Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai masalah yang berkaitan dengan budaya birokrasi pemerintah yang berbelit, mahal, tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana strategi entrepreneurial government dalam reformasi birokrasi di Kelurahan Kotakulon, Kecamatan Sumedang Selatan, Kabupaten Sumedang. Pada penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kantor Kelurahan Kotakulon, Kecamatan Sumedang Selatan, Kabupaten Sumedang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian melakukan wawancara dengan sekretaris lurah Kelurahan Kotakulon, kemudian kepada pegawai Kelurahan Kotakulon, dan yang terakhir kepada masyarakat setempat di Kelurahan Kotakulon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis strategi entrepreneurial government dalam reformasi birokrasi di Kelurahan Kotakulon, Kecamatan Sumedang Selatan, Kabupaten Sumedang memperlihatkan bahwa beberapa dimensi strategi sudah diwujudkan oleh Kelurahan Kotakulon Kecamatan Sumedang Selatan Kabupaten Sumedang, hal tersebut didukung oleh potensi fisik dan non fisik yang berada di lingkungan kelurahan, meskipun begitu hambatan-hambatan dalam proses reformasi masih dirasakan oleh kelurahan.

Abstract

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Java Province in 2020, the HDI of Cianjur Regency is in the last place. One of the efforts to overcome this inequality is to make programs as a human development strategy as carried out by Pakuon Village, Sukaresmi District, Cianjur Regency. The research problem encountered is the low quality of human resources in Pakuon Village seen from the 3 main indicators of the Human Development Index (HDI), namely based on health indicators, education level indicators and economic indicators. This study aims to identify and describe the strategy of the Human Development Index Program (IPM) in Pakuon Village. The method in this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the HDI program in Pakuon Village has been running, but has not been optimal because it is constrained by internal and external problems.

Abstract

Organizational Identity (OI) as part of organizational culture refers to Organizational Change in organizational characteristics which in the eyes of its members are the center of the organization's character or "self-image". These characteristics distinguish the organization from other organizations of similar nature, and are seen as having continuity, especially towards the current era of disruption. The concept of organizational identity (OI) is of great interest to researchers for the simple reason that OI fits well with those who work in organizations. In the context of dynamic organizational transition in the era of disruption with artificial intelligence, OI has a very strong relationship. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review on anthropomorphized organizational identity to offer new and important insights into how organizations engage organizational members to think, feel, and behave; unique organizational character, and the target of anthropomorphism will have a very significant impact, especially with the presence of artificial intelligence Researchers are able to carry out in-depth analysis and arrive at definite results because the data is obtained from academic publications and books containing references to organizational identity and organizational culture in the era of disruption.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seperti apa konsep dari legitimasi dalam manajemen pemerintahan. Legitimasi atau kewenangan yang merupakan salah satu hak dari seorang pemimpin, masyarakat seringkali menuntut agar para pemimpin tidak menggunakan kewenangan tersebut untuk digunakan sewenang-wenang, namun digunakan untuk kepentingan seluruh rakyat. Begitu Pula dengan birokrasi di mata masyarakat awam birokrasi seringkali dipandang sebagai penyakit dalam sebuah organisasi. Lalu bagaimana sebenarnya konsep dari legitimasi birokrasi itu sendiri. Birokrasi adalah tipe dari suatu organisasi yang dimaksudkan untuk mencapai tugas-tugas administratif yang besar dengan cara mengkoordinasi secara sistematis (Teratur) pekerjaan dari banyak orang. Sebagai seorang administrator yang harus dilakukan bukan sekadar bagaimana supaya organisasi-organisasi publik dapat berjalan secara efisien, tetapi juga bagaimana supaya organisasi organisasi itu dapat memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan publik Kata Kunci: Legitimasi, Birokrasi, & Administrasi Negara. Abstract This article's research aims to find out what the concept of legitimacy in the bureaucracy and state administration looks like. Legitimacy or authority which is one of the rights of a leader, people often demand that leaders do not use that authority to be used arbitrarily, but to be used for the benefit of the whole people. Likewise, bureaucracy in the eyes of ordinary people, bureaucracy is often seen as a disease in an organization. Then what exactly is the concept of bureaucratic legitimacy itself? Bureaucracy is a type of organization that is intended to accomplish large administrative tasks by systematically coordinating (orderly) the work of many people. As an administrator, what must be done is not only how to make public organizations run efficiently, but also how to make these organizations able to provide services that satisfy the public. Abstract

Abstrak Pelayanan yang mencerminkan sikap benar-benar melayani masyarakat tercermin dari kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Kecamatan Cibiru Kota Bandung memiliki kendala dalam memenuhi kepuasan masyarakat karena dalam penyelenggaraan sistem pelayanan administrasi kependudukan memiliki beberapa aspek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengkaji sebuah penyelenggaraan sistem pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang berada di Kecamatan Cibiru Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi, serta penelitian kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan menelaah bukti, jawaban pernyataan, catatan, dan laporan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan penyelenggaraan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh kantor Kecamatan Cibiru memang baik terutama pada aspek pemberian tarif pelayanan, kemampuan dan perilaku petugas pelayanan hal ini terlihat dari data kepuasaan masyarakat. Namun masih perlu pembenahan pada aspek penanganan pengaduan, kualitas sarana prasarana, dan persyaratan pelayanan. Abstract Services that reflect the attitude of truly serving the community are reflected in the quality of services provided to the community. Cibiru Subdistrict, Bandung City has obstacles in meeting community satisfaction because the administration of the population administration service system has several aspects. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of a population administration service system in Cibiru District, Bandung City. The research method used is qualitative research with an interview approach and a literature study. Data collection techniques are used by conducting interviews and observations, as well as literature research conducted by examining evidence, and answers to statements, notes, and reports. The results of this study explain that the service provided by the Cibiru sub-district office is indeed good, especially in the aspect of providing service rates, and the ability and behavior of service officers, this can be seen from the community satisfaction data. However, improvements are still needed in the aspects of handling complaints, quality of infrastructure, and service requirements.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are not foreign because when the economic crisis hit the Indonesian nation, MSMEs were able to survive the turmoil of the crisis. It has been proven that the MSME sector can stand up and survive in the face of an economic crisis. However, not all MSMEs can manage finances, even though this habit of managing finances is critical. This research aims to determine, analyze and provide recommendations regarding Digital Financial Knowledge and Financial Management Behavior in MSMEs in Bandung City. The research method uses an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. They are collecting data using a questionnaire instrument selected by the researcher with a simple random sampling technique. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and structural equations Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart-PLS. Conclusion: The findings show that the relationship between financial behavior management variables and digital financial knowledge is unidirectional and significantly positive so that the description equation model is obtained, namely, the higher the level of financial management behavior of MSME actors, the more digital financial knowledge tends to increase. MSME knowledge about digital financial risks, digital financial risk control knowledge, and understanding of how to secure personal information still needs to be improved to align with the smart city vision of the Bandung City Government. Other factors that affect digital financial knowledge have not been studied, and these factors become recommendations for further research.
