Abstract

Kesetaraan gender mulai muncul akibat sebagian masyarakat berpendapat bahwa, wanita selalu selalu diposisikan berada dibawah laki-laki. Hal ini diakibatkan karena tingkat pendidikan wanita terkadang masih lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan kaum laki-laki. Akan tetapi, kesenjangan pendidikan tersebut telah mulai berubah, buktinya pada era saat ini tingkat pendidikan wanita dapat dikatakan setara atau bahkan jauh lebih tinggi dibanding tingkat pendidikan kaum laki-laki. Untuk tingkat pekerjaan, jabatan wanita juga tidak kalah tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang diraih oleh kaum laki-laki. Hal ini menandakan bahwa kesetaraan gender telah berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai kebersaan keluarga dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 5 orang yang dipilih secara purposife sampling, dengan pedoman wawancara sebagai alat pengumpul data. Dari hasil penelitian ketahui bahwa antara suami dan istri setra anak bekerjasama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-harinya

Abstract

The research aims to (1) Empirically analyze and explain the influence of product quality toward brand image, (2) Analyze and explain the influence of quality product toward customer satisfaction, and (3) Analyze and explain the influence of brand image toward customer satisfaction. The research type is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Population of the research is Simpati prepaid card’s customer in Malang. Determined sample is 121 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique of the research uses common questionnaire and online questionnaire (google form) spread in GraPari Telkomsel Office, Jl. Letjen S. Parman No.47. Descriptive analysis and path analysis are data analysis techniques of the research. The research found that: (1) Product quality significantly influences brand image with beta coefficient of 0,678. Tcalc of 10,073 and probability value of 0,000 (p<0,05) and R-squared (R2) 46%. (2) Product quality significantly influences customer satisfaction with beta coefficient of 0,558. Tcalc of 7,329 and probability value of 0,000 (p<0,05) and R-squared (R2) 31,1%. (3) Brand image significantly influences customer satisfaction with beta coefficient of 0,636. Tcalc of 8,983 and probability value of 0,000 (p<0,05) and R-squared (R2) 40,4%. Kеywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis dan menjelaskan secara empiris pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Brand Image, (2) menganalisis dan menjelaskan secara empiris pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, dan (3) menganalisis dan menjelaskan secara empiris pengaruh Brand Image terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan kartu prabayar Simpati di kota Malang. Sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 121 responden menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan angket secara langsung dan melalui media online dengan menggunakan google form di kantor GraPARI Telkomsel Jl. Letjen S. Parman No. 47. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Image dengan koefisien Beta sebesar 0,678, thitung sebesar 10,073 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) serta R square (R2) 46%. (2) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan koefisien Beta sebesar 0,558, thitung sebesar 7,329 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) serta R square (R2) 31,1%. Abstract

The high of firm value is one purpose of the company. The firm value of a company is the perception investors about the success rate of the company that are often associated with stock price. This research was purposed to find out the affect of profitability, investment decision, debt policy and firm size on firm value of property, real estate and building construction company listed on the stock exchange in 2014-2015. The population were 55 companies and a sample are 42 companies. The analytical type use associative analysis with the analyze tool used was classic assumption, multiple linear test, hypothesis. The result of the study found that 1) Profitability has significant effect on the firm value 2) Investment decision has significant effect on the firm value 3) Debt policy has affected on firm value 4) Firm size has no effect on firm value. The percentage of influence of profitability, investment decision, debt policy and firm size on firm value is 21,2%.Keyword : Profitability, Investment Decision, Debt Policy, Firm Size And Firm Value

Abstract

ABSTRACT BatangArau River received organic matter from domestic activities conducted around the river. As the load capacity of a river is limited, any load addition may damage the ecosystem in the river. The aims of this study is to determine the capacity of the organic pollution load of the BatangArau River based on the BOD and COD content. This research was conducted in June 2017. There were 5 stations, in the upstream (S1), in the middle of the river (S2 and S3) and in the downstream (S4 and S5). Water samplings were conducted 3 times, once per week. Parameters measured were BOD and COD. The load capacity was calculated using a mass balance method. Results shown that the BOD content was 4.3 mg/L and COD 17.7 mg/L. Based on government standard (PP. 82 of 2001), the river is categorized as polluted and it may not be able to receive any organic matter load addition.Keyword :Mass balance method, pollution load, organic matter, domestic activities

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to produce linearkinematics motions’ experimental tools and the valid uquipments’ guidebook so that can be used as the proper physics science learning media for junior high school student on particle material. Research and development was used as research method. Development stage consist of preliminary research, planning, the making and validating. In this research the experimental tools just were developed up to the validation stage. The data was obtained from the validation 3 lecturers and 2 teachers as validator. The validation stage I while validation stage II. The assessment was asses some aspects of experimental tools. The function of equipment got 3.67 of average value (very high category), element of learning was 3.60 (very high category), the ease was 3.45 (very high category), the aesthetic abd contruction was 3.60 (very high category),and safety was 3.60 (very high category). The aspects which were assessed from guidebook were the content accuracy which got 3.47 (very high category), the properness of presentation was 3.60 (very high category), language properness was 3.40 (very high category), and display properness was 3.40 (very high category). Each indicator of assessment were valid which categorize in very high category, this was relate to purpose of development. Based on that, it can be concluded they the kinematic linear motion experimental tools and the guidebook were valid based on the assessment in every indicators, so it can be the proper physics science learning media for junior high school on motion on particle material.Keywords : Linear kinematics experimental tools, junior high school physics sciencelearning media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh brand origin terhadap Re-Purchase Intention produk OPPO Smart Phone. (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Brand Image terhadap Re-Purchase Intention produk OPPO Smart Phone dan (3) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Product Quality terhadap Re-Purchase Intention produk OPPO Smart Phone.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) brand origin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang produk oppo Smartphone,. Abstract

This research aims to determine the driving factors, pullers, and barriers of gold traders and craftsmen from the Guguak Tinggi Tabek Sarojo area to migrate to Padang City, especially to Pasar Raya Kota Padang. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study show that (1) the driving factor for migration is the lack of availability of jobs in the area of ​​origin, wanting to gain new experiences and insights, finding relationships to use artisan skills, and customs and habits of migrants (2) attractive factors in employment relating to gold processing, high gold purchasing power (3) the factor that is a barrier to migration is the desire to care for parents and care for homes in the village and have a network that provides capital in the form of gold and there are already customers to market the results of gold processing in the form of rings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, so there is no interest in migrating to other places.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan adsorpsi batang jagung dengan variasi bentuk dalam menyerap ion logam besi (Cd2+) 50 ppm pada larutan dengan pH 4,5. Batang jagung yang digunakan dibentuk berupa bulat, ½ bulat, ¼ bulat, 50 mesh, dan 70 mesh. Variasi kecepatan yang digunakan adalah 150, 220, dan 250 rpm. Penelitian ini terbagi menjadi 2 tahap, yaitu perlakuan awal dengan melakukan pencucian dan pengeringan hingga kondisi yang seragam. Tahap kedua adalah pengukuran potensi kapasitas adsorpsi dengan system batch adsorption dan pemodelan kinetika adsorpsi. Variasi bentuk batang jagung mempengaruhi kemampuan adsorpsi dengan kenaikan dari 60,89%, 67,45%, 79,95%, 80,75% hingga 85,00% untuk bentuk bulat, ½ bulat, ¼ bulat, 50 mesh dan 70 mesh secara berurut. Pengaruh variasi pengadukan juga mampu meningkatkan kapasistas adsorpsi namun tidak terlalu besar. Model kinetika adsorpsi mengindikasikan adsorpsi terjadi secara kimia. Kemampuan adsorpsi ini menunjukkan bahwa batang jagung memiliki potensi sebagai adsorben dalam menyerap ion logam dalam larutan.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kepemilikan saham manajemen, kepemilikan saham institusi, IOS, Return on Asset, dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2008-2010. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, sedangkan hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan t-statistik dan f-statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajemen merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap DPR yang ditunjukkan dengan besarnya nilai beta standardized  coefficients,  sehingga  semakin  bertambahnya  kepemilikan saham manajemen maka akan menurunkan deviden karena manajemen lebih berorientasi pada pengembangan usaha. AbstractThe aim of this study is to examine the effect of management stock ownership variables, institutional stock ownership, IOS, Return on Asset, and Debt to Equity Ratio to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on companies listed on the BEI (Indonesia stock exchange) 2008-2010. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regressions. Meanwhile, the hypothesis was tested using t-statistics and f-statistics. The results showed that management stock ownership is a variable that has a great influence to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as indicated by the value of the beta standardized coefficient. Therefore, the increasing management stock ownership will lower dividend because management is more oriented towards business development.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how good conformity, organizational culture, and teacherperformance and the relationship between conformity and the culture of the organization withthe performance of teachers. The population in this study are all teachers sector of JuniorSchool Inti In Siak Hulu Sub-District, the sampling technique using proportionate stratifiedrandom sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed descriptively bylooking at score of mean and inferential techniques korelasinonal. The results showed that: (1)conformity are at the category level is not good (2) organizational culture are at the categorylevel; (3) the performance of teachers at the level of either category. (4) there is a positive andsignificant relationship between conformity and teacher performance. (5) there is a positiveand significant relationship between organizational culture with teacher performance. (6) thereis a positive and significant relationship between culture oganisasi with teacher performance.Significantly conformity contributed 95.2% to the performance of teachers. The organizationalculture significantly contributed 93.8% to the performance of teachers. While conformity andorganizational culture simultaneously contributed 95.4% to the performance of teachers sectorof Junior School Inti In Siak Hulu Sub-District.
