Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial flexibility, managerial ownership, and firm size on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable for infrastructure, utility, and transportation companies. This research was a quantitative study. The data used were secondary data in the form financial statements of infrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2019. The sample used was a purposive sampling technique consisting of 30 companies infrastructure, utility and transportation. The data were analyzed using path analysis supported by SmartPLS 3.3 software. The results show that financial flexibility has no significant negative effect on the capital structure; managerial ownership has a significant negative effect on the capital structure; firm size has a significant positive effect on the capital structure; financial flexibility has a significant negative effect on firm value; managerial ownership has no significant positive effect on firm value; firm size has no significant positive effect on firm value; capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value; financial flexibility had no significant effect on firm value through capital structure; managerial ownership has a significant effect on firm value through capital structure; firm size has a significant effect on firm value through capital structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara cash holding, cash conversion cycle dan net working capital terhadap efficiency melalui debt dan mengeksploitasinya ke dalam model konseptual baru yang didasarkan pada teori utama yaitu agency theory, trade-off theory, pecking order theory dan Modigliani and Miller Theory. Data yang digunakan adalah Neraca dan Realisasi Laporan Pendapatan dan Biaya tahun 2014-2018. Analisa data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis (uji T dan uji F) dan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cash holding tidak berpengaruh terhadap efficiency sedangkan cash conversion cycle memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efficiency dan net working capital memiliki pengaruh negatif pada efficiency. Namun secara bersamaan menunjukkan bahwa cash holding, cash conversion cycle dan net working capital berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap efficiency. Dengan analisis regresi moderasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa net working capital yang diuji dalam model ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap debt sedangkan variabel cash holding dan cash conversion cycle tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efficiency. Dengan Analisis Regresi Moderasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa net working capital yang diuji dalam model ini memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efficiency sedangkan variabel cash holding dan cash conversion cycle tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efficiency. Hal Ini berarti bahwa variabel debt dapat dikatakan sebagai variabel moderasi antara net working capital dan efficiency. Abstract

Every company has responsibility for its actions and business activities that have an impact, either directly or indirectly on the stakeholders and the environment in which the company is located. The profits of a company are not always measured by money alone but social benefits are also a matter of concern, whereby these social benefits in time will have a huge role for the existence of a company in the long term. This research aims to know to know the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program and Corporate Image on Consumer Loyalty of PT Telkom in Merauke area. The approach used in this research is by using quantitative method approach, analyzing Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR) And Corporate Image (Corporate Image) And Its Impact On Consumer Loyalty with Quantitative Research Method which based on positivism philosophy, used to research on population or specific samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative / statistical data analysis, with the aim to test the hypotheses that have been established ". The result of test that has been done shows that there is influence between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with Corporate Image, there are positive and significant influence of Corporate Social Responsibility variable to Consumer Loyalty, Positive and Significant influence between Corporate Image and Consumer Loyalty, indirectly between the variables of Corporate Social Responsibility to Consumer Loyalty through the variable Corporate Image PT Telkom Merauke Region.

Abstract

The university is one of the containers, where the provision of service facilities and provide human resource capacity to the identical community of various sciences. This study aims to determine to know the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment in improving job performance Employees consisting of permanent and non permanent lecturer at Unpad Unpad Dili Timor-Leste. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach is based on the approach done by recording and analyzing the data of the research results by using statistical calculations supported by literature study and data collection tool in the form of questionnaires distributed to permanent and non permanent lecturers at Unpad Unpad Dili Timor-Leste. The results showed that partially organizational culture, positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as well as organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Human role as a resource in the organization is increasingly believed in its importance, thus increasingly encouraging the development of knowledge about how to utilize human resources in order to achieve optimal conditions. This study aims to determine the influence of competence, training and compensation jointly and partially to Job Satisfaction. In addition, we also jointly examine the influence of competence, training and compensation on the performance of Fire and Emergency Services employees of PT VALE Indonesia, Tbk. This study was conducted by taking as many as 55 respondents who also used as sample research with the distribution of respondents by age, last education level, gender, position in the job. Data collection is done through interview technique in the beginning of data collection and questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to the respondents used as data in data processing research. Data were analyzed by using Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The result of the research shows that the competence variable has a direct and significant effect on the performance of Fire and Emergency Services employees of PT VALE Ind, Tbk with coefficient value of 0,397. Training and compensation have direct and positive impact on job satisfaction with coefficient value of 0,325 and 0,494. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there are some other factors that influence the variable of job satisfaction and employee performance, but not described in this case.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at the Social Service in Merauke District of Papua Province. The type of this research is quantitative research that is to know and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and motivation to the performance of Social Service of Merauke Regency of Papua Province. The results of this study found that leadership style negatively and significantly influence on performance, work discipline positively and significantly influence on employee performance, motivation has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline Affects the Dominant positively and significantly to the performance of employees of the Social Service of Merauke Regency of Papua Province

Abstract

This paper aims to determine and analyze the impact of compensation, work environment, and organizational commitment towards job satisfaction on the performance of private high school teachers in the city of Makassar. The method used in this research is Descriptive Analysis method using path analysis regression. The population in this study were private high school teachers in the city of Makassar. The sample in this study was 88 teachers. Data collection using a questionnaire, while for testing the hypothesis using a simultaneous test and partial test and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicated that first, compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Second, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Fourth, compensation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Fifth, the Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Sixth, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Seventh, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Eighth, Compensation affects the performance of teachers who are mediated by job satisfaction. Ninth, Work Environment affects teacher performances that mediated by job satisfaction. And Tenth, Organizational Commitment influences teacher performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance and work satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk., Makassar Branch. The analytical method used is path analysis. Samples in this study were all amounting to 90 permanent employees of the company of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia ( Persero ) Makassar Branch Office, Then, the size of the samples that can represent the population to be examined was 83 respondents with the t-test as a research hypothesis test. Based on the results of the research which have been done, it can be known partially that the independent variables, namely compensation, has a positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, the research results also prove that there is a positive influence of compensation on job satisfaction and employee performance of the employees of PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Makassar Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance through Work Stress at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. The population in this study is employees of PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo which amounts to 46 employees. The sample in this study is all employees who are the population of this study or commonly referred to as saturated samples. Data collection techniques were used by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study show that (1) Transformational leadership style has a negative and significant effect on work stress at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. (2) Work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on work stress at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. (3) Transformational leadership style positively and negatively affects performance at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. (5) Work stress has a negative but insignificant effect on PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo’s performance. (6) Transformational Leadership Style through work stress as an intervening variable has a positive but not significant effect on performance at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. (7) Work discipline through work stress as an intervening variable has a positive but not significant effect on performance at PT Sulawesi Jaya Metalindo. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. At the same time, the time required during the research takes approximately three months, from August 2022 to October 2022. In this study, the authors made PT Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar employees the population. The type of sample used is a saturated sample because the population in this study was 46 employees. Hence, the number of samples was the same as the population. Based on the research and discussion results, it concludes that leadership style does not significantly affect work motivation at PT Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that even though the better the leadership style, it will not affect employee work motivation. Compensation has a significant effect on work motivation at PT. Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that the better the compensation employees obtain, the more employee work motivation will increase. Leadership style has no significant effect on performance at PT. Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that even though the better the leadership style, it will not affect employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on performance at PT. Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that the better the compensation employees obtain, the more employee performance will increase. Work motivation has a significant effect on performance at PT. Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the more employee performance will increase. Indirectly leadership style through work motivation significantly affects performance at PT. Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that the better the leadership style, the more employee work motivation and performance will increase. Indirectly compensation through work motivation does not significantly affect performance at PT Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar.
