Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership and ability of village heads based on tri Kaya parisudha on the performance of village officials in Seririt District. The types of data from this study are quantitative and qualitative data and the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The problem in this study is whether leadership has an effect on the performance of village officials in Seririt District, whether the ability of village heads based on tri Kaya parisudha affects the performance of village officials in Seririt District. The results of this study are that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Device Performance in Seririt District Village, Tri Kaya Parisudha-Based Ability has a positive and significant effect on Device Performance in Seririt District Village.

Abstract

Apriori algorithm is one of the methods with regard to association rules in data mining. This algorithm uses knowledge from an itemset previously formed with frequent occurrence frequencies to form the next itemset. An a priori algorithm generates a combination by iteration methods that are using repeated database scanning process, pairing one product with another product and then recording the number of occurrences of the combination with the minimum limit of support and confidence values. The a priori algorithm will slow down to an expanding database in the process of finding frequent itemset to form association rules. Modification techniques are needed to optimize the performance of a priori algorithms so as to get frequent itemset and to form association rules in a short time. Modifications in this study are obtained by using techniques combination reduction and iteration limitation. Testing is done by comparing the time and quality of the rules formed from the database scanning using a priori algorithms with and without modification. The results of the test show that the modified a priori algorithm tested with data samples of up to 500 transactions is proven to form rules faster with quality rules that are maintained.Keywords: Data Mining; Association Rules; Apriori Algorithms; Frequent Itemset; Apriori Modified;

Abstract

Di Indonesia banyak di jumpai sepeda motor juga melakukan fungsi sebagai kendaraan umum yaitu mengangkut orang atau barang dan memungut biaya yang sudah disepakati, moda transportasi jenis ini dikenal dengan nama ojek. Salah satu perusahaan transportasi yang sedang berkembang di Indonesia adalah GO-Jek. Selain harga dan promosi, hal lain yang perlu dilakukan di era perubahan adalah inovasi terus menerus sesuai kebutuhan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, harga, promosi dan inovasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Go-jek di Universitas Bali Internasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Bali Internasional dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 262 orang mahasiswa. Adapun teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling dan Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi dan inovasi berpengaruh prositif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Go-jek secara parsial maupun simultan. Manajemen perusahaan Go-Jek dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Maka dari itu manajemen perusahaan sangat perlu memberikan perhatian lebih pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan harga untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan GoJek, karena pada saat ini Go-Jek telah mengembangkan inovasinya untuk memuaskan dan membuat pelanggan loyal melalui pilihan menarik di aplikasi Go-Jek, dimana persaingan ojek online juga saat ini semakin ketat. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin dinamis diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh pelaku bisnis konvensional. Sejak penetapan pandemik global COVID-19 oleh WHO pada awal tahun 2020, akselerasi transformasi digital merupakan salah satu hal dalam merespon pandemik COVID-19 yang melanda dunia bisnis secara sejak akhir 2019. UKM sebagai sektor yang sudah terbukti dapat bertahan dalam krisis, oleh karena itu UKM didorong untuk mempercepat proses transformasi digital karena kebijakan pembatasan jarak yang diberlakukan selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pentingnya model transformasi digital yang tepat untuk setiap bisnis ukm, khususnya dalam memanfaatkan momentum yang dipercepat akibat kebijakan pembatasan sosial diberlakukan selama pandemi COVID-19, karena dalam pemilihan model yang tepat diyakini akan memberikan probabilitas yang lebih baik dari transformasi yang berhasil. Studi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif melalui analisis konten untuk menghasilkan konstruksi model teoritis transformasi digital model untuk transformasi digital yang wajar untuk UKM. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, bahwa berdasarkan pemetaan digital transformasi UKM di Denpasar pada model R-DT, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pemicu utama DT UKM adalah driver eksternal, driver internal belum banyak ditemukan, terutama di masa pandemi COVID-19, yang dilakukan masih bersifat reaktif dan cenderung hanya menguikuti Langkah-langkah faktor transformasi lain agar tidak mencipatkan keunikan dari UKM tersebut yang akan mengakibatkan hilangnya peluang untuk memiliki keunggulan kompetitif atas pesaing; (2) secara umum pelaksana DT UKM telah menetapkan imperative strategis atas keputusan mereka untuk melakukan transformasi digital, namun belum menetapkan secara terukur milestone sehingga transformasi digital yang dilakukan tidak dapat diukur tingkat keberhasilan; (3) DT yang dilakukan pada umumnya adalah mengubah sebagian operasional perusahaan menjadi digital, hal ini menunjukkan masih rendahnya kematangan digital UKM di Kota Denpasar. Abstract

Character is a mental or moral strength, that is the driving force, and differentiates it from other individuals. Character needs to be planted in the company to create human resources with character and ready to adapt well in order to development the company. Local wisdom can be used as an alternative in building the character of human resources (HR), because local wisdom is the noble values possessed by each region which are upheld by the values and meanings contained therein. Building character based on local wisdom will have a meaning when it is based on universal values ??that are rooted in the culture. One of the local wisdoms in Bali is the concept of Tri Kaya Parisudha. Tri Kaya Parisudha are three ethical teaching concepts that are controlled and harmonized, namely thoughts (manacika), words (wacika), and actions (kayika). Human character in the era of globalization should be assessed from the aspect of attitude or character, without prejudice to the numerical or numerical aspects of the assessment, seen as relevant as an indicator in building the character of human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bumi Sentosa yang masih dipercaya sebagai penyedia jasa khususnya di bidang jasa teknis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis hubungan antara variabel rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan jenis penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif. Analisis statistik dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program aplikasinya Amos. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian technical service di PT. Bumi Sentosa dengan jumlah sampel 110 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap penempatan signifikan, pengaruh seleksi terhadap penempatan signifikan, pengaruh penempatan terhadap kinerja pegawai signifikan, pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap kinerja pegawai signifikan dan pengaruh seleksi. terhadap kinerja karyawan juga signifikan, yang berarti seluruh hipotesis diverifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan yang lebih baik dilakukan oleh PT. Bumi Sentosa, kinerja karyawan juga akan lebih baik. Kata Kunci: rekruitmen, seleksi, penempatan, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Currently information technology plays a role in solving a problem in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work in a business company. Not only that, information technology can also simplify and speed up a business process within a company. SMEs can now take advantage of information technology for business management. One of the technologies that can be utilized by SMEs is a digital-based personnel management information system. The success of a business is highly dependent on good management, especially the management of human resources or employees. So far, there are still many SME entrepreneurs who have not carried out staffing management in a systematic manner, especially utilizing information technology. Realizing the situation and conditions mentioned above, it is necessary to have a digital-based personnel information system for SME entrepreneurs. In this research, a digital-based personnel management information system will be designed for SMEs. This system is expected to be able to assist and facilitate SME entrepreneurs in managing data and assessing employee performance, so that with this system decision making is faster and easier to do.

Abstract

In Bali there are several institutions formed based on cultural values, traditions, and customs, one of which is the Village Credit Institution (LPD). As an institution that must always be based on the teachings of Tri Hita Karana, LPD must be able to translate these teachings and values into organizational governance and management. On the other hand, there are challenges of the times in the form of shifts and changes to the values and teachings of local wisdom, including Tri Hita Karana. Based on these problems, it is necessary to conduct research on the standard of work culture based on local wisdom Tri Hita Karana for LPDs in Bali. This research is important to do to answer the challenges faced by LPD in facing competition and changing times. Research on the standard of creating a work culture based on local wisdom Tri Hita Karana for Village Credit Institutions in Bali is using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. the results of this study formed the work culture standards designed in this study, namely LPD standards in general, employee recruitment standards, employee work behavior standards, meeting ethical standards, promotion standards, and hygiene standards.

Abstract

This study aimed at analyzing sentiment of product purchase reviews on the Tokopedia marketplace using the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm. It was a qualitative study which was done in Bali International University. Two types of data contained in this study namely, primary data and secondary data. Product review became the primary data and information from reference books and journals became the secondary data. It was a qualitative study which focused on sentiment analysis of product reviews in Tokopedia by using Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method. The NBC method is commonly used as a probabilistic learning method to find the highest probability value in classifying the data and getting the appropriate category. There were some staged to be followed such as problem analysis and data collection, library research of sentiment analysis by using NBC method, sentiment analysis process by using NBC method, NBC method testing, and conclusion. The data were collected from research study, observation, and questionnaires. From the three data collection models, data analysis was carried out with the following models such as data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result of this study showed that the result of respondents answered, or sentiment matched to the sentiment classification system designed

Abstract

This study was conducted to test how the effect of independent variables (Inflation, Exchange Rate and Interest Rate) on dependent variables (Stock Prices) on Telecommunications Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period January 2018 to March 2021. This research is a type of quantitative because it refers to the calculation and research of secondary data in the form of numbers. By applying Documentation Studies and Literature Research as data collection techniques, purposive sampling techniques to obtain representative samples in accordance with the specified criteria, as well as applying the Classic Assumption Test of Multiple Regression Models and Hypothetical Testing as data analysis techniques in this study. Therefore, the following results are obtained: Inflation has a positive and significant effect on the Stock Price, interest rate has a negative and significant effect on the Stock Price, Rupiah Exchange Rate has no influence on the Stock Price, and based on the analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) inflation, interest rate and rupiah exchange rate is able to explain the variable bound by 56.9% , while 43.1% is influenced by other variables outside the regression model.
