Abstract

The digital era affects various national-international economic transactions. Massive technological developments have had a significant impact on the economy, especially buying and selling transactions. In 2002, foreight exchanger transactions were still carried out manually, as technology grew, this resulted in a technical shift in foreight exchanger transactions from manual to digital. This also certainly affects the fatwa of the National Sharia Council which regulates the buying and selling of foreign currencies. The DSN-MUI fatwa No. 28 concerning the sale and purchase of foreign currencies was formed in 2002. At that time, foreign exchange transactions were still carried out conventionally, so with technical changes to transactions, it was possible that the fatwa needed to be updated so that it was in accordance with the context in society. The approach method in this research is normative juridical. The results of the analysis are described qualitatively and written descriptively. This research found that there are at least some content that is no longer relevant in this digital era, it is necessary to re-discuss it so that the fatwa is in accordance with the existing conditions. This research is expected to be able to contribute ideas, add scientific references and considerations in future research.

Abstract

Keberadaan UMKM di Indonesia sangat diperhitungkan, karena berkontribusi besar pertumbuhan dalam ekonomi. Kelurahan banyu Urip merupakan salah satu daerah di kecamatan sawahan yang memiliki UMKM antara lain laundry, took sembako, kos2an, sewa skuter, bengkel, penjual jamu, penjual batik, penjual peyek, jual beli hewan, dan bank sambah. Seluruh UMKM ini dikelola secara swasembada oleh masyarakat. Permasalahan pada UMKM RT 06 Kelurahan Banyu Urip Surabaya adalah sistem pencatatan logistic usaha UMKM yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Penggunaan media kertas dalam pencatatan menimbulkan ketidaksamaan data pada barang masuk dan keluar. Hal ini terjadi karena sering terjadi kelupaan pencatatan maupun kehilangan data invoice barang masuk dan keluar. Selain itu, penggunaan media kertas kurang efektif dikarenakan memerlukan waktu untuk mencatat dan mencari data yang dibutuhkan. Permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan penurunan pelayanan pada UMKM. Dimana, meningkatkan pelayanan, diperlukan manajemen logistik yang baik, efisien, tepat dan fleksibel. Sistem Informasi Logistic yang telah dibangun memiliki 2 fitur yaitu login dan data stok barang. Pendampingan selama satu bulan telah dilakukan untuk memastikan pemilik UMKM dapat mengoperasikan sistem tersebut. Selain itu, sosialiasi juga dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pemilik UMKM terkait manfaat sistem informasi logistik dalam pencatatan produk. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest terdapat kenaikan 60% tekait pemahaman pemilik UMKM terhadap manfaat sistem informasi logistik.

Abstract

The development of technology today plays a very important role in people's lives. Technology that has developed from time to time is expected to be a supporting tool to help manage and solve problems in the Mangtas Notary office. In this office, when analyzing and collecting data, a problem was found, namely that the employee activity system in the Mangatas Notary office still uses a manual system that has not been digitized. Therefore, the Android-based employee activity reminder app in Mangatas Notary Office is designed to help make it easier to convey information faster and more accurately. This study uses a data collection method through interviews and literature studies, while the system development method uses the Waterfall Method. The purpose of this application is to provide information about every activity that employees will do. This application was created to influence the progress at the Mangatas Notary Office in Technology Development
