This study aims to determine the relationship between economic growth andinflation on the open unemployment rate and its implications for poverty inIndonesia based on the Phillips Curve approach and Okun's Law, whether thePhillips Curve Theory and Okun's Law apply in Indonesia. The Phillips curvestates that there is a relationship or trade off between the inflation rate and theunemployment rate. Okun's law states that there is a linear negativerelationship between unemployment and economic growth: a 1% increase in the unemployment rate will cause a decrease in economic growth by 2% or more,whereas a 1% increase in output will cause a decrease in the unemploymentrate of 1% or less. Based on the results of Granger causality for the case of theIndonesian economy during the period 2001-2020, it shows that there is notrade off relationship between inflation and open unemployment as depicted inthe Philips Curve. Furthermore, based on the difference version method ofOkun's law to obtain Okun's coefficient and Ordinary Least Square (OLS)analysis, it is known that there is no negative relationship betweenunemployment and the rate of economic growth in Indonesia during the period2001-2020 and vice versa. And based on time series regression analysis withthe lag distribution method, using the Koyck model, it is obtained that economicgrowth, inflation and open unemployment affect poverty in Indonesia

Video Klip merupakan salah satu bentuk audio dan visual yang terdiri dari gambar dan lirik. Pada umumnya, video klip ditampilkan untuk menggambarkan/menguatkan isi/ pesan dari sebuah cerita. Penelitian ini secara khusus ditujukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana realitas penderitaan digambarkan dalam video klip Betran Peto yang berjudul 'Deritaku". Peneliti menggunakan teori Konstruksi realitas sosial dalam media massa sebagai teori yang melandaskan penelitian ini. Paradigma yang digunakan adalah paradigma Konstruktivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis isi dengan semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce sebagai teknik analisisnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa lagu “Deritaku” dapat dikonstruksikan dan mengetahui hubungan segitiga meaning. Peneliti menemukan hasil konstruksi penderitaan dalam video klip “Deritaku”, video klip ini menggambarkan sebagai anak yatim yang harus membesarkan adiknya dengan membiayai sekolah dan memberi makan adiknya.

Koperasi adalah badan usaha atau badan hukum yang anggotanya saling bekerja sama dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Peran utama dari koperasi adalah melakukan proses simpan dan pinjam uang kepada anggota- anggotanya. Pada saat ini banyak koperasi yang mengalami hambatan operasional dikarenakan kondisi pandemi COVID-19 yang dihadapi saat ini membuat bisnis-bisnis tutup dan bankrut sehingga berdampak pada kredit macet yang harus dihadapi koperasi. Kondisi demikian membuat koperasi harus lebih selektif dalam menentukan nasabah-nasabah yang akan mengajukan kredit agar dapat meminimalkan terjadinya kondisi kredit macet. Pada praktiknya, biasanya pihak koperasi akan mengevaluasi kelayakan kredit dari nasabahnya secara konvensional. Proses tersebut tentunya sangat tidak efisien dan efektif dikarenakan apabila jumlah nasabah sangat banyak, maka tentunya memerlukan waktu yang sangat lama dalam melakukan proses evaluasi. Oleh sebab itu pada penelitian ini akan dibangun sebuah aplikasi prediksi penentuan kelancaran pembayaran koperasi dengan algoritma C5.0 agar dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang diuraikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan algoritma C5.0 dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kelancaran pembayaran koperasi secara akurat berdasarkan jumlah data training yang tersedia.

Technological developments are growing day by day. The growing technology proves that human beings are able to create new things that can help in completing their work. With the development of technology, we can also be facilitated in taking decisions, such as in choosing human resources. This research is motivated by the absence of an objective calculation in the selection of computer lab assistants, the difficulty of determining the weight in the criteria of the selection of computer lab assistants, and the selection process that is still running manually. This research is done by using NoSql Firebase as a database, using Java and XML language, and Android Studio as tools to develop this application. Researchers apply the method of Simple Additive Weighting in searching for recommendations of computer lab assistants. Information gathering was done by field study, ie direct observation and interviews with the head of computer lab assistant, and literature study such as reading books, journals, and websites as supporting reference for this research. This application was created to implement the selection of computer lab assistants to be more objective and can assist in the search of computer lab assistant recommendations. Through the research process that has been done and the application development process that has been going on, the researcher concludes that the application that the researcher produces can provide the recommendation of computer lab assistants objectively and precisely, and get the weight on each criterion well. The purpose of this study was to find out how customer value is at Citra Elektronik Stores, Medan. The data sources used in this study were five informants as data sources who were known to have information about what was researched by the author. Five informants were given the same ten questions in the interview and data analysis used data reduction where the interview results which were believed to have no connection with the customer value indicators were deleted by the authors. The results showed that customer value at Citra Elektronik Store was influenced by product quality which was considered positive by customers, while the services and prices provided were too high causing customer value at Citra Elektronik Store, Medan to decline.

The Polsek Sukarame Intersection is an intersection close to the Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA) campus and the exit of Trans Sumatra toll gate. The increase in the volume of traffic in Bandar Lampung as well as the development of commercial areas around the intersection may cause traffic congestion so that it may cause problems in the future. Therefore an evaluation is needed to determine the feasibility of the performance of the Polsek Sukarame Intersection.This research aims to evaluate the performance of the intersection in 2020 by planning performance improvements. The planned intersection performance improvement is level. The main reference used in this research is PKJI 2014. This research uses primary data (environmental conditions and intersection geometry data) and secondary data (traffic flow on the intersection data). Primary data is obtained by direct observation, while secondary data comes from the data of a previous researcher. Based on the evaluation results, the Polsek Sukarame Intersection in 2020 is still feasible to operate according to the PKJI 2014 because the DJ (degree of saturation) value is <0.85. It is predicted that the degree of saturation will exceed 0.85 in 2033, so it requires performance improvements in a level manner. In general, the planned performance improvements include planning for widening approaches, roundabouts, and signalised intersection. The most optimum widening scheme of the approach is the combination scheme with the width of the Ryacudu approach of 10.00 m; Airan of 8.00 m; Senopati of 6.00 m; and Suhaimi of 10.00 m. Roundabout planning requires a minimum diameter of 30 m. It is recommended to use a 3-phase arrangement APILL junction with a widening approach. Cycle time is between 51-100 seconds. The maximum value of the degree of saturation is 0.40 and the maximum average delay of the intersection is 6.25 sec/veh, resulting in a service level indicator between indicators A and B. All these plans require sufficient land acquisition to facilitate the implementation of these plans.

In Indonesia, the increase in the level of financial inclusion and literacy in the community is not balanced. There is a considerable gap between the high level of financial inclusion and low financial literacy, which opens a gap of opportunity for bank fraud mode behavior to carry out its actions. The perpetrators of the fraud mode, on behalf of the bank irresponsibly. Bank BCA, which is also one of the banks that experienced this phenomenon, conducted a campaign that became one of the preventive measures to deliver educational messages to the public as a form of financial literacy. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence between the #AwasModus campaign message delivered by BCA on the level of public financial literacy. The concepts used in the study used the concepts of campaign messages and financial literacy. The method used is explanatory quantitative using a questionnaire survey to 201 respondents. And the results of this study indicate that the independent variable, namely the campaign message, has an influence on the dependent variable, namely financial literacy, by 33.1%. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between the #AwasModus campaign message on Tiktok @bankbca on people's financial literacy.

Black soldier fly larvae shells/BSF-based chitosan can be utilized as polymer electrolyte membrane. This research aims to analyze the physical characteristics of BSF chitosan/PVA/PAN/NH4Cl by varying amount of chitosan and ratio of PVA: PAN. Membrane was fabricated using the phase inversion method. Polymer electrolyte with a mixture of 1.20 g of PVA/PAN with ratio variations of 10:90 and 20:80 and chitosan variations of 2.4 g; 2.8 g; and 3.2 g. Chitosan was also FTIR-characterized. Density and wáter absorption of polymer electrolyte with chitosan composition of 2.4 g; 2.8 g; 3.2 g and PVA/PAN ratio of 10:90 were 0.824 g/mL; 1 g/mL and 1.51 g/mL and water absorption 28.571%; 38.333%; and 46.154%, respectively; and at PVA/PAN ratio of 20:80 were 0.734 g/mL; 1.03 g/mL and 1.096 g/mL and water absorption 62.5%; 66.667% dan 100%, respectively. Best physical property was obtained with the incorporation of 2.4 g of chitosan and 10:90 PVA/PAN ratio.

Tujuan penelitian membahas serta menganalisis mengenai pertanggungjawaban pidana dan pertimbangan hakim terhadap pelaku tindak pidana dengan sengaja memberi keterangan palsu pemalsuan laporan dengan alibi korban pencurian dengan kekerasan di Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Kantor Kepolisian Resor Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan empiris, pendekatan yuridis normatif dilaksanakan dengan mempelajari norma atau kaidah, sedangkan pendekatan empiris dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap narasumber. Dilihat dari sudut terjadinya tindakan yang dilarang, seseorang akan dipertanggungjawabkan atas tindakan-tindakan tersebut, apabila tindakan tersebut melawan hukum serta tidak ada alasan pembenar atau peniadaan sifat melawan hukum untuk pidana yang dilakukannya. Kebenaran menerapkan ketentuan hukum secara jujur dan tepat dengan tujuan untuk mengusut dan menemukan pelaku yang dapat didakwakan melakukan suatu pelanggaran hukum. Pertanggungjawaban pidana dan pertimbangan hakim terhadap pelaku tindak pidana dengan berdasarkan fakta-fakta hukum yang terungkap memperhatikan dari unsur-unsur Pasal 374 KUHP dimana terdakwa melakukan penggelapan dalam hubungan kerja yang menjadi dasar terdakwa melakukan laporan ke SPKT. Bahwa terdakwa telah melakukan penggelapan uang dari perusahaan terdakwa bekerja, dan kemudian terdakwa beralibi yang membuat laporan palsu ke kantor SPKT Bandar Lampung karena korban pencurian. Dalam hal ini majelis hakim menjatuhi hukuman yang sesuai dengan perbuatan terdakwa yaitu pada Pasal 374 KUHP mengenai penggelapan dalam hubungan kerja.
