Abstract

Abstract This study aims to uncover the scholarship program goals, explain the nominee selection mechanism, explaining how the scholarship distribution process, explaining the process of monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of the program reveals. The research was conducted at the Bureau of Planning and International Cooperation and the University of the organizers.Research Scholarship Program evaluation using the evaluation model approach Context, Input Process, and Product (CIPP) by Daniel L. Stufflebeam. Data be collected through interviews, document study and observation.The results showed that: 1) The legal basis used is robust and has been seen to work. 2) the selection mechanism needs to be fixed. 3) The process of distribution of scholarship many obstacles aspecially in the begining of the fiscal year. 4) Monitoring the implementation of the program has not been programmed. 5) The effectiveness of the program has been much felt. The findings in this study are expected to be useful for the development of scholarship and to increase the quaity of human resource of Indonesia. Keywords: legal basis and purpose, selection Mechanism scholarship recipients, scholarship distribution process, process monitoring, and program effectiveness. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskantujuan program beasiswa, mekanisme seleksi calon penerima, bagaimana proses penyaluran beasiswa, proses monitoring pelaksanaan, dan efektivitas program. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Biro Perencanaan dan Kerjasama Luar Negeri dan Universitas penyelenggara.  Penelitian evaluasi Program Beasiswa Unggulan ini menggunakan pendekatan model evaluasi Context, Input Process, dan Product (CIPP) oleh Daniel L. Stufflebeam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, studi dokumen, dan observasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Dasar hukum yang digunakan sudah kuat dan telah tampak hasilnya. 2) Mekanisme seleksidi Biro Perencanaan dan Kerjasama Luar Negeri perlu diperbaiki. 3) Proses penyaluran beasiswa banyak mengalami kendala, terutama di awal tahun anggaran. 4) Monitoring pelaksanaan program belum terprogram karena terbatasnya anggaran. 5) Efektivitas program sudah banyak dirasakan oleh alumni.Temuan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan akan bermanfaat bagi pengembangan beasiswa unggulan dan peningkatan mutu serta daya saing sumber daya manusia Indonesia. Kata kunci: Dasar hukum dan tujuan, mekenisme seleksi calon penerima beasiswa, proses penyaluran beasiswa, proses monitoring, dan efektivitas program.

Abstract

Bakery companies in Indonesia are increasingly competitive, each company is required to develop skills and formulate appropriate and measurable marketing strategies to ensure business continuity and maintain brand trust . When customers have confidence in the brand, repeat buying behavior will be created. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Trust on the Decision to Purchase Sari Roti Products. This study used descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique of this research is probability sampling with random sampling technique using the formula Isaac and Michael. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software . The results of this study prove that Brand Trust has a significant effect on Repurchase Decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the cafe atmosphere on the interest in buying Kaula coffee products in the Karawang community. There are two key respondents who became informants in this study. This study uses a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques through interviews. From this study, it was found that the cafe atmosphere had an effect on people's buying interest, a comfortable outdoor atmosphere and live music could increase people's purchasing power for Kaula coffee products. In addition, it was found that the rainy season had an impact on the decrease in the number of visitors because Kaula Coffee used the Outdor theme.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously between Trust and Risk Perception on Online Shop Purchase Decisions of Tokopedia users in Karawang. This type of research is a quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods. The population used in this study were users of the Tokopeia application in Karawang. The sample in this study amounted to 150 people using the Nonprobability Sampling technique. The test tool used in this research is SPSS version 25 software. The analysis model in this study uses a path analysis model. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a partial influence between Trust and Risk Perception of Online Shop Purchase Decisions of Tokopedia users in Karawang. The magnitude of the partial influence of Trust on Online Shop Purchase Decisions of Tokopedia users in Karawang is 17.2%, while the effect of Risk Perception on Online Shop Purchase Decisions of Tokopedia users in Karawang is 42%. Simultaneously, the effect of trust and risk perception on purchasing decisions based on the results of the study shows that the magnitude of the simultaneous influence is 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang cukup tentang tugas, fungsi, kewajiban, dan hak yang melekat pada diri dosen agar dosen dapat melaksanakan tugas sebaik-baiknya sehingga termotivasi untuk berkarir sebagai dosen profesional. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa sosialisasi dengan format webinar yang dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom dan disiarkan secara live streaming lewat kanal YouTube. Peserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 125 dosen dari berbagai kampus Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Indonesia. Materi disampaikan oleh dua orang narasumber. Materi dari narasumber pertama mengenai peningkatan motivasi untuk mencapai kesejahteraan dosen melalui pelaksanaan kebijakan program merdeka belajar, kampus merdeka dan dosen penggerak. Narasumber kedua menyampaikan materi berupa deseminasi hasil penelitian analisis motivasi menjadi dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Indonesia. Hasil pelaksanan kegiatan sosialisasi ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme peserta saat diskusi dilangsungkan dan tanggapan peserta terhadap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan, dimana peserta dapat memahami langkah-langkah dan kiat-kiat serta lebih termotivasi dalam upaya meningkatkan karir dan kesejahteraan dosen.

Abstract

A product that has innovation and quality will be able to attract consumers to make a purchase. However, this is different from the TimTam products at the Yogya Pamanukan Toserba where there is a decrease in purchasing decisions for these products. This study aims to explain the influence of the variables of innovation and product quality on the purchasing decisions of TimTam products on consumers of the Yogya Pamanukan Toserba. The variables used in this study are two independent variables (product innovation (X1) and product quality (X2)) and one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions (Y). The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to Yogya Pamanukan Toserba consumers who buy TimTam products. The sampling technique of this study was proportionate stratified random sampling using the 5% slovin formula. The sample used in this study amounted to 255 respondents. The instrument test was carried out using a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis method was carried out using descriptive statistical tests and hypothesis testing with analysis tools, namely multiple linear regression. The results showed that product innovation and product quality were perceived as good and purchasing decisions were perceived as agreeable. The results of data analysis show that product innovation and product quality partially have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for TimTam products and the conclusion of this study is that product innovation and product quality both have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a very strong relationship level. Abstract

Meningkatnya persaingan usaha saat ini membuat pelaku usaha berlomba-lomba dalam menaikkan pangsa pasar, mempertahankan konsumen lama serta menarik konsumen baru. Pelaku usaha perlu dapat memastikan strategi pemasaran yang cocok supaya perkembangan usahanya tetap berjalan serta menang dalam persaingan. Hal ini dilandasi karena bertambahnya pesaing sehingga bertambah juga pilihan yang ditawarkan kepada pelanggan agar bisa memilih barang yang cocok seperti yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kualitas Produk dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Hijab Land Rimaadeeva. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi diambil dari konsumen Hijab Land Rimaadeeva. Untuk jumlah populasinya diambil dari periode Januari sampai dengan Juni 2021 yaitu sebesar 233 konsumen, maka dari itu pengambilan sampel memanfaatkan rumus Slovin sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 147 konsumen dan metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang di bantu dengan software SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa secara parsial menyatakan variabel Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sementara itu secara simultan variabel Kualitas Produk dan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Hijab Land Rimaadeeva.

Abstract

This research aims to discover the affect caused by locus of control, organization culture and work stress to employee performance at PT Sankeikid Manutec Indonesia. The advancing in the globalization era has become a gateway and makes it easier for companies to develop their expansion to various countries, this surely brings positive and negative impacts, so that companies will survive, companies should be able to maintain and develop their employees to the maximum. The method used in this research was descriptive verification with quantitative approach. The research sample was the employees of PT Sankeikid Manutec Indonesia with total 165 respondents. The research outcomes were locus of control and organizational culture which have an impact on employee performance, while work stress has no affect to it. Locus of control, organizational culture and work stress simultaneously affect to employee performance.

Abstract

Marketing is very important for all businesses, regardless of whether the business is big or small. If in a business there is no marketing, then consumers will not know about a product produced from the business and make sales low. In the era of technology that continues to develop rapidly as it is today, the marketing model can apply a technology that can quickly and can reach wider consumers in a short time and of course with marketing funds that are not too large. A seller can apply a marketing method by utilizing a more efficient and inexpensive electronic media, namely the internet. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of selling salted eggs in Karawang district through online marketing. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The number of population and samples in this study were 20 salted egg traders in the cilamaya kulon and cilamaya wetan sub-districts who had used online media. This research was conducted by conducting interviews with several informants. The results of this study are salted egg producers in Karawang Regency have done a good online marketing system, where all stages of the process in the promotion mix activities. Manufacturers have carried out online advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, and personal selling well. Salted egg marketers need to maintain and improve online marketing models with trained individuals, so they can take full advantage of online media including websites, blogs and social media.

Abstract

Human resource management is a process to solve every problem to support existing activities in an organization or company. Organizations and companies can survive the threats of change and time. This study explains that the role of Human Resource Management (HR) in an organization or company is to achieve organizational or business goals in an effective and efficient manner. Writing aims to determine the role of human resource management in the organization. The writing method uses the literature review method (library research). From the discussion it can be concluded that human resource management is managing human resources. Of all the resources in the organization, human resources are very important and very decisive. All the potential of human resources is very influential on the organization's efforts to achieve goals.
