Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the influence of personal interst and self-control on investment interest in generation z students in Bandung. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and causal research types. The population in this study were students of generation z in Bandung. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling method with sub-sampling purposive sampling technique with a total of 270 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver 22 software. The results of the study concluded that from the results of the t test, personal interest and self control had a positive and significant effect on investment interest in z generation students in Bandung. Based on the results of the F test, personal interest and self control together have an influence on investment interest in generation z students in Bandung.

Abstract

Currently women hold a vital role both in business even in household. Given that the group has a very strategic position because this group becomes a determinant in decision making of household financial. Therefore, the financial literacy of women is very needed to be a guide in the financial decision making process so that the role of women can run properly and appropriately. This research aims to determine the influence of financial behavior, financial attitude, and financial knowledge on financial literacy of well educated women in Makassar city. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive and causal data analysis. Respondents studied in this research numbered to 100 well-educated women in Makassar. This study uses four variables, namely three independent variables and one dependent variable. The independent variable consists of financial behavior, financial attitude, and financial knowledge while the dependent variable is financial literacy . The results of this study indicate that the financial behavior is in the position of 73.74% and included in good category. Financial attitude has a percentage of 82.47% and included in good category. Financial knowledge has a percentage of 84.57% and included in excellent category. Financial literacy has a percentage of 78.52% and included in good category. The results of this research indicate that financial knowledge has a significant influence on financial literacy.

Abstract

Minat berwirausaha merupakan pemusatan perhatian pada wirausaha karena adanya rasa suka dan disertai keinginan mempelajari, mengetahui dan membuktikan lebih lanjut terhadap wirausaha. Minat berwirausaha muncul karena adanya pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai kewirausahaan yang kemudian dilanjutkan untuk berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam rangka mencari pengalaman dan akhirnya timbul keinginan untuk memperhatikan pengalaman yang telah didapatkan tersebut. Serta mempunyai perasaan senang dan mempunyai keinginan untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan pengambilan resiko, untuk menjalankan bisnis atau usaha sendiri dengan memanfaatkan peluang-peluang bisnis yang ada, dan menciptakan bisnis baru dengan pendekatan inovatif.Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi timbulnya Minat Berwirausaha adalah Motivasi Berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha terhadap Minat Berwirausahapada mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis angkatan 2015 Universitas Telkom. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis angkatan 2015 Universitas Telkom dengan metode pengambilansampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan responden terhadap Motivasi Berwirausahadalam kategori baik dengan skor 79,0%. Dan tanggapan responden terhadap Minat Berwirausaha dalam kategoribaik dengan skor 80,9%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Motivasi Berwirausahaberpengaruh dan signifikan secara positif terhadap Minat Berwirausahadengan skor 43,5%. Hasil tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa dengan meningkatnya Motivasi Berwirusaha pada mahasiswaakan berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan Minat Berwirausaha.

Abstract

Financial institutions divided into two, conventional banking and sharia banking. The fundamental thing that distinguishes between conventional and sharia financial institutions lies in the return and profit sharing provided by customers to financial institutions and / or provided by financial institutions to customers (Muhamad, 2014). Operational activities of sharia banks use the Profit Sharing Principle. This research was conducted in order to find out Revenues comparison between interest given by Bank Maybank with Profit Sharing given by Bank BRI Syariah. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a difference between the ratio of Revenue and analyze which greater revenue gave from Bank Maybank Interest to Profit Sharing gave from Bank BRI Syariah. The research method used in this research is qualitative method, and data collection technique using secondary data which researcher use data of financial report at bank Maybank and BRI Syariah for saving from 2012-2016. Data analysis technique used in this study is by using T test, which divided into three, normality test, homogeneity test and independent test. The revenues comparison between conventional bank interests were different to profit sharing given by sharia bank. Profit sharing given by Syariah Bank is greater because Conventional Bank uses tier system while Syariah Bank does not

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) before and after obtaining financing from syariah financial institutions (case study: MSMEs around the Dayeuhkolot market). This study uses a quantitative method with a type of descriptive-comparative research. Sampling is done by non-probability sampling method type of proporsive sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 30 people. The data analysis technique is used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis significantly, the development of MSMEs around the Dayeuhkolot market experienced significant differences before and after obtaining financing from syariah financial institutions. This is evidenced by z count ? z table, namely for the dimension of sales turnover is 4.794 ? 2.042, the dimension of labor is 4.673 ? 2.042, and the customer dimension is 4.766 ? 2.042 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion of this study, the development of MSMEs on the dimensions of sales turnover fall into the very good category, in the dimensions of labor included in the category quite well, and on the dimensions of the customer included in the fairly good category. Abstract

Financial institutions such as banks are often chosen by the people as a financial institution that provides funds or capital. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) through Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program help people in providing lending capital. Therefore, financial literacy or personal financial knowledge of the people is really needed to become guidelines the people in decision-making process of credits. This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and demographic factors to the decision- making process Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Office Mantingan, Ngawi, East Java. This research is quantitative desciptive data and causal analysis, respondents surveyed in this research amounted to 251 customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which took the capital loan business credit or Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). The result showed the financial literacy in the position 84,1% with a number of very good category and demographic factor at the 71,8% with good category. Based on the coefficienr of determination is obtained that the influence of financial literacy and demographic factor to the decision-making process of credit is 25,19% and 74,81% of rest is affected by other factors such as intenal factor like life style, and psychologi factor. External factor like family effect and co-workers. Keywords: financial literacy, demographic factor, taking credit, quantitative.

Abstract

The level of consumption in the younger generation, including students, is increasing, influenced by the existence of social media. This happens because of the lack of student knowledge of financial management properly. For this reason, students must improve financial literacy and self-confidence both from themselves and factors that cannot be controlled by themselves in personal financial management. Data from the pre-survey results show that personal financial management and financial literacy are on average good, while the external financial locus of control variable tends to be low. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial confidence, and external locus of control on personal finance management (object of study on students in East Java). The population in this study were students who were taking higher education educators in East Java. The sample used in this research is 400 respondents from East Java students. The method in this study was a questionnaire distributed randomly in various cities or districts in East Java. From the results of the analysis using SPSS 25. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and quantitative methods with Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The t-test was used to test the hypothesis partially, while the F-test was used to test the hypothesis simultaneously. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence between financial literacy, financial confidence, and external locus of control on personal finance management.

Abstract

Research objectives was to find determinant  that determines the preferences of consumers in using flight services in Indonesia and knowing  factors priority preferences of consumers in using the flight in Indonesia. Research methodology used the quantitative method and technical data analysis using factor analysis .The size of the population of 91 million passengers with a target population was  commercial airlines passengers in Indonesia. The total sample using Slovin formulas on the level of confidence 95 % as many as 400 respondents. The sample collection technique using nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, observation, and an interview. The result showed that determinant  of consumer’s preferences in using flight services in Indonesia can be grouped in three factors there were arranged based on  priority of attributes as follows: (a) tariff  consisting of a tariff as attribute, (b)  services consisting of attributes such as on-time departure and arrival, safety, reservation and chek-in convenience, airline' crews, flight patterns, cabin services, baggage services, and airplanes, and (c) image of airlines composed of airline image as attribute.

Abstract

Saat ini banyak bermunculan aplikasi berbelanja online yang didukung dengan kemudahan dalam bertransaksi. Studi mengemukakan mayoritas responden merasa bahwa belanja secara online adalah belanja yang mudah daripada yang tradisional. Belanja secara online dapat dilakukan di mana saja dan kapan saja, tanpa datang langsung ke toko atau tempat berjualan. Jelas bahwa belanja online mengonsumsi lebih sedikit waktu dibandingkan dengan toko belanja Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan dan pendidikan kepada masyarakat sasar yang terbagi dalam dua tahap. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terbagi ke dalam dua tahap. Tahap pertama yaitu perencanaan berupa koordinasi antar penyelenggara dengan masyarakat sasar diawali dengan kelengkapan administrasi.Tahap kedua yaitu pelaksanaan berupa penyuluhan yang disampaikan secara daring (dalam jaringan) menggunakan platform yang sudah familiar digunakan yaitu Zoom Meeting. Kegiatan ini sejatinya merupakan kelanjutan dari seri penyuluhan sebelumnya yang mana seri satu dan seri dua lalu mengambil tema pinjaman online dan investasi online. Sehingga relevansinya masih ada dengan kegiatan seri tiga ini mengenai fitur fintech (pay later) yang ada pada e-commerce. Dengan demikian masih terbuka untuk seri pengabdian selanjutnya dengan cakupan bukan hanya masyarakat sasar yang sama melainkan jejaring dari masyarakat sasar itu sendiri dalam hal ini lembaga-lembaga pendidikan lain yang masuk dalam jejaring PGRI di sekitar Kotabaru Cikampek, sehingga target literasi keuangan bisa lebih luas segmentasinya.)

Abstract

Tingkat konsumtif pada generasi muda termasuk mahasiswa semakin meningkat dipengaruhi dengan adanya sosial media. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya pengetahuan mahasiswa akan pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik. Untuk itu mahasiswa harus meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan kepercayaan diri baik dari diri sendiri maupun faktor yang tidak dapat dikendalikan oleh diri mereka dalam manajemen keuangan pribadi. Data dari hasil pra-survey menunjukkan personal finance management, financial literacy rata-rata baik, sedangkan variabel financial locus of control eksternal cenderung rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial literacy, financial confidence, dan locus of control eksternal terhadap personal finance management (objek studi pada mahasiswa di Jawa Timur). Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh pendidik perguruan tinggi di Jawa Timur. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelltian ini sebanyak 400 responden mahasiswa Jawa Timur. Metodel dalam penelitian ini dengan kuesioner yang disebar secara acak diberbagai kota atau kabupaten di Jawa Timur. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS 25. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dna metode kuantitatif dengan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Uji-t digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis secara parsial, sedangkan uji-F digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis secara simultan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara financial literacy, financial confidence, dan locus of control eksternal terhadap personal finance management.
