Abstract

Achieving gender equality and economic independence. These programs aim to increase women's access to financial services, promote entrepreneurship, and facilitate economic participation through the use of digital technology. By providing training in personal financial management, e-commerce, and online banking applications, women can overcome traditional barriers such as limited access and cultural norms that limit their financial inclusion. This research explores the transformational potential of these empowerment programs, highlighting the importance of cross-sector collaboration and supporting policies to achieve the full potential of women's empowerment through digital financial skills.

Abstract

Kebijakan dividen adalah keputusan yang menentukan apakah laba perusahaan akan dibagikan kepada investor sebagai dividen atau akan ditahan sebagai laba ditahan untuk mendukung investasi di masa depan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 sampel perusahaan dengan periode waktu selama 5 tahun yaitu 60 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial likuiditas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Secara simultan bahwa variabel likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen memberikan pengaruh sebesar 29.1% dan sisanya sebesar 70.9% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Islamic Bank is a financial institution that runs its business activities based on Islamic principles and sharia. The decision to become a customer of an Islamic bank can be influenced by several factors, including consumer knowledge and brand image. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of consumer knowledge and brand image on the decision to become a customer of BTN Syariah Jambi. The sample from this research was 80 customers of the BTN Syariah Jambi. The research results show that consumer knowledge (X1) and brand image (X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on customer decisions. This is proven by the Adjusted R square (coefficient of determination) value of 88,6%.
