Abstract

Pengembangan Karier adalah fungsi operasional dari Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, perlu dilakukan secara terencana dan berkesinambungan. Pengembangan Karier harus bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknis, teoritis, konseptual dan moral pegawai agar dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Sedangkan motivasi dalam sebuah konteks organisatoris merupakan proses psikologis dimana terjadi interaksi antara sikap, kebutuhan, persepsi, proses belajar sehingga seseorang melakukan suatu tindakan. Pengembangan Karier dan Motivasi Berdasarkan adanya hubungan antara pengembangan karier dan motivasi, jelas harus dikelola dengan baik apabila ingin meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengembangan Karier, Motivasi dan Kinerja Pegawai Bank Nasional di Indonesia. (2) Pengaruh Pengembangan Karier dan Motivasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank Nasional di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif, maka metode survei yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah descriptif survey dan , sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis pengaruh menggunakan analisis korelasi Sopearman. Ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui tingkat derajat antara variabel bebas (X1 dan X2) dan variabel tidak bebas (Y). Untuk mengetahui korelasi antar variabel pengembangan karier dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan hasil tabulasi diterapkan pada pendekatan penelitian yaitu dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara Pengembangan Karier dan Motivasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bank Nasional Di Indonesia. Pengembangan Karier dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 77% atau memberikan kontribusi (determinasi) sebesar 51,1%, sehingga terdapat variabel lain yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai selain Pengembangan Karier dan Motivasi Kerja sebesar 48.9% (koefisien standardize).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the presence or absence of the effect of work placement and job characteristics on job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously, considering that companies need to manage and develop human resources properly, because the key to company success is not only excellence in technology and availability of funds , but the human factor is also an important factor to achieve job satisfaction with employees of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Husein Sastranegara Airport which is expected to achieve organizational goals. This research uses descriptive verification method. Primary data in this study were obtained from the results of statements (questionnaires) distributed directly to 43 respondents of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Husein Sastranegara Airport, while secondary data were obtained from employee data of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Husein Sastranegara Airport. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS v21.1 for Windows application and testing the hypothesis test of the t test and the statistical test of the f test. The results show that job work placement and characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction partially with a positive relationship direction of 0.754; job work placement and job characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction simultaneously showing positive correlations, and in the category of very strong relationships, meaning that the better the job work placement and characteristics, the better job satisfaction on employees.

Abstract

This research is based on the existence of a new trend in business activists, namely offshoring, where the system that is expected to use this new method is able to provide maximum business benefits by reducing costs to a minimum. Outsourcing cannot be separated from business activities as a third party in service, it is hoped that outsourcing can have a full impact on the company in order to minimize losses from less skilled employees. The Indonesian economy during the COVID-19 pandemic has become a new challenge for business activists recently. The method used in this research is (Systematic Literature Review) where the author makes a study in the results of journal articles that have been published domestically and internationally. The results of this review, produce a new reference, namely that outsourcing and offshoring in the economy in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic has a big impact, but it can be overcome by identifying problems, using low costs, as well as implementing effective, efficient and flexible.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of cash flow and net income to stock return on the agriculture companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in periode 2009-2013 either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive and verificative. The sample used in this study is the annual financial statements 6 agriculture companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2013. To determine the effect of cash flow and net income to stock return multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that in partial cash flow have a significant influence to stock return. The same thing happened to net income have a significant influence to stock return. At the same time this research showed that simultaneous cash flow and net income provide a significant effect to stock returns. The rest can be explained by other variables not examined. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the presence or absence of the analysis of mutations and communication competence on the employee performance at sekretariat daerah provinsi jawa barat both partially and simultaneously, given the difficulty of managing human resources in order to continue to contribute and work well, in order to support the activities at Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat which resulted in the need to improve employee performance. This research uses descriptive verification method. Primary data in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed directly to 60 respondents of Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, while secondary data are obtained from data from Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat for the period of 2019. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21 Software application and testing the hypothesis of the t test and statistical test of the f test. The results show that employee performance is significantly affected by mutations and communication competence by partial 0.811; employee performance is significantly affected by mutations and communication competence simultaneously shows a positive correlation, and in the category of very strong relationships, means that the better the mutations and communication competence, the better employee performance.

Abstract

Paradigma baik atau buruknya performa suatu perusahaan tidak terlepas dari kinerja sumber daya manusia sebagai motor penggeraknya. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di suatu perusahaan seperti iklim organisasi yang menjadi ciri khas atau sebagai pembeda dari perusahaan lainnya dan etos kerja yang terdapat pada individu-individu karyawan. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai pengaruh iklim organisasi dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden pada suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan pelat merah di Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is examine the impact between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction to job performance. This study is using survey from PT Bank BII Maybank Indonesia Tbk Secured Loan division Asia Afrika Bandung, and used 64 people from secured loan division as respondent. Also, all data can be used. The outliers, validity, reliability, descriptive statistics and verificative statistics tests were conducted before hypothesis was tested. The linier regression analysis was used to examine the hypothesis.The result shows that emotional intelligence and job satisfaction have impact to job performance in PT Bank BII Maybank Indonesia Tbk Secured Loan Division Asia Afrika Bandung of 63.84%, while the rest 36.16 % influenced by other variable. Based on the results of studies there are some advice to improve employee performance .The emotional intelligence be better if focus to motivate employees and do morning breafing. Gave directions in the point of view of customers. Clear the rewards and pusnishment to increase again variable satisfaction work.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Not a few of the business actors experience a lack of awareness of the importance of competent entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial attitudes. Even though these two components have a role that is considered important in the success of the culinary business. This study aims to determine whether these two components have an influence on the success of the culinary business in Bandung. The author uses descriptive analysis and verification methods through a quantitative approach. Research shows that competent entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial attitudes have a fairly good effect on the success of culinary businesses in Bandung. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Attitude; Entrepreneurial Ability; Competence, Culinary; Success ABSTRAK Tidak sedikit dari pelaku usaha mengalami kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya kemampuan berwirausaha yang kompeten dan sikap kewirausahaan. Padahal kedua komponen tersebut memiliki peran yang dinilai pemting terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahahui apakah kedua komponen tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner di Bandung. Penulis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan berwirausaha yang kompeten dan sikap kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang cukup baik terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner di Bandung. Abstract

The JCI is considered as a part of economic development tools that have erratic fluctuations, this uncertainty is stabilized by the monetary policy pursued by the government in which this policy will react to the shift in the JCI towards positive or negative. This monetary policy will regulate, among others, interest rates, inflation, and the money supply. This study aims to determine whether this monetary policy has an impact on the JCI or does not actually have any effect. The method used is descriptive method which describes the condition of the object to be studied. This study shows that a decrease in interest rates has an impact on the JCI and a different effect from the money supply in Indonesia which is considered not to have a significant effect on inflation so that it does not make the JCI experience a shift or change in investor investment patterns.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet sangat dibutuhkan terutama dua tahun terakhir, saat seluruh dunia terdampak pandemi covid 19. Semua sektor baik yang bekerja di kantoran, pelajar, mahasiswa, ibu rumah tangga, pengusaha dan lain-lain sangat tergantung kepada keberadaan internet. E-commerce makin berkembang terutama dengan maraknya persaingan dengan menggunakan e-commerce ini karena masyarakat tidak perlu repot keluar rumah untuk mendapatkan barang atau jasa yang dibutuhkannya tetapi cukup dengan menggunakan internet di rumah. Masyarakat millennial perlu diberi pengertian dan pelatihan bagaimana penting nya e-commerce dalam mengembangkan suatu peluang bisnis yang semakin berkembang. UMKM Kirihuci melakukan pelatihan ke 75 – 80 orang mahasiswa LP3i Bandung: 1. Mengenai mengenal potensi diri yang dimiliki, 2. Analisa peluang usaha yang ada di sekitar kita, 3. Copy writing dan sosmed, 4. Marketplace dan iklan. Diharapkan mahasiswa yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan ini dapat mengembangkan keahliannya dalam membuat aplikasi e-commerce seperti Business to Business (B2B), Business to Consumer (B2C), Online to Offline (O2O) agar menambah wawasan pengetahuan mereka tentang penggunaan e-commerce saat mereka memulai membuka usaha bisnis barunya.
