Abstract

This study delves into the intricate relationship between job satisfaction and individual performance within the Regional Secretariat Government Administration Department. By employing a comprehensive research framework, this investigation aims to elucidate the impact of job satisfaction on the performance of individuals operating within the administrative domain. Through a mixed-method approach encompassing qualitative and quantitative analyses, key factors affecting job satisfaction and their subsequent effects on individual performance will be examined. The findings of this study hold significance for policymakers, organizational leaders, and scholars alike, offering insights into strategies for enhancing employee satisfaction and optimizing performance within governmental administrative structures.
