Abstract

Dalam kehidupan ritual masyarakat hindu di Bali, memiliki unsur bunyi atau suara sebagai sarana upacara atau yajna yang disebut dengan pancanada, yaitu kulkul, gamelan, kidung, genta dan mantra. Selain pancanada dalam ritual Hindu juganmenggunakan sunari. Bunyi sunari diyakini akannmenghasilkan bunyi yang dapat memberikan harmonisasi, ketenangan lahir batin bagi  masyarakat  yang mengadakan upacara keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan bunyi yang dihasilkan dari sunari sebagai objek material penelitian yang dianalisis menggunakan metode Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Analisis tersebut bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik pola bunyi yang  dihasilkan  oleh  sumber  bunyi  sunari, berdasarkan amplitudo bunyi.. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Penentuan Decibel(dB). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dengan proses analisisi karakteristik pola bunyi sunari dengan durasi bunyi 15 detik, frekuensi bunyi sampling sebesar 48000Hz, nilai sampling sebesar 2fm pemotongan silence 0.3 dan  frame blocking sebesar 128 hasil yang didapatkan bahwa bunyi sunari merupakan jenis bunyi yang tenang. Kata Kunci: Bunyi Sunari, Fast Fourier Transform

Abstract

Human life is now side by side with technology. Technology is needed by humans to make their lives easier. Without technology, humans cannot develop their lives rapidly. With this increasingly sophisticated technology, humans are increasingly dependent on existing technology. Because now technology is also the basis of human life. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, this study discusses the thoughts of philosophers in relation to certain cultural phenomena in society. This research focuses on the explanation of the influence of modern technology which has definitely changed the way of life of humans in terms of practical life. The role of science in the development of modern technology is the basis for how to see the formation of life today which tends to be practical, positivistic, individualistic. Human abandonment of something metaphysical has become a new phenomenon that coexists with the birth of modern technology; as a result of scientific progress.Keyword: philosophy of science, qualitative descriptive, modern technology.

Abstract

There are still many UMKM in Denpasar that have not taken advantage of digital advertising opportunities to accelerate growth since the Covid 19 outbreak is limiting all business activities. Data from the Bali Provincial Cooperative and the MSME Office shows that of the total 340 million UMKM units in Bali, only about 250 UMKM are using digital transformation in their business operations. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused sales to drop, with some merchants going bankrupt or temporarily closing. This community service aims to equip UMKM in Denpasar with knowledge and skills on how to use technology to communicate and encourage digital businesses to use the WhatsApp Blast app. The activity uses a participatory approach and personal communication. It consists of 3 stages of training, which are: (1) presentation of materials by the person in charge; (2) training on how to use the WhatsApp Blast application; and (3) consulting and problem solving when doing digital advertising using the WhatsApp Blast application. The results of the training show an increase in the knowledge and skills of UMKM members towards using WhatsApp Blast as a digital marketing and communication medium, which is based on enthusiasm and feedback. positive response of the participants in the training activities. The conclusion of this training was that the provision of training materials and digital marketing helped improve the understanding and skills of UMKM members in using WhatsApp Blast for UMK participants in Denpasar.

Abstract

Pariwisata di Bali sedang mengalami tantangan akibat pandemi. Optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata di era post pandemic. Namun, perjalanan usaha pariwisata di Desa Batuan, Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar masih menerapkan pola tradisional yang sebagian besar mengandalkan pihak ketiga dan kunjungan tamu secara insidentil. Selain itu, masyarakat Desa Batuan belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang tersedia secara maksimal dalam rangka mengelola pariwisata berbasis digital. Pemberdayaan skill digital dalam konteks literasi data, komunikasi dan kolaborasi, kreasi konten digital, keamanan, dan pemecahan masalah perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya eksistensi pariwisata budaya berbasis digital. Berdasarkan sosialisasi yang diberikan, diperoleh hasil bahwa seluruh aspek skill digital telah dipahami dengan baik dimana skor total 3,29 (skor maksimum 4,00). Aspek keamanan direspon paling baik dengan skor 3,52, sedangkan aspek menciptakan konten digital dengan skor paling rendah yaitu 3,06. Gambaran ini menunjukkan bahwa walaupun skor pemahaman responden telah baik, beberapa aspek perlu ditingkatkan seperti bagaimana menciptakan konten digital yang baik. Penyuluhan ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan pola pikir yang berkembang dalam menghadapi situasi pandemic ini dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam bidang pariwisata

Abstract

Student potential cannot only be measured based on the result of academic scores, and many things influence student academic determination. The purpose of this research is to prove that students' potential is influenced by many things, such as character, academic activity, socioeconomic status, and distance of residence. By using the naïve Bayes method and testing with the confusion matrix, it will give results for this research. The data is from V-grade students at SD Negeri 5 Singakerta, with 120 students assisted by the homeroom teacher. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out using a data sample of 10 students and 1 data using the Naïve Bayes, it is obtained that students have academic potential, and the results with the confusion matrix are accuracy of 75%, precision of 81%, and recall of 89%. In this case, it can be concluded that the academic potential of students can not only be measured based on the results of the final grade, but many other factors have an effect, the application of the Naïve Bayes in students' academic potential is appropriate to use.

Abstract

A Inflammation is the basis of pathogenesis of several diseases, both degenerative and non-degenerative diseases. Galangal plants which are commonly found in Indonesia are commonly used as traditional medicines for several diseases and also have secondary metabolite compounds that are useful as anti-inflammatory. In this study, an in silico approach in the form of molecular docking has been applied to 5 compounds derived from the galangal plant to important inflammatory molecular targets such as the cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) receptor. Analysis of the biological activity of compounds derived from the galangal plant using the WAY2DRUG PASS prediction server. Prediction results of physicochemical properties of compounds derived from galangal plant using the SWISS-ADME server. This study aims to predict the ability of 5 compounds derived from the galangal plant to inhibit the COX-2 enzyme. Detailed information has been obtained using a molecular docking approach. Docking simulations for 5 compounds derived from the galangal plant have been carried out through the Autodock 4.2 application which is embedded in the MGL Tools 1.5.6 application. The molecular interactions of compounds derived from galangal against COX-2 receptors were visualized using Discovery Studio (Biova) software. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the test compound Galanganal has the best affinity when compared to the compounds Galanganol A, Galanganol B, Galanganol C and Galangin. This can be seen from the bond free energy value of -8.98 kcal/mol and the inhibition constant of 261.59 nM. These results indicate that the Galanganal test compound has potential as an anti-inflammatory agent. However, further research is needed to study more compounds derived from the galangal plant to isolate the best conformation.

Abstract

Desa Darmasaba adalah salah satu Kabupaten di Badung Bali yang merupakan salah satu desa penghasil genteng press yang ada di Bali. Proses produksi genteng press terdiri dari pemilihan bahan baku, pengolahan tanah liat, pencetakan tanah menjadi genteng, pengeringan genteng yang basah, dan penghalusan genteng. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan, sebagian besar pengrajin genteng tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) pada saat proses produksi genteng berupa pencetakan genteng dengan pelumas Pb dan pembakaran genteng. Untuk mengetahui status kesehatan pengrajin, dilakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis melalui pengabdian masyarakat pemeriksaan kadar logam berat Pb pada 10 orang pengrajin genteng di Desa Darmasaba, Abiansemal, Badung pada sampel darah vena dengan metode destruksi basah dan analisis dengan alat Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). Hasil pemeriksaan diperoleh kadar Pb semua pengrajin genteng di desa Dharmasaba adalah normal, dengan kadar terendah adalah 0,27 µg/mL, tertinggi 0, 42 µg/mL dengan rerata 0,353 µg/mL.
