Abstract

Human resources are also the key that determines organizational development. Employee performance is very important to be considered by every organization, because the performance of employees with all aspects in it will have an overall impact on the development of the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine communication as an intervening variable influence individual characteristics on employee performance. Sample used by all civil servants (PNS) at UPT SDA Bah Bolon, Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya, dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara Jl. Asahan Km. 3,5 Pematangsiantar which numbered 96 employees. The analysis technique used is simple regression and multiple regression. The results of the study found results: (1). There was a signi fi cant effect of individual character on communication: (2). There is a significant influence of individual character and communication on performance: (3). For the results of intervening path analysis shows that individual characters can have a direct effect on employee performance and can also indirectly influence from individual character to communication (as intervening) and then towards employee performance. The results of the above analysis show that indirectly the individual character through communication has a significant influence on performance

Abstract

The study tested the leadership variable, intellectual ability and work environment on employee performance at the Tanah Jawa District Office, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra, which amounted to 32 employee. The study used quantitative and qualitative methods . The results showed that the questionnaire data instrument items were declared valid and reliable. The regression equation produces a positive correlation between the variables of leadership, intellectual ability and work environment on employee performance with the work environment variable having the greatest relationship to employee performance. Partially (t test) shows leadership has a significant influence on employee performance, intellectual ability has a significant influence on employee performance, work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of leadership, intellectual ability and work environment have a positive and significant influence on performance This shows that leadership, intellectual ability and work environment when running well in an organization and being able to become a carrying capacity for employees will have a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The reform of civil servant bureaucracy today is expected to be able to produce good civil servant performance in supporting a good public service system to the community. The implementation of integrity as a moral value and honesty in carrying out the work of civil servants can support their performance and organizational support is expected to always be given to employees so that the ability to manage their performance can be achieved. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational integrity and support on employee performance at the Suka Mbayak Village Head Office located in Suka Mbayak Village, Karo Regency with a total of 37 employees. By using SPSS, the results of the study found the direction coefficient of multiple regression found a positive direction of integrity and organizational support for employee performance. The hypothetical results found a positive and significant influence of integrity on employee performance and a positive and significant influence of organizational support on employee performance. With the high integrity of employees and good organizational support for employees, it will directly or indirectly produce good performance as well.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction of Sopo Gorga Cafe and Resto Pematangsiantar. Research method with survey, data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The unit of analysis in this study was 42 customers as a sample. Data were analyzed with qualitative analysis. The results showed that customers were satisfied but not optimal, with the highest dimension on price, and the lowest dimension on product quality. To optimize customer satisfaction, it can be done by adding unique and interesting garnishes or toppings to the food or beverage products served. Keywords: analysis, satisfaction, and customers.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan Sopo Gorga Cafe dan Resto Pematangsiantar. Metode penelitian dengan survei, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah 42 orang pelanggan sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan sudah puas namun belum optimal, dengan dimensi tertinggi pada harga, serta dimensi terendah pada kualitas produk. Untuk mengoptimalkan kepuasan pelanggan dapat dilakukan dengan menambah garnish atau topping yang unik dan menarik pada produk makanan atau minuman yang disajikan.Kata Kunci: analisis, kepuasan, dan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study delves into the intricate relationship between job satisfaction and individual performance within the Regional Secretariat Government Administration Department. By employing a comprehensive research framework, this investigation aims to elucidate the impact of job satisfaction on the performance of individuals operating within the administrative domain. Through a mixed-method approach encompassing qualitative and quantitative analyses, key factors affecting job satisfaction and their subsequent effects on individual performance will be examined. The findings of this study hold significance for policymakers, organizational leaders, and scholars alike, offering insights into strategies for enhancing employee satisfaction and optimizing performance within governmental administrative structures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap minat beli minyak goreng merek Bimoli pada ibu-ibu di Kelurahan Suka Dame RT 002 RW 006 Kecamatan Siantar Utara, Pematang Siantar, Sumatera Utara. Dari hasil kuesioner yang telah disebarkan, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 35 orang ibu-ibu pengguna minyak goreng Bimoli. Melalui penggunaan software SPSS, dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kuesioner tersebut valid dan reliabel. Untuk persamaan regresi sederhana, koefisien arah citra merek terhadap minat beli bernilai positif, sehingga hasil hipotesis dapat diberikan jawaban bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. semakin positif citra merek, maka semakin tinggi tingkat minat beli konsumen, jika koefisien arah bernilai negatif menunjukkan hubungan negatif antara citra merek dengan minat beli.
