Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Holland Career on students of UKM KOPPI Tegal on the choice of the career based the type of personality expressed in the theory was in accordance with their study and activities of the photography students they were undergoing. The method used is quantitative pre-experimental, one shot case study design, used a Likert scale and data analysis with SPSS & manual calculations on the Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The use of the Jung Typology Test was carried out to obtain qualitative data as interpretation and observation of 15 respondents. The results showed that the Holland Career scale analysis test on Food Photography interest showed mostly invalid results, meaning that Holland Career scale analysis had no effect on interest Food Photography. However, the Jung Typology Test, which is part of the Holland Career test, shows a match in their study and shows a high percentage of their interest in food photography, which focuses on artistic, enterprising and conventional. The Holland Career has a significant effect on career choices in the their study and hobbies from the student activities they carry out, namely Photography.

Abstract

Beberapa sekolah di Indonesia sudah memiliki alternatif sekolah yang dapat membantu anak belajar sesuai dengan dirinya. Salah satunya yaitu melalui homeschooling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode mixed method yaitu dengan perpaduan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari responden yang mengetahui adanya homeschooling dan perlunya layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) pada anak homeschooling. Sample responden berjumlah 20 orang yang mewakili dari keseluruhan responden yaitu masyarakat laki-laki dan perempuan dalam rentang usia 20 – 50 tahun yang berlokasi di Kota Tegal dan sekitarnya yang mengetahui keberadaan homeschooling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dalam rentang waktu dua bulan. Dari skala yang digunakan adalah jenis skala Lickert yang dianalisis menggunakan product moment dan Alpha Krombultz. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari keterangan yang disampaikan secara langsung oleh salah satu responden mengenai keberadaan layanan BK di homeschooling. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari deep interview. Dengan r Tabel 0,367 < dari r Hitung ada 26 butir item valid. Reliabilitas 0,871 dari 50 item. Hasil layanan BK di homeschooling sangat penting dilakukan mengingat anak-anak yang berada di homeschooling membutuhkan layanan untuk dapat menjadi pengembangan diri anak. Layanan BK yang dapat diberikan dapat berupa keterampilan, bakat dan minat dan akademik. Layanan BK disesuaikan dengan kondisi anak, dari cara penyampaian, metode dan teknik layanan dan tetap menedepankan asas kerahasiaan. Layanan BK yang diberikan pada segi keterampilan 34%, bakat dan minat 35% dan akademik 31%.

Abstract

Benefits for the Community is to obtain the help of thought and energy, as well as science, technology and art in planning and implementing the development of kkn target villages physically and non-physically. Gaining experience in exploring and growing the potential contained in the community so as to actively participate in the progress of village development target kkn. Benefiting and assisting students in implementing programs and development under the responsibility of the entire UPS TEGAL Alternative KKN team. Pancasakti University obtains feedback as the integration of students with the process of village development in the community, so that the curriculum, lecture materials and science development that the University has can better match the real demands of development in the community. Acquire a variety of valuable cases that can be used as an example in providing lecture materials and finding various problems for research development. Improving, expanding and accelerating cooperation with other agencies and departments through the cooperation of students who conduct Real Work Lectures (KKN).
