Abstract

Abstract. Bank liquidity is adequate if the bank has sufficient funds when depositors withdraw them. The bank’s inability to meet its depositors’ rights will negatively affect public confidence and bank profitability. This study is to identify the potential liquidity risk of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia using the Stock-Based and Flow-Based Methods based on OJK regulation. The assessment of the potential for liquidity risk using the stock-based method and the weight of the inherent risk value results in the statement risk level for each Islamic commercial Bank, ranging from 2.25 (low) to 2.85 (moderate). The flow-based method results in a negative liquidity gap. This research finds that bank liquidity has no significant impact on its profitability. The research provides direction for Islamic commercial banks in measuring liquidity risk so that the bank can formulate strategies for risk mitigation and control to avoid financial distress. Keywords: Flow-Based, Liquidity, Profitability, Risk Management, Stock-Based Abstrak. Likuiditas bank dikatakan baik apabila bank mampu memenuhi dana yang dibutuhkan saat deposan melakukan penarikan. Namun, jika bank tidak mampu memenuhi dana yang dibutuhkan oleh para deposan, maka tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat bisa berkurang dan memengaruhi profitabilitas bank. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi potensi resiko likuiditas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia dengan Metode Stock-  Based dan Flow-Based, berdasarkan peraturan OJK. Penilaian potensi terjadinya risiko likuiditas dengan menggunakan metode stock-based dan bobot nilai risiko inheren memperoleh hasil tingkat risiko pada masing-masing bank umum syariah yang berkisar antara 2,55 (moderate) sampai dengan 3,15 (moderate). Metode flow-based, secara keseluruhan, menghasilkan gap likuiditas negatif. Dalam penelitian ini, tidak terdapat pengaruh likuiditas bank terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk memberikan arahan kepada Bank  Umum Syariah dalam mengukur Risiko Likuiditas sehingga Bank mampu merumuskan strategi untuk mitigasi dan pengendalian risiko untuk menghindari kondisi Financial Distress.Kata kunci: Flow-Based, Likuiditas, Manajemen Risiko, Profitabilitas, Stock-Based

Abstract

This research aims to identify potential new customers Syariah banking regarding factors that cause the customer has customer switching intention. The research methodology used is a naturalistic approach to qualitative research. Researchers using primary data sources with the techniques of data collection via an in-depth interview. The subjects of this study are the conventional banking that has customer switching intention to Islamic banks. The method of the validity used is the using the extension of observation, whereas his credibility using triangular theory. The dwarf in the taking of the sample used was snowball sampling. Researchers using the method of analysis of Milles and Huberman, namely the reduction of data, data display, conclusion. Results found in this study is the potential of the new Islamic bank clients can be identified through the factors that cause the customer switching behavior intention is extrinsic factors include; sales promotion and brand quality and intrinsic factors include: variety seeking, consumer loyalty, the perception of consumers, consumer preferences, attitudes, knowledge of consumers, quality of service and religiosity.Keywords: Customer switching intention, Variety Seeking ,Consumer perception, Consumer knowledge , Religiousity

Abstract

Muntilan yang terletak di kaki Gunung Merapi memiliki kondisi tanah yang subur sehingga sebagian besar pencaharian penduduknya adalah petani dan peternak. Ketersediaan air yang bagus dan pakan ternak yang melimpah menjadi faktor pendukung mata pencaharian peternak rumahan bebek. Bebek dipilih karena memilki produktfitas lebih lama dibandingkan unggas lain. Akan tetapi, ada masalah yang dihadapi peternak, yaitu masih kecilnya skala produksi yang dihasilkan dari usaha ternak. Di samping itu, risiko kesehatan dan kematian ternak yang tinggi, jumlah hasil produksi telur pada skala maksimal 70%, padahal permintaan pasar telur bebek tinggi. Selain itu, ada masa tidak produktif dari hewan ternak selama 1 bulan yang mengakibatkan pendapatan peternak tidak stabil. Metode penyelesaian masalah melalui Program PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) dengan cara penambahan sarana produksi dan meningkatkan nilai jual telur bebek, yaitu telur asin bakar. Nilai jual telur asin bakar 2 kali lipat dibandingkan nilai jual telur mentah. Pelatihan dan pendampingan proses pembuatan telur asin bakar dilaksanakan untuk mitra serta dilengkapi dengan pelatihan teknik packaging dan pembubuhan merek. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya kuantitas hewan ternak dan hasil telur ternak. Selain itu, ada peningkatan nilai (value added) dari hasil telur yang diproduksi menjadi telur asin aneka rasa. Pendapatan harian peternak bisa meningkat 20–40 ribu per harinya.

Abstract

Salah satu usaha makanan yang banyak dijumpai di desa sendangsari kecamatan Minggir Kabupaten Sleman adalah jajan pasar atau makanan kecil untuk snack. Jajan pasar atau makanan untuk snack merupakan makanan ringan yang banyak digemari masyarakat. Selain untuk dikonsumsi sehari-hari sebagai camilan atau suguhan untuk tamu, jajan pasar juga sering dicari untuk dijadikan suguhan pada saat hajatan, pengajian, arisan dan acara perkumpulan lainnya. Salah satu pemilik usaha rumahan catering di desa sendangsari yang menjadi mitra adalah Ibu Feni. Usaha Ibu Feni tepatnya terletak di kampung Prayan desa Sendangsari, Kecamatan Minggir, Kabupaten Sleman DIY. Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah menyelesaikan masalah efisiensi proses produksi dengan cara membantu pengadaan kompor besar dan alat parut kelapa listrik. Setelah itu diadakan sosialisasi dan pendampingan penggunaan peralatan tersebut. Tujuan kedua adalah menyelesaikan masalah pemasaran yaitu dengan mengadakan pelatihan tentang strategi promosi menggunakan media sosial untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan pendampingan dalam membuat media sosial serta katalog menu untuk mempermudah pelanggan memilih menu yang akan dipesan.

Abstract

Kue Pelok, Cemilan satu ini bisa dibilang sebagai sajian khas lebaran di Magelang dan biasanya diburu untuk oleh-oleh wisatawan dan pemudik lebaran. Tidak hanya saat lebaran, kue ini juga sangat cocok dikonsumsi sehari hari mengingat terbuat dari Bahan alami, sehingga aman dikonsumsi anak anak sampai dewasa. Warga desa magelang sebagai perajin kue pelok ini pada perjalanan usahanya ada beberapa kendala yang dialami seperti masih tradisionalnya alat produksi, sehingga kapaitas produksi terbatas. Selain itu packaging yang sederhana sehingga penjualanpun belum bisa keluar. Penjualan Produksi Kue dan Camilan masih disekitar setempat, dititipkan di warung, dan pesanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pemasaran produk. Metode penelitian berupa field research dengan sample perajin makanan kecil menggunakan teknik pelatihan dan pendampingan inovasi produk baru, packaging dan digital marketing. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diperoleh adanya varian baru produk makanan kecil Slondok Pedas, packaging yang menarik, dan pemasaran melalui marketplace Shopee.

Abstract

Panjangrejo is one of the Tourism Villages located in the east of Bantul Regency. Geographically, the location of this Tourism Village is very strategic because this Pottery Tourism Village is on one of the Parangtritis beach tourist routes, which is very crowded by tourists. Due to a lack of attention and support from the village government, the pottery craft of the Panjamgrejo tourism village is not as popular as the Kasongan village. The main problems faced by craftsmen include the stiff competition between pottery artisans, the lack of demand from outside the region due to limitations in marketing digital products (digital marketing), and the fulfillment of safe and attractive packaging. The method used in this service is the method of training and substitution of science and technology. The solution of product packaging that is still simple is overcome by procuring durable and attractive packaging boxes to increase product sales power and minimize product breakage. Also, the promotion of products that have not been run optimally is overcome by digital marketing training both through social media Instagram to Facebook ads with better internet signal support due to the availability of modems to facilitate online product marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find a combination of financing portfolio that produces the smallest financing risk based on investor preference and based on the amount of financing in the economic sector at Sharia Commercial Bank. The research method is analytical descriptive research using secondary data obtained from a publication of Bank Indonesia (Statistik Perbankan Syariah) covering monthly data of financing position of 10 (ten) economic sector during January 2011-March 2014 for BUS / UUS category. Analyzer used by Markowitz Method. The results obtained from the research show BUS / UUS in Indonesia there is a combination of different economic sectors in the distribution of financing with the smallest financing risk. Optimal portfolio of financing distribution based on BUS risk preference to economic sector can be obtained if BUS distributes to Economic Sector of Business Services, then Transportation, Warehousing and Communication sector, then Construct. The smallest optimal risk portfolio of financing disbursements based on economic sector in Indonesia focuses on the business sector of the business economy, then the social services sector, then the mining sector.Keywords: Sharia Bank Financing, Economic Sector Financing, Optimal Portfolio, Shariah Bank Preferences Minimum Funding Risk, Markowitz Method

Abstract

One of the gethuk centers in Magelang is in Sedayu village, Muntilan sub-district. The gethuk and ceriping craftsmen who are partners are Mr. Rohmat and Ms. Hanik. The main problem faced by partners is in the production process, both in chip production and gethuk production. Production is still done manually and inefficiently. Another problem faced by partners is packaging of Gethuk chip products. This gethuk chip is still manually packed with 'dislomoti' and affixing the brand to the packaging just by attaching the brand's writing, in the form of black and white paper into the package. The purpose of this service is to solve the problem of efficiency of the production process by petrifying the procurement of cutting machines. The second objective is to solve the problem of still simple product packaging that is overcome by the procurement of press machines to glue plastic packaging. After that, assistance and training in the packaging of gethuk chips with press machines and trademark affixing with plastic screen printing were carried out. The results of the service have succeeded in providing gethuk, press machines, and plastic packaging cutting machines that have been screened with brands and PIRT numbers. The presence of these machines succeeded in increasing the production volume significantly from 10-15 kg perday to 25 kg perday.

Abstract

Partners in this service are t-shirt craftsmen in Mejing Wetan Village, Gamping District, Sleman Regency, D.I Yogyakarta. Partners contribute to providing explanations related to conditions and problems faced by Partners, which then the Service Team will provide the right solution. The problem that was found by Partners was that the packaging of the t-shirts was still simple and less attractive. The second problem, innovation in t-shirt design is still lacking and has not included local cultural wisdom and religious elements. The solution offered to Partners is training and assistance in t-shirt product packaging. The second solution is training and developing t-shirt designs based on local cultural wisdom and adding religious elements. Based on the results of the deliberations, the Partners contribute to providing space and time during the mentoring, training, and business monitoring activities. This PKM program provides several real contributions and can be felt by Partners, namely: increasing the quality and innovation of products (t-shirts) in order to have a higher selling power and increase Partner income. The end result of this PKM activity resulted in product innovation in the form of t-shirts with local cultural wisdom designs by incorporating religious elements and packaging innovations made of cardboard in the form of blocks with contemporary designs.

Abstract

MSMEs are part of the supporting aspects of the country's economy. However, the competitiveness of MSMEs in Indonesia towards the global economy still tends to be low when compared to other ASEAN countries. This is caused by low levels of education and expertise, difficulties in obtaining licensing for MSMEs, lack of access to capital, and lack of infrastructure support. One aspect that should not be missed from the field of education and expertise is the level of public financial literacy. The purpose of this study is not only to analyze and classify the level of financial literacy of MSMEs but also to examine the impact of literacy levels on the development of MSMEs. This research approach is descriptive quantitative with a sample size of 1392, obtained by using cluster random sampling technique in Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The results of the study show that the financial literacy of MSMEs in DIY is Less Literate. The effect on the business developing had a positive and significant influence amounted to 36.1%. With this finding, it is expected to be an input for regulators in the framework of planning and implementing policies related to Islamic financial literacy.
