Abstract

The use of information technology is a necessary for Economics. Not only used during the transactions, information technology also used to collate the data for selling strategies in the future. KOSMI is a sharia cooperative that was established in 2019 and has implemented the use of information technology. Since the covid pandemic apppeard, KOSMI has some problems to promote their goods to the consumers. By using data mining information technology, KOSMI can recommend buyers with items they might be interested in. Before processing the data, this research conduct data mining to filter hundreds of transaction bill to find the interconnected data. The 50 relevan transactions found are then entered into a data mining software, Tanagra 1.4.50 version. Type of data mining methods commonly called Market Basket Analysis is used to see the behavior patterns of consumers. One of the algorithms used is the a priori algorithm. With 5% minimum support and 50% minimum confidence value, data processing generates 6 rules that have a lift ratio>1. This data can be used to recommend item to buyers when placing an order.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan dunia industri yang berevolusi dan beradaptasi dari waktu ke waktu menyebabkan tingkat persaingan antar perusahaan dimasing-masing sektor industri semakin ketat. Hal tersebut menuntut perusahaan berusaha untuk selalu terus memingkatkan kinerja dan kemampuan untuk dapat bersaing bahkan memimpin persaingan yang semakin kompetitif. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan dalam peningkatan produktivitas produksi adalah dengan melakukan perbaikan susunan tata letak pabrik dalam hal ini mesin dan fasilitas produksi atau komponen lain yang berhubungan langsung dengan aktivitas kegiatan produksi. Maka untuk mengidentifikasi proses kerja mana yang sudah baik dan yang masih menimbulkan pemborosan. Metode yang digunakan adalah gabungan metode TPS, hasil pengamatan gerakan manusia dan mesin, serta analisis beban kerja. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dan pengamatan lapangan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, maka dapat proses kerja yang saat ini terjadi dilapangan sangatlah kompleks. Beberapa proses kerja tersebut sesuai dengan teori yang seharusnya, sedangkan beberapa yang lain belum. Permasalahan awal yang didapat dari hasil obervasi dilapangan adalah ketidakseimbangan waktu proses pekerja posisi TR01 dan TR02 dengan pekerja TR03 dan TR04. Usulan perbaikan yang dilakukan pada alur proses bracket.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, machine maintenance management is an important aspect that determines the success and sustainability of a manufacturing industry. The development of information technology provides new opportunities for improving the performance of care management. Data management with the help of information systems will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of machine maintenance management activities every company needs fast information. So far, to monitor asset data in the form of computer goods, it still uses MS. Office (Excel) or manuals for data processing. The maintenance division is required to record and monitor each requested machine. The purpose of the research conducted is to design a well-integrated maintenance scheduling information system. In this study, an information system application was made using the Waterfall method which will facilitate the maintenance division in machine maintenance activities. The design of the information system is carried out until the stage of system development in the form of an information system program application. The information system application consists of a dabase system program that uses Visual Basic.Net, MySql. This machine maintenance information system is expected to be able to support the planning process of maintenance activities and make the repair process more effective, so as to increase machine productivity
