Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the low level of student learning activity in Social Sciences subjects. Therefore, the focus of research in this thesis is how teachers make efforts to improve learning activities. This research also aims to find out what efforts teachers have made to improve social studies learning activities in class VIII at SMPN 2 Telen. The type of research carried out was descriptive qualitative. The informants in this research were social studies teachers. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and interviewing social studies subject teachers. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the teacher's efforts to increase social studies learning activities in class VIII SMPN 2 Telen are reflected in his efforts as follows: (1) The teacher attracts students' attention, (2) The teacher motivates students before explaining the lesson material, (3) The teacher encourages students to be active during the learning process, (4) The teacher explains the basic competencies of the material to be discussed, (5) The teacher explains the objectives that must be achieved from the material being studied, (6) The teacher explains the competencies that students must have before starting the lesson , (7) The teacher provides an overview of the material that will be discussed, (8) The teacher tells students easy ways to understand the material, (9) The teacher uses interesting learning methods, (10) The teacher uses learning media according to the material being studied, ( 11) The teacher diligently asks students about the material studied, (12) The teacher responds to questions asked by his students, (13) The teacher conducts an evaluation at the end of the lesson and (14) The teacher concludes the lesson material. The efforts made by teachers to increase social studies learning activities for class VIII students are categorized as "maximum" with a percentage of 76.19%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether brand image and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Janji Jiwa Jilid 490 coffee shop. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. Data collection carried out was a questionnaire distributed to 96 consumers, observations and interviews. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The partial t test results for each variable brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, then the F test results show that simultaneously brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the results of statistical analysis using significance value 0.000 < 0.05. Service quality is the dominant variable influencing consumer satisfaction. The R Square value is 50.8% while the remaining 49.2% is influenced by variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The condition of revenue sharing funds from natural resources in East Kalimantan Province shows fluctuating conditions tending to decline, profit sharing funds contribute positively to the regional financial assistance budget which is useful for regional progress and development. The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the contribution of natural resource revenue sharing funds to financial aid spending, as well as determine the largest contribution from both renewable and non-renewable natural resources. This research is a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques using documentation and data analysis using the fiscal decentralization formula. The results of the research show that every year the contribution of the Profit Sharing Fund contributes to the financial aid expenditure of the province of East Kalimantan, this is because the amount of the profit sharing fund tends to decrease every year while the budget for aid expenditure for the province of East Kalimantan continues to increase.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Brand Image and Brand Trust on the Purchase Decisions of Shopee Customers with a Study on Students of the Economics Education Program at Mulawarman University. This type of research is associative, employing a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consists of 86 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection technique involves using questionnaires. The analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the brand image (X1) partially has a positive and significant impact on Shopee customers' purchase decisions (Y), and the brand trust (X2) partially has a positive and significant impact on Shopee customers' purchase decisions (Y). In the coefficient of determination (R²) test, it is found that the combined influence of brand image and brand trust on Shopee customers' purchase decisions is 49.8%. The remaining 50.2% is influenced by variables outside of Brand Image and Brand Trust, such as price and convenience.

Abstract

The emergence of E-commerce Shopee can cause changes in student consumption behavior. The massive promos offered by E-commerce Shopee will encourage students to shop and tend to behave consumptively. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Shopee E-commerce on student consumptive behavior. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a population of 258 students majoring in social science education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University, and a sample size of 72 students where the sample is obtained by using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study uses classical assumption test data analysis techniques in the form of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression tests and coefficient of determination tests, and uses the t test to test hypotheses. The results showed that Shopee E-commerce had a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students majoring in social science education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University. This can be seen from the results of the t test, where t_hitung is greater than t_table (2.072> 1.994), with a significant level smaller than 0.05 (0.042 <0.05). Based on statistical data testing through the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R^2) is 0.058 or 5.8%, which means that variable X (Shopee E-commerce) affects variable Y (consumptive behavior) 5.8%. Another 94.2% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Based on the research results it can be concluded: E-commerce Shopee affects the consumptive behavior of students of the Social Science Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruhh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan positif antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa FKIP pendidikan ekonomi universitas mulawarman, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai uji t sebesar 23.339 > 1.656 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif motivasi belajar (X) terhadap prestasi belajar (Y) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 79,8% menunjuukan bahwa kemampuan modle regresi menjelaskan variabel motivasi belajar adalah sebesar tersebut. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena mahasisiwa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2020-2022 universitas mulawarman memiliki motivasi belajar yang baik ditunjukkan dengan keaktivan dan semangat mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi dalam belajar dan berkegiatan dikampus termasuk didalamnya adalah kegiatan ektrakulikuler semangat inilah yang kemudian kemudian dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Dengan motivasi belajar yang baik mahasiswa akan sangat serius dan bersungguh-sungguh dalam mengikuti perkuliahan sehingga nilai IPK yang menjadi salah satu indikator prestasi belajar juga meningkat dengan baik.
