the company's health uses the Balanced Scorecard Method. Based on the theory and provisions of the KUKM regulation no. 20 / Per / M.KUKM / XI / 2008, namely from a financial perspective starting from the ratio of own capital, efficiency, liquidity, asset profitability, capital profitability itself can be categorized as healthy in accordance with the stipulated provisions. Assessment from a customer perspective as measured by customer acquisition and customer rent can be categorized as healthy because the greater the customer perspective, the better the health level of the company's performance. Assessment from the internal business perspective process as measured by SCE, standard time divided by the time of completion can be categorized as healthy as well. Assessment of company performance is seen from the perspective of learning and growth, which from the level of employee productivity and employee retention can be categorized as healthy

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study to examine the application of entrepreneurial orientation in the bamboo weaving handicraft business in Tigawasa Village. The focus of this research is to explain the application of entrepreneurial orientation in the bamboo weaving handicraft business in order to maintain the continuity of the bamboo woven handicraft business so that it can increase the income from the woven bamboo handicraft industry sector. The purpose of this study is to provide conclusions about the application of entrepreneurial orientation and the benefits obtained by applying entrepreneurial orientation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, the data analyzed is the result of interviews with woven bamboo handicraft business owners, consumers and the community of Tigawasa Village. The results showed that the application of entrepreneurial orientation through the application of innovation, risk taking and proactivity was effective. Because in the application of entrepreneurial orientation can improve company performance in achieving company goals.

Abstract

Business management based on the local culture of catur purusa artha by making dharma (truth) the basis for carrying out all its activities, creating internal conditions in the form of a conducive work climate. This study aims to examine the application of the value of catur purusa artha and product innovation in creating business continuity. The research population is all active BUMDes in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique in order to obtain as many as 92 observational data. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the value of Catur purusa artha had a significant effect on product innovation. Product innovation has a significant effect on business continuity and the value of catur purusa artha affects business continuity through product innovation.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management, Service Quality, Customer Value on Customer Loyalty in the Astra Motor Sangsit company. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of questionnaires with Agree-Disagree Scale measuring instruments where the population in this study were customers of Astra Motor Sangsit and the number of samples in this study were 94 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS), namely software PLS VERSION 3.0. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant influence on Customer Relationship Management variables on customer value. 2) There is no effect of Customer Relationship Management variables on Customer Loyalty. 3) There is a significant effect on the variable Service Quality (Service quality) on Customer Loyalty. 4) There is a significant influence on the Service Quality variable on customer value. 5) There is no significant influence of the Customer Value variable on Customer Loyalty. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Customer Relationship Management, Service Quality, Nilai Pelanggan terhadap Loyaltas Pelanggan di perusahaan Astra Motor Sangsit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa kuisioner dengan alat ukur Agree-Disagree Scale dimana populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Astra Motor Sangsit dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 94 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model persamaan structural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) yaitu softwarePLS VERSI 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel Customer Relationship Management terhadap Nilai pelanggan. 2) Tidak ada pengaruh variabel Customer Relationship Management terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. 3) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel Service Quality (kualitas Pelayanan) terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. 4) Ada pengaruh Signifikan variabel Service Quality (kualitas Pelayanan) terhadap nilai pelanggan. 5) Tidak ada pengaruh signifikan variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

Analysis of Loan to Assets Ratio Management, Deposit Risk Ratio and Activity Ratio to Profitability in 5 LPD in Buleleng Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of Loan to Asset Ratio, Deposit Risk Ratio and Activity Ratio to Rentabilitas. This study uses Financial Statement data for 5 years 2015-2020.The object of research is the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Buleleng . The sample of this research is 5 LPD  in Buleleng Regency which are the target of the place where the researcher works. The data that has been collected was analyzed using data analysis techniques with multiple regression, determination test and significance test. The results of the study found that the Loan to Asset Ratio, Deposit Risk Ratio and Activity Ratio had a simultaneous or joint effect on profitability so that it could be indicated by the significance level of less than 5%. The Deposit Risk Ratio partially positive effect on Rentability, which means that the more The higher the Deposit Risk Ratio, the higher the profitability of the LPD. Management of Activity Ratio has an effect on Rentability. The positive effect shown by the Activity Ratio indicates that the higher the risk of assets in the management of the LPD by the activity ratio, the lower the level of capital so that it has an impact on the Rentability of the LPD which we can see in the value of its activity. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Mental, Kreativitas Dan Media Promosi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Tenun Songket UD Poni’s Weaving Center Jinengdalem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Mental Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas dan Media Promosi berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha di UD Poni’s Weaving Center Jinengdalem yang didukung dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji T-Test didapatkan bahwa t-hitung > t-tabel sehingga hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many businesses or organizations complained because of the decrease in revenue turnover of the organization or its company, in addition, with the implementation of Work from Home (WFH) by the government while hampering employee performance in terms of serving or improving productivity.  The purpose of this research is to know the performance of employees through the concept of work management and digitization as the main key to improving the performance of BUMDes employees in Buleleng Regency. The concept of performance management is the employee's activity and the employee's work is in line with the organization's objectives. This contributing to improve the performance of BUMDes. The research population is all BUMDes active in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is Component based SEM analysis method, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the concept of Work Management has an effect on digitalization and employee performance. by increasing employee performance, then BUMDes will contribute better in service and increase the village's original income (PAD) so as to achieve the vision of BUMDes mission in the village in Buleleng Regency, BUMDes can maintain the coexistence and maximize performance during the pandemic covid-19 at the BUMDes to be able to explore and develop the economic potentials of the village, increase (PAD) and provide the best service in meeting the economic needs of the village community.
