Abstract

Implementation of a project generally consists of several or many activities that require time and cost. In short, the time needed to complete the job using the least possible cost with good quality results. Based on the progress of the Gunawangsa Gresik Superblock Development project, it can be seen on the S curve that there was a delay of around 60%, which was caused by the interruption of the project activities. So that the work that should be done according to the target has been set back. In this study, the method used is the Fast Track method. Acceleration is carried out on jobs that are included in the critical trajectory using Microsoft Project, then Fast Track is carried out using the principles of Start to Start (SS) and Finish to Finish (FF) with job dependence. From the results of the acceleration using the Fast Track method on the critical trajectory, the acceleration duration is 107 days from the normal duration of 495 days. Meanwhile, from the cost side before the acceleration was applied, it was IDR 7,177,880,989, - after the acceleration was carried out using the Fast Track method, it was IDR 7,177,863,855, -

Abstract

Malang City is a city of education as well as a city of tourism. Therefore, apartment construction is one of the steps to support community needs. The construction of the Begawan Apartment is intended for students who study around the building and also for tourists visiting Malang City and Batu City. To minimize infrastructure damage and the increase in casualties due to earthquakes, the buildings in the Begawan Apartement at Tlogomas Malang, were designed to use the Dual System, Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRF) and Shear Walls. From the calculation results obtained beam B7 at Story 6 with dimensions 40/60 obtained longitudinal / bending reinforcement of left support: upper 14D22, bottom 8D22 and middle 4D22, field reinforcement: top 6D22, bottom 6D22 and middle 4D22, shear reinforcement of plastic hinge area: 4ø12-80 and outer plastic hinge: 4ø12-160. Column C4 at Story 1 with dimensions of 80/80 and total reinforcement of 16 D25, obtained plastic hinge area shear reinforcement: 5ø12-90, outer area of plastic hinge: 5ø12-120, column joint area: 5ø12-90. Control Design Capacity Σ Mnc ≥ 1.2 Σ Mnb with a value of 2205.400 KNm > 1953.461 KNm, it can be concluded that: "Strong Column Weak Beam" requirements have been fulfilled. At the beam-column joint, reinforcement for the vertical confinement are 16D25 and for the horizontal confinement are 5ø12 – 12 layers. The planned shear walls component is at Pier 1 with dimensions of 400 x 6550 with boundary elements as far as 1000 mm from the extreme compressive fiber. The transverse reinforcement of the boundary elements is 6ø12-80. Longitudinal reinforcement is attached to all sections of the shear wall, are 100D25. Transverse reinforcement in the area of the shear wall body for the X and Y directions of the plastic hinge region 2ø12-80, the outer area of the plastic hinge 2ø12-120 and in the column joint area 2ø12-80.

Abstract

In controlling costs, efforts can be made to realize the costs incurred in accordance with the implementation needs and not excessive, such as efforts to reduce costs, namely making savings without reducing quantity or quality. Therefore, in planning a construction must have a technique that has a large enough potential for success in controlling the cost of Value Engineering techniques which aim to identify and eliminate unnecessary costs, without changing functions. Value engineering is an application of a number of techniques to identify and streamline unnecessary costs. The results of the calculation analysis of each design alternative show that the selection of the foundation design with the Value Engineering analysis using the zero-one method obtained the best proposed design, namely using a pile foundation. Pile foundation after cost savings of Rp. 1,249,505,714 or 0.14% of the initial cost of the original foundation of Rp. 1,251,293,838

Abstract

In every project development, problems often occur that hinder the completion process. A delay event on a project can be caused by one or more causes of delay (delay agent) and vice versa. The factors causing the delay are in the form of internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause delays in the development project of the Integrated Laboratory for Science Policy and Public Communication at the University of Jember and mitigation actions that can minimize or prevent delay events from recurring. The method used in this research is the House of Risk method which functions to analyze the causes of risk and then use the steps to analyze the causes of delay to become a House of Delay. The first stage is identification of the problem, then determining the scale of the impact of severity and probability of delay. After obtaining the rating scale, it is analyzed by the House of Risk method phase 1 to calculate the ADP (Aggregate Delay Potential) value and obtain a rating of the problem (the cause of the delay). Determined 3 problems that need to prioritize handling / mitigation action priority with the House of Risk method phase 2. After being identified based on the results of the interview there are six delay events and thirteen delay agents on the project. From the analysis results, it was found that there were three causes of delays, namely, the length of time for the delivery of materials sent from local and imported suppliers, a collision sequence on the job, and work repairs. Of the three problems, then analyzed for efforts to deal with HOR stage 2, namely comprehensive / complete material stock planning, more supervision of scheduling, and controlling techniques.

Abstract

High-rise buildings in Indonesia must be designed resistance to receiving earthquakes. This is because the earthquake load that occurred in Indonesia has a high intensity. So that existing buildings, especially multi-story buildings must ensure good performance in receiving earthquake loads. This effort aims to maintain the safety of its users. Several aspects that need to be considered in designing earthquake-resistant buildings are structural performance and construction costs. Therefore, in this study, we will discuss the designed of earthquake-resistant structures by making comparisons on concrete structures and also steel structures which will then analyze the cost of the structure for the structures that have been analyzed and designed. From the results of the analysis, for the same conditions, earthquake resisting frame with reinforced concrete construction, it requires cheaper construction costs compared to steel construction. Concrete construction requires a structural cost of Rp. 19,030,188,114.0 and for a steel structure of Rp. 72,206,697,860.7. This is certainly not a conclusion that concrete construction is superior to steel construction. Because even though it is more expensive in terms of cost, steel construction is quite superior in terms of quality, time efficiency and ease of implementation.

Abstract

The development of road infrastructure in Malacca Regency has now become a concern and priority of the government in order to support the acceleration of the economy in Malacca Regency, which is one of the new regencies in East Nusa Tenggara Province. Therefore, to achieve the successful implementation of highway construction projects, an effective and efficient planning is needed. This study uses the scientific method, namely by providing interview questionnaires compiled by the researcher. the project location is in the district of Malacca. In this study, the technique used by researchers to collect data is by giving a questionnaire or questionnaire. To analyze the data using the Survey Research Method. The results of the study can be concluded that information and communication factors (X4) are the most dominant factors in the cause of road work delays.

Abstract

Construction of reinforced concrete beams requires resistant material with good deformability. Concrete is a material that is strong in compression but weak in tension. So, this research is to use fiberglass as a fiber in concrete to strengthen the tensile strength of the concrete. The results of the initial research found that the compressive strength capacity of concrete with the use of fiberglass increased to 27% compared to plain concrete without fiber. Meanwhile, if we look at the tensile capacity of concrete, it shows that there is an increase of 32% compared to plain concrete without fiber. Then from the numerical simulation results it was found that the use of fiberglass in the construction of flexible beams can minimize deflection by 12%, reduce the maximum compressive stress by 0.04%, and the maximum tensile stress by 0.71%.
