Abstract

This community service aims to further enrich insight into the condition of road pavement construction and complementary buildings (road drainage and culverts) on environmental roads in Sibanggede Traditional Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. non-governmental activities in maintaining the condition of road pavement construction as access in carrying out various activities, through the activity "Socialization of the Use of Digital Literacy in the Community in Maintenance Works of Road Construction and Complementary Buildings". Data was collected using the methods of interview, observation, and documentation. The stages of service activities include: initial survey and data inventory, location measurement, calculation of RAB and design drawings, video content creation activities related to community service activities for the use of digital literacy in road construction maintenance work and complementary buildings.

Abstract

Risk Mitigation on Asphalt Mixing Plant Process in Bali AAA Made Cahaya Wardani1, I Nyoman Arya Thanaya2, I Nyoman Yudha Astana3, AA Gde Agung Yana4 Student of Doctoral Program Engineering Science Udayana University,Denpasar,Bali, Indonesia 2,3,4 Lecture of Doctoral Program Engineering Science Udayana University, Denpasar, Bali,Indonesia Email : agungcahaya@unhi.ac.id ABSTRACT The need for asphalt to meet the handling of the National road project which has been fulfilled by Pertamina as a partner providing asphalt is believed to be able to meet the needs of up to 45 to 50 percent (1.2 million to 1.4 million tons per year). In Bali Province, with a length of 629.39 km of National Roads and 743.34 km of Provincial Roads (PUPR Office of Bali Province, 2018). For Fiscal Year 2018, the need for Asphalt in Routine Rehabilitation / Maintenance Activities for Roads and Bridges is 25,842 tons of asphalt (PUPR Bali Prov. 2018) and the quantity requirement for asphalt for Road and Bridge Improvement Work Packages in Fiscal Year 2018 is 195,657.6 tons. So that the risk of asphalt procurement by its suppliers requires effective handling.This study focuses on mitigating major risks that occur in the road works supply chain, namely identifying risk mitigation in the production and operational processes of the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) production unit related to road infrastructure construction work in Bali Province. The first study focuses on mitigating major risks that occur in the road works supply chain, namely identifying risk mitigation in the production and operational processes of the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) production unit related to road infrastructure construction work in Bali Province has been completed. This study focus on the second stage of risk mitigation that is data collection regarding ISM mitigation and assessment through Focus Group Discussions which will be held after the first stage is completed, the selection of FGD members is carried out by people who have expertise and competence in their fields consisting of: Contractors, Consultants, project owners, academics and competent people in AMP management. From the study found 80 points of mitigation from major risk based on SIPOC stage of asphalt production. This risk mitigation is elaborated into Total Quality Management, and catagorized into 11 catagory of risk mitigation elements of Risk Mitigation Model based on Total Quality Management. Abstract

Perkembangan pembangunan yang demikian pesat merupakan dampak dari perkembangan ekonomi dan sosial bagi masyarakat. Dampak yang disebabkan oleh pembangunan ini dapat berakibat baik dan juga buruk. Pembangunan tanpa diringi dengan pertimbangan terhadap kelestarian lingkungan dapat membuat permasalahan tersendiri bagi keseimbangan siklus hidrologi. Konsep pembangunan pemukiman penduduk yang diterapkan di Desa Adat Legianadalah pemukiman tradisional dengan penduduk yang homogen yaitu beragama Hindu, dan pemukiman yang merupakan kawasan campuran, karena Desa Adat Legian merupakan daerah pariwisata. Walaupun demikian pola Tri Mandala di Desa Adat Legian masih diterapkan yaitu implementasi pengaturan ruang Tri Mandala berupa Utama Mandala, Madya Mandala dan Nista Mandala. Dari hasil survei menunjukkan hampir 90 % responden menyatakan mengetahui astakosala kosali dengan tingkat pemahaman asta kosala kosali secara umum dengan tingkat pemahaman filosofi tingkat sedang. Akan tetapi ada juga 10 % responden yang kurang memahami filosofi asta kosala kosali dan pemanfaatannya dalam pengaturan pekarangan rumah di desa Adat Legian.

Abstract

Cost, quality and time are an important performance indicators in the project success. To achieve these objectives various risks are faced in each project life cycle. One of these risks is supply chain risk, which must be managed properly, doe to the uncertainty in this activity. There are still many companies that do not understand the importance of supply chains, so they often become obstacles in achieving project goals This study aims to identify risk factors in each stage of supply chain activities, in road infrastructure in Bali Province. Data were collected from questionnaire survey, interviews and focus group discussion from 15 units asphalt mixing plant supplier in Bali, who understand supply chain issues, especially in road infrastructure work in the province of Bali. The results of research on risk is firstly AMP production processes identified as a field of manufacturing industry that produces hot asphalt used in infrastructure projects in Bali. This research was conducted at the AMP unit found in Bali. From research, the production process and AMP business are based on Supply, Input, Process, Output and Customer activities. (SIPOC). After the activities contained in the Asphalt production process, it is known that further risks can be identified. Second identity the risk on SIPOC process.

Abstract

Implementation of the project’s time, cost and quality is the goal to be achieved in each project. The characteristics of construction are different for each project, wich the risks found in all stages of the success of the project when each risk faced at each stage of the work can be handled properly. One of the risks in the project stage is risk in supply chain management. Supply chain risk needs to be handled well so that short-term project operations can be achieved. Likewise in the Road Infrastructure Development in Bali Province which certainly faces many obstacles, one of which is the risk in the concrete asphalt supply chain produced by the AMP unit. For this purpose, activities in the AMP process will be identified which can pose a risk. After knowing the risks that occur, mitigation measures will be carried out to prevent and to minimize the risk. To find out the risks faced by the AMP supply chain, it is necessary to first identify activities in the production process that can pose a risk. This study is a collection of literature studies and interviews with competent parties in the field of AMP production processes, namely operators, management and leaders of the AMP Production unit. From the results of research on AMP production processes identified as a field of manufacturing industry that produces hot asphalt used in infrastructure projects in Bali. This research was conducted at the AMP unit found in Bali. From research, the production process and AMP business are based on Supply, Input, Process, Output and Customer activities. (SIPOC). After the activities contained in the Asphalt production process, it is known that further risks can be identified.

Abstract

Keberadaan Pura yang merupakan bangunan suci yang memiliki arsitektur tradisional warisan kuno yang perlu dilestarikan keberadaannya. Demikian juga dengan keberadaan Kori Agung yang berumur lebih dari 100 tahun di Pura Agung Desa Adat Legian dan Kori Agung Desa Adat Denpasar dikerjakan selama 8 bulan kalender mulai Agustus 2020 hingga Mei 2021. Desa Adat merupakan organisasi tradisional di Bali yang bersifat independen dalam mengelola proyeknya (swakelola). Keberadaan setiap proyek memiliki proses pengadaan secara umum yang relative sama. Namun demikian Desa Adat sebagai pemilik proyek restorasi juga menerapkan sistem pengadaan proyek tersendiri. Desa adat sebagai organisasi tradisional perlu memiliki sistem pengadaan proyek yang terstruktur sehingga pelaksanaan proyek dapat terlaksana secara tepat waktu sesuai dengan sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh Desa Adat.\ Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi proses manajemen pada proyek swadaya Desa Adat khususnya proyek restorasi pada bangunan tradisional pada Desa Adat di Desa Adat Legian. dan dari sistem manajemen umumnya, serta untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik dari sistem pengadaan proyek tersebut. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti kondisi objek dan dideskripsikan secara rinci proses pengadaan pada proyek swakelola khususnya proyek restorasi oleh Desa Adat Legian. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui dalam proyek restorasi proses menajemen proyek restorasi mengikuti prosedur proyek secara umum dengan pemilik proyek dalam hal ini Desa Adat sebagai panitia proyek. Pemilihan kontraktor tidak ditentukan berdasarkan harga penawaran terendah, tetapi berdasarkan kebutuhan tenaga ahli khusus yang mengerti mengenai penanganan restorasi Pura. Target waktu tidak bisa ditetapkan secara khusus mengingat kekhususan pekerjaan restorasi dan tenaga ahli yang terbatas Sedangkan RAB ditetapkan melalui proses negosiasi dengan kontraktor yang memiliki pengalaman kerja

Abstract

During religious ceremonies, the presence of waste tends to increase, dominated by organic and household waste. The composition of organic waste is mostly caused by ceremonial waste from a series of leaves or fruits. The same thing happened in the Guwang Traditional Village, Gianyar Regency. This activity aims to find out the existence of waste and waste banks in the Guwang Sukawati Traditional Village and to socialize the manufacture of eco-enzymes, through several stages including conveying the benefits of eco-enzymes, demonstrating the making of eco-enzymes, to the stage of module distribution and evaluation involving local community. The socialization of making eco enzyme was highly appreciated and enthusiastically welcomed by the pekaseh and members of the Babakan subak in the Guwang Traditional Village, this is because the farmers can directly feel and use it. This socialization is also very right on target because it is directly given to farmers in the village and is expected to open their horizons in managing organic waste and using environmentally friendly fertilizers.

Abstract

Risiko dalam sebuah pengelolaan merupakan suatu hal yang terjadi diluar perhitungan yang kondisinya tidak pasti dan memiliki dampak terhadap ruang lingkup operasional dan pemeliharaan. Walaupun suatu kegiatan sudah direncanakan sebaik mungkin, namun tetap mengandung ketidakpastian bahwa nanti akan berjalan sepenuhnya sesuai rencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi, melakukan penilaian terhadap risiko, serta melakukan respon risiko atau mitigasi terhadap risiko yang paling dominan pada pengelolaan instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL) Pucuk sari Kelurahan Ubung Denpasar Utara Kota Denpasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kombinasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung terhadap responden. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purporsive sampling dengan menggunakan analisisis statistik deskriptif melalui program SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil analisis terindentifikasi 25 risiko yang bersumber dari Lingkungan, Sosial, Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, Manajemen Pengelolaan, Keuangan, Teknis, Hukum, Konstruksi dan Peran serta masyarakat. Sedangkan 20 risiko masuk dalam kategori tidak diharapkan (Undiserable), dan 5 risiko masuk dalam kategori dapat diterima. Jadi risiko dominan yang muncul dengan kategori tidak diharapkan(Undiserable) sebesar 80% yang harus dilakukan penanganan pada pengelolaan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) Pucuk Sari Kelurahan Ubung Denpasar Utara Kota Denpasar.
