Abstract

Quality human resources will be able to show good performance achievements. Several performance factors can be seen from motivation, work environment, work culture and so on. This needs to be taken into account by companies including Machine and Machine Tool Industrial Companies for Metal Working in the International Industrial City (KIIC) Area. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, work culture on employee performance. The research method used is through a quantitative approach with the analytical method used is path analysis. Simple random sampling is a sampling technique used, where the sample used is 82 out of a population of 116 people. The results showed that partially work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance by 13.96%, the work environment has a significant positive effect on performance by 19.97% and work culture has a significant positive effect on performance by 32.50%. The conclusion obtained in this study is that work motivation, work environment and work culture simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on performance by 67.50%. Because work motivation, work environment and work culture are inseparable parts of improving performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang using quantitative methods, and the number of samples based on saturated sampling was 83 people. The data was collected using an instrument in the form of a statement sheet with a tested Likert scale model. Using linear regression analysis techniques to conduct research, simple correlation, partial or simultaneous. The results of the study concluded that servant leadership had a significant positive effect on the performance of the lecturers at the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. In this university H1 was accepted or tcount ttable (7,280 1,664); Management of the quality of education of Singaperbangsa Karawang University. Lecturer performance has a significant positive effect, where H2 is accepted or tcount ttable (9.086 1.664); Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of the lecturers of Singaperbangsa Karawang University, H3 is accepted or tcount ttable (9,469 1,664), and multiplied by servant leadershipand quality management of education has a significant effect on lecturers at Singaperbangsa Karawang. University achievement, accept H4 or F count F table or 56,611 2,720.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership function, motivation and work discipline on employees’ performance. The population in this study is all employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Karawang Regency. This research is conducted on the population of 159 people. This study uses verification research methods by using path analysis. The results show that leadership function, motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on employee performance. By improving the leadership function, employee motivation and work discipline, it is possible to increase the employees’ performance at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Karawang Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang berarti menekankan analisisnya pada data-data yang berupa angka dan diolah dengan metode statistika. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 1100 orang karyawan tetap PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 265 karyawan dengan menggunaka rumus Isaac dan Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Kinerja karyawan PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek berada pada kategori kurang setuju atau kurang baik dengan rata-rata jumlah skor sebesar 827,7. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa kinerja karyawan PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek sudah berada pada kriteria yang cukup baik. Stres kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja juga berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan rata-rata jumlah skor sebesar 891,4 dan 817,8. Hal ini juga menunjukan bahwa Stres kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja yang dimiliki karyawan PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek sudah berada pada kriteria yang cukup baik. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Cikampek Kujang Fertilizer. This research is quantitative research which means it emphasizes the analysis of data in the form of numbers and processed by statistical methods. The approach used is a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study amounted to 1100 permanent employees of PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek, with a total sample of 265 employees using the Isaac and Michael formula with an error rate of 5%. The research instruments used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Employee performance of PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek is in the category of less agree or less good with an average total score of 827.7. This illustrates that the performance of employees of PT. Cikampek Kujang fertilizer is already in a fairly good criterion. Job stress and job satisfaction are also in the fairly good category with an average total score of 891.4 and 817.8. This also shows that job stress and job satisfaction are owned by employees of PT. Cikampek Kujang fertilizer is already in a fairly good criterion.

Abstract

This study became carried out to research the have an impact on of integrity, communique and organizational way of life on employee overall performance at PT. Gajah Putih Lestari, Banda Aceh. This research makes use of quantitative strategies with descriptive and verification methods. The sample on this examine were ninety five human beings as employees of PT. Gaja Putih Lestari Banda Aceh using the Slovin technique in figuring out the pattern. The validity of the facts accomplished consisted of validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests together with normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity checks. The statistics evaluation approach used is the size variety approach, with more than one regression analysis with the help of research equipment the usage of SPSS model 25.primarily based on the analysis that has been completed, the variables of integrity, verbal exchange, organizational lifestyle and worker performance have a small suggest price in comparison to the same old deviation, which means that each variable has a small exchange. From the results of SPSS information processing version 25. The correlation coefficient between the integrity and verbal exchange variables is 0.814, the organizational culture variable and employee performance is 0.252. which means that that the variable of integrity with verbal exchange has a very strong have an impact on, while the variable of organizational way of life and worker overall performance has a very small impact. The partial effect of the integrity variable on worker overall performance is 0.109 with a sig price of 0.1/2 extra than 0.05, so integrity has no high quality and tremendous impact on employee overall performance. The have an impact on of the communique variable on worker overall performance is zero.127 with a sig price of 0.029, that's smaller than 0.05, because of this that verbal exchange has a wonderful effect on employee performance. The partial impact of organizational subculture on employee overall performance is zero.167 with a sig value of zero.027, which is smaller than zero.05, this means that that organizational lifestyle has a positive and full-size effect on worker overall performance. The simultaneous impact of the variables of integrity, communique and organizational lifestyle on worker performance has a sig value of zero.003 that's smaller than zero.05, which means that that the variables of integrity, verbal exchange and organizational subculture have a big impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Every organization or agency, both formal and informal, in carrying out programs that are directed to always be efficient to achieve agency goals. One way is to improve employee performance. Employees are Human Resources (HR) who are very important in determining progress and the creation of predetermined goals. In improving employee performance, supporting factors are needed including leadership. The study conducted by researchers at this time leads to an increase in employee performance at PT. Antavaya Corporate travel. Where is PT. Antavaya Corporate Travel is Indonesia's leading travel management company, helping companies of all sizes, multinationals and government agencies manage travel professionally and cost-effectively. Antavaya Corporate Travel is the largest Travel Management company in Indonesia. Founded in 1965, it has earned a reputation for quality service and professional management that is second to none. The core of the problem in this study is not yet optimal employee performance, and aims to 1) Knowing how leadership at PT. Antavaya corporate travel 2) Knowing how much influence leadership has on employee performance at PT. Antavaya corporate travel. The results showed that there was a significant influence between leadership on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BRI Cabang Karawang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 48 responden dan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskritif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis yang digunakan adalah analisi statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara pasrsial dan simultan variabel motivasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BRI Cabang Karawang. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil Uji Parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja PT BRI Cabang Karawang.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in an organization, because the success of an organization is very dependent on the quality and performance of human resources in the organization. Several aspects of employee performance levels are needed and can be determined at the same time, including organizational culture and leadership capabilities. Several previous studies have shown that the role of organizational culture is very important, and it is very likely that it is motivated by leaders in the organization. Banking is one of the industries with a fairly high employee turnover rate. Therefore, this research was conducted in one of the branches of BRI Bank Karawang branch. The purpose of this study was to examine its effect on employee performance, organizational culture and leadership. The research was conducted at Bank BRI Karawang, with a sample of 70 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire as a research tool. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, while leadership has an effect on employee performance. However, the results of the influence of leadership show better results than organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memperoleh temuan kondisi faktual budaya organisasi, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja para mitra. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Mitra Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Karawang tahun. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendeatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Populasi seluruh Mitra Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Karawang tahun 2019 berjumlah 207 orang dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 136 orang.  Hasil penelitian mununjukan bahwa budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat korelasi yang sangat rendah dan nilainya positif, korelasi antara motivasi dengan lingkungan kerja memiliki tingkat hubungan sangat rendah dan nilainya positif dan korelasi antara budaya organisasi dengan lingkungan kerja memiliki tingkat hubungan rendah dan nilainya positif. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kinerja Mitra Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Karawang tahun 2019 dipengaruhi secara positif oleh budaya organisasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja sebesar 39,63% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,37% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dimana variabel yang memiliki pengaruh langsung terbesar yaitu budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja sebesar 20,42%, diikuti lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 13,14% dan motivasi terhadap kinerja sebesar 6,08%.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, ,motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kinerja mitra
