Abstract

Study aims to determine the implementation of health insurance carried out by BPJS Kesehatan, and can be used as a consideration in formulating and designing policies for implementing health insurance for Civil Servants (PNS) and also to find out the obstacles faced by BPJS Kesehatan Langkat Branch. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The conclusions of this study in brief are: (1) The implementation of health insurance at the Langkat Branch of Health BPJS is in accordance with the law on state civil servants that civil servants are entitled to receive pension security, old age security, health insurance, work accident insurance and death security. And the implementation of health insurance for civil servants at BPJS Kesehatan Langkat Branch is in accordance with Law No. 24 of 2011, which stipulates that BPJS Kesehatan functions to organize a health insurance program with the aim of ensuring that participants receive health care benefits and protection in meeting basic health needs. (2) Obstacles found in the Langkat Branch of BPJS Health are delays in service to participants, health facilities obtained are not in accordance with the fees paid, lack of participant data collection. The solution to the obstacles in the Langkat Branch Health BPJS needs to be improved in the service system because what participants need is fast, accurate service and can provide convenience in participant administration. Abstract

The Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) is one of the indices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The index, which was launched on July 3, 2000, is intended to accommodate investors who wish to invest in the stock market in sharia-compliant stocks. As for the increase and decrease in stock prices, of course there are several indicators that influence it, one of which is macroeconomic factors. Macroeconomic factors are the factors that become the center of attention of investors, these factors are the occurrence of World Oil Prices, the Dow Jones Islamic Market Index, and the Jakarta Islamic Index. So these factors have the potential to increase profits or reduce risks. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of world oil prices and the Dow Jones Islamic Index (DJIM) on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research is a quantitative research using secondary data from the annual reports of related variables. The samples in this study were taken during the 2016-2020 period. The statistical test used in this study used the Eviews 10 program with quantitative analysis. The results of the study show that the first hypothesis, World Oil Prices have a positive and significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The second hypothesis, the Dow Jones Islamic Market Index has no effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The third hypothesis, simultaneously the two independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accounting knowledge and length of business on the quality of MSME financial statements from a sharia accounting perspective. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research method, sampling is done using random sampling technique. The number of respondents reached 97 people. The results of this study indicate that educational background, length of business and business size simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the quality of MSME financial reporting. Business length and business size have a positive but insignificant effect on the quality of financial statements. And educational background has a significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

Green banking is an approach that aims to mitigate market competition and preserve the environment since the banking sector is reliant on a healthy environment for its sustainability. If the banking sector does not implement this, it will increase legal risks, financing risks, and the bank's reputation. This research aims to find out the green banking development strategy of Sharia banks in Indonesia, along with the problems and potential solutions for its implementation. This research employs the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and is processed using the SuperDecision software. The findings of this study reveal that Islamic banking in Indonesia has three distinct problems: The primary focus is on regulatory issues, followed by human resources problems, and subsequently, governance matters. Respondents have a rater agreement of W = 0.10345. The best solution to overcome the problem of developing green banking for Islamic banks in Indonesia is a human resources solution, followed by a regulatory solution and a governance solution. The level of respondent agreement or rater agreement W = 0.05461. Strategies for developing green banking for Sharia banks in Indonesia include improving the quality of human resources, implementing government support initiatives, and strengthening governance systems. Respondents have a rater agreement of W = 0.04598. Strategies for developing green banking for Sharia banks in Indonesia include strategies for improving the quality of human resources through employee green training and capabilities, strategies for implementing government support initiatives through the establishment of policies that facilitate the enactment of green banking in Sharia banks, and strategies for strengthening governance system by complying with the precautionary principle for an excellent image of Sharia banks.

Abstract

Setiap pegawai atau karyawan dalam organisasi dituntut untuk memberikan kontribusi positif melalui kinerja yang baik, mengingat kinerja organisasi tergantung pada kinerja karyawannya. Menurut Robbins (2008) mendefinisikan kinerja yaitu suatu hasil yang dicapai oleh pegawai dalam pekerjaanya menurut kriteria tertentu yang berlaku untuk suatu pekerjaan. Berdasarkan isu penelitian, pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Ini merupakan langkah pemecahan masalah yang cermat dengan menggambarkan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi kepustakaan, dan pengamatan lapangan. Setelah itu, data tersebut dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan untuk kemudian disimpulkan.. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan karyawan secara teratur berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas. Karyawan yang mendapatkan pelatihan keterampilan baru terlihat memiliki peningkatan yang signifikan dalam efisiensi pekerjaan mereka. Survei juga mengungkapkan bahwa implementasi sistem insentif berbasis kinerja telah mendorong motivasi karyawan secara keseluruhan, yang berdampak positif pada produktivitas tim. Pentingnya Pelatihan Berkelanjutan: Investasi dalam pelatihan karyawan dan pengembangan keterampilan terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas secara keseluruhan. Pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sektor dan tuntutan pasar membantu karyawan untuk tetap relevan dan kompetitif. Dampak Sistem Insentif Berbasis Kinerja: Implementasi sistem insentif yang didasarkan pada pencapaian kinerja telah meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan karyawan.

Abstract

Work motivation and the work environment are important factors that affect employee performance. Work motivation is the internal energy that motivates a person to achieve their goals, while the work environment is an external factor that affects a person's motivation and performance. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach. In qualitative methods, this research emphasizes an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon, involves interpretation of meaning, and explores subjective aspects. Through descriptive data collection, such as in-depth interviews, observation, or document analysis, this study aims to explore rich and contextual understanding. Work motivation has an important context involving various aspects that affect organizational dynamics. First of all, work motivation is strongly related to employee productivity. Employees who feel motivated tend to show higher levels of productivity, resulting in better performance and positive contributions towards achieving organizational goals. The success of an organization lies not only in the technical expertise of its employees but also in their level of motivation. Overall, work motivation is not just about providing a temporary boost but also about creating a foundation for long-term growth and the achievement of common goals. By combining recognition strategies, rewards, skills development, and career opportunities, organizations can create an environment that motivates, supports individual growth, and leads to collective success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and contribution of Tax Customs acquisition of land and building rights (BPHTB) and Urban and rural land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) to the receipt of local revenue (PAD) from 2018-2022. This research method uses a qualitative method that uses a descriptive approach. The object of this study is the Office of the Financial Management Agency of South Aceh region, the source of data used is secondary and primary data, secondary data obtained from the realization of the effectiveness and contribution of tax revenues acquisition of land and building duty (BPHTB) and land tax and Urban and rural building (PBB-P2),and primary data obtained from interviews. Based on the results of the discussion, the level of effectiveness of BPHTB from 2018-2022 is very effective with a percentage level of 167.45%, while the level of contribution is in the good category with a percentage of 45%. For the level of effectiveness of PBB-P2 from 2018-2022, it is quite effective with a value of 80.36%. While the level of contribution is in the medium category with a percentage value of 23%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see whether there are still problems in the form of public complaints about the quality of health services which are less than optimal in terms of patient efficacy towards the public services provided. This ineffectiveness can be caused by the unreliability of Puskesmas staff, lack of attention, and lack of empathy in treating patients. Researchers in this study will use qualitative research methods. In general, qualitative methods are used because the existing problems are still unclear, holistic, complex, dynamic and full of meaning, so it is not possible to collect data about social situations using quantitative methods such as tests, questionnaires and interview guides. The findings of this research include: First of all, the issues raised in this research relate to the processes involved in providing BPJS services in accordance with standard operating procedures. Second, the convenience of services offered by health facilities is very good, but the problem is the long queues that have to be waited at the counter and during examinations by doctors. The third consideration is the availability of health services offered by community health centers which are considered health facilities. In terms of human resources, the current availability of health services is still inadequate, however, informants currently state that the services provided to them are quite good. Other factors that contribute to the efficiency of BPJS patient health services are that the services are provided free of charge, the services and treatment are consistent, the inpatient services are complete, and the location is strategic. Meanwhile, the challenges currently faced are a lack of medical personnel, lack of counter service, long queues in examination rooms, as well as a lack of drivers and ambulances for health facilities.

Abstract

Sistem akuntansi sumber daya manusia pada bengkel honda servis mengalami keterbatasan, yang mana keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawannya. Sementara itu, tenaga kerja yang andal dan hasil kerja karyawan yang maksimal adalah salah satu bagian yang sangat dibutuhkan bagi kemajuan suatu perusahaan, tanpa hal tersebut maka perusahaan tidak dapat berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat memperoleh informasi permasalahan sistem akuntansi sumber daya manusia yang erat kaitannya dengan keberhasilan kinerja karyawan pada bengkel honda servis. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem akuntansi sumber daya manusia pada bengkel honda servis masih kurang baik dikarenakan kurangnya tenaga ahli pada beberapa bidang tertentu seperti, kepala bengkel dan kepala mekanik, guna untuk menstabilkan sistem akuntasi, meminimalisir terjadinya masalah pada bengkel, dan memaksimalkan tanggungjawab serta kedisiplinan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the potential issue of catfish cultivation as an effort to increase people's income, the preferences of the catfish industry considering the possibilities and desires of the community for cultivating catfish from an Islamic economic perspective in an effort to increase income. Using data collected from the research area, this research was carried out in the field. In this case, the type of research is descriptive. Interviews, questionnaires, observations and literature reviews are used as data collection techniques and try to get a complete picture of whatever is being investigated. The owner of a catfish farming business in Ujung Serdang Village provides correct information for analysis. To understand the problem clearly, research findings through questionnaires and interviews using the Guttman scale are being discussed. Based on the cultivation location and the ability to cultivate catfish on the market at a fairly high price, farmers' preferences in choosing a catfish cultivation business have an impact on their ability to develop and meet their daily needs.Keywords:potential and preferences;cultivation;catfish;income Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis isu potensi budidaya ikan lele sebagai upaya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, preferensi industri ikan lele mempertimbangkan kemungkinan dan keinginan masyarakat budidaya ikan lele dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan. Dengan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari wilayah penelitian, penelitian ini dilakukan di lapangan. Dalam hal ini jenis penelitiannya bersifat deskriptif wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan tinjauan literatur digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dan berusaha mendapatkan gambaran yang utuh apapun yang sedang diselidiki. Pemilik usaha budidaya ikan lele di Desa Ujung Serdang memberikan informasi yang benar untuk analisis. Untuk memahami permasalahan secara jelas, digunakan temuan penelitian melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dengan menggunakan skala Guttman sedang dibahas. Berdasarkan lokasi budidaya dan kemampuan budidaya ikan lele di pasaran dengan harga yang cukup tinggi, preferensi pembudidaya pemilihan usaha budidaya ikan lele berdampak pada kemampuan mereka dalam mengembangkan dan memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari.Kata kunci: potensi dan preferensi; budidaya; ikan lele; pendapatan.
