Abstract

AbstractIn article 7, paragraph (1) of the code of criminal procedure stated that the letter j investigators as stipulated in article 6 paragraph (1) letter a because of its obligations has the authority "to conduct another action according to the law is responsible”. Listen to the duties and authorities of the police apparatus as set forth above, then the one question that arises here is inserting a perpetrator into the People Search listings is another action of investigators in solving the crime. For that I need to know how to set The search list as another action investigator responsible according to the law and how the terms to define other actions investigators in conducting The search list. In the Act No. 2 of 2002 on the State police of the Republic of Indonesia, the police authority to conduct the search list of The assignment is not set explicitly, but when looking at the provisions of article 16 paragraph (1) letter I Act No. 2 of 2002 jo article 7 paragraph (1) of the code of criminal procedure, there is a letter of authority to perform another action according to the law is responsible. Abstract

An English program like English For Holiday (EFH), is concerned with helping children to learn English. In relation to English Education Department of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, the department has employed an EFH program to help children with English learning during their school break. To accomplish the continuous improvement of the program, it needs research related to it, as these kinds of research provides meaningful data and product, which are important for the improvement of the program’s quality. Generally, the ultimate aim of the research is to contribute to the establishment of a better EFH program, especially of English Education Department, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. Specifically, this research aims to develop syllabus and material for EFH program of EED UAD. This research started in May and was complete in November 2020 at English Education Department of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD). It utilized Research and Development (R&D) type with ADDIE model initiated by McGriff (2000) which endeavors a development process encompassing five major stages i.e. analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluation. The research results show that the EFH material is developed to fulfil the children’s needs of material for EFH program. The developed product offers an alternative solution to fill the children’s needs. Based on the evaluation, it is found out that the developed material is considered very good. Through this material, children participating in EFH program can learn English in an enjoyable way. Although the major target is to improve children’s speaking skill, through this material, children can learn and develop their other skills i.e. listening reading and writing as the developed material is written in an integrated way involving all four skills of English.

Abstract

Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) dapat dideteksi lebih dini melalui pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan gula darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran risiko PTM di masyarakat Panggungan. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan pemeriksaan tekanan darah, gula darah, dan asam urat pada 103 subjek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 37% warga memiliki tekanan darah yang tinggi, 27% warga memiliki kadar gula darah tinggi dan 28% memiliki kadar asam urat yang tinggi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa warga Panggungan memilki risiko PTM, terutama pada penyakit kardiovaskuler. Kata Kunci: PTM; tekanan darah; kadar gula darah; kadar asam urat ABSTRACT Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) can be detected earlier through blood pressure and blood sugar levels. This study aims to obtain an overview of NCDs risks in Panggungan community. A descriptive research study with quantitative approach was used to describe on examination result of blood pressure, blood sugar level, and uric acid level of 103 subjects. The results of this study indicate that 37% subjects have high blood pressure, 27% have high blood sugar levels and 28% have high uric acid levels. Based on this study it can be concluded that Panggungan community have a risk of NCDs, especially in cardiovascular disease. Keywords: NCDs; blood pressure; blood sugar levels; uric acid level

Abstract

Abstract : This research was aimed to increase students’ achevement of matematics in V grade year of 2014/2015. The subject of this research is students V grade of State Elementary School 014 Bangko Makmur which is total of 25 students, consited of 12 girls and 13 boys. This was a classroom research which has two cycles which was conducted on April 02nd to May 23th 2015. The data shown that either students’ achievement increased. This was found from students’ and teacher’s scores in students’ achievement increased. First cycle at the first meeting teacher’s activity was 66.67% categorized as enough and increased 8.33% at the second meeting 75% categorized as good. Meanwhile at the second cycle at the first meeting the percentage of teacher’s activity increased as 83.33% categorized as very good and the second meeting it increased as 8.34% so the percentage became 91.67%. At the first cycle in the first meeting, the percentage of students’ activities was 58.33% categorized as enough and the second meeting it increased as 8.34% so became 66.67% categorized as good. At the second cycle in the first meeting it increased to 83.33% categorized as good. At the second meeting the percentage of students’ activities increased as 4.17% became 87.5% categorized as good. However, students’ achievement also increased. The basic score of daily examination as 11.6% which 19 students passed and 8 students failed. Based on the explanation above it can be concluded that the implementation learning through Cooperative Learning Student Teams Achievement Division increased students’ achievement the result of Mathematic studies at five grade of State Elemantary School 014 Bangko Makmur.Key Words : Cooperative Learning Thype Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), Students’ Achevement the Result of Mathematic Studies

Abstract

Abstract:This research discusses the implementation of fire product loss insurance agreement in juridical review of the occupation of fire products of PT Asuransi Bumiputera Muda Syariah 1967 Surabaya branch. The author will examine how occupation is reviewed from the standard clause of PT Bumiputera Muda Syariah and Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999 and how the dispute over the occupation of café and spa objects became PUB and BAR in PT Bumiputera Muda 1967 fire product insurance Surabaya This study uses normative juridical research type with legal approach, conceptual approach and analyst approach in case of dispute. The research found that the settlement process taken in the event of a dispute is peace, deliberation if it is still ongoing, participants can choose the settlement through the BASYARNAS arbitration institution or the judiciary and OJK. The author argues that PT Asuransi Bumiputera Muda Syariah 1967 Surabaya branch is one of the non-Islamic financial institutions whose operating principles are based on Islamic law strictly prohibits transactions that contain elements of gharar (uncertainty), maisir (gambling), as well as interest on insurance conventional.Keywords: Occupation, Dispute, Deliberation, Juridical Review.

Abstract

Pendataan informasi pada umumnya dilakukan secara manual, namun hal tersebut memiliki kekurangan yaitu pengarsipan menjadi tidak tertata, berantakan, dan pencarian data yang membutuhkan banyak waktu. Begitu pula dengan manajemen perpustakaan di SMA Islam Sunan Gunung jati, pendataan masih manual sehingga sering terjadi banyak kesalahan. Untuk itu perlu adanya sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web dimana manajemen data akan lebih tertata dan sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and Development (RD) dengan metode pengembangan Extreme Programming. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kuisioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Metode wawancara digunakan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pengguna, angket kuisioner untuk menguji kelayakan aspek usability, sedangkan observasi untuk pengujian aspek performance efficiency.Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa PHP dan database server MySQL. (2) Hasil pengujian terbukti bahwa tingkat kelayakan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web dalam aspek usability kelompok kecil 84,22% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan kelompok besar 91,2% dengan kriteria sangat layak, serta aspek performance efficiency 98,64 dengan grade A.

Abstract

This research is a literature study that aims to analyze studies on personal branding in the education area, especially islamic education in Indonesia. The search for the study was carried out online on the Google Scholar, Garuda and Moraref sites. To add insight into personal branding trends, a general search related to personal branding was also conducted, which resulted in findings that personal branding trends were found in the fields of business, politics and entertainment. Personal branding in the three fields has the same tendency, namely to use it as a strategy to influence people's perceptions of themselves and the products they produce. This study shows that personal branding is one of the soft skills development strategies for students. introduction training, The formation and development of personal branding is mostly done as an effort to provide students with insight into personal branding. With personal branding insight possessed by students, they are expected to be able to adapt and meet the demands of society and job seekers. In addition, educators also use personal branding as an effort to attract public interest in educational institutions and the learning materials it teaches.

Abstract

Keywords: Descriptive Study, Learning Process, Teacher Professionalism Professional teachers are the determinants of education process quality. In order to become professional teachers, they must be able to find to identity and actualize themselves in accordance with the abilities and rules of professional teachers. This research will find the answer of the formula: first, describe what factors can support the professionalism of teachers at MTs Negeri Bakalan Rayung of Jombang; second, describe how the professionalism of teachers in the learning process at MTs Negeri Bakalan Rayung of Jombang, third, describe how the principal's efforts in improving teachers professionalism in the learning process at MTs Negeri Bakalan Rayung Jombang.This type of research was qualitative, and the method of data collection was by using observation, documentation and interview, while the analysis data were inductive, deductive and comparative.The results of this study could be concluded: firstly, the ability of teachers professionalism at MTs Negeri Bakalan Rayung, Jombang was the ability in mastering materials / learning materials, managing teaching and learning programs, managing classes, using media, mastering the foundation of education, managing the interaction of teaching and learning, , recognizing the function of guidance and counseling, know and organize the school administration very well; secondly, the ability of teachers in preparing for teaching is also in very good category. It was indicated that the teacher had prepared the teaching preparation with the correct procedure, each sub chapter of discussion, the teacher had been able to use the instructional media in accordance with its function in delivering the material, and conduct evaluation in every learning process well; thirdly, the effort to improve the teachers professionalism in madrasah is done by the principal and teacher concern. Efforts that had been made by the principal, among others, by holding meetings, upgrading class teachers, and establishing the discipline enforcement on teachers and employees, holding regular meetings among teachers in the field of study and conduct self-assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi, faktor pendukung, dan faktor penghambat kebijakan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah di RA SBB Al Fikri Manca Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah dipengaruhi enam aspek yaitu standar dan tujuan kebijakan, sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi pelaksana, disposisi atau tanggapan para pelaksana, komunikasi antar organisasi dan kegiatan-kegiatan pelaksanaan, serta lingkungan sosial, ekonomi, dan politik. Faktor pendukung meliputi sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, program penunjang pendidikan karakter, dan pemberian reward. Faktor penghambat meliputi beberapa sarana dan prasarana rusak, kurangnya sumber dana, sedikitnya guru, anak sulit dikondisikan, dan beberapa orang tua kurang paham dengan keberlanjutan pendidikan karakter yang diterapkan di sekolah. Kata kunci: Implementasi, faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat, pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah

Abstract

Acacia mangium merupakan jenis tanaman unggulan dalam pembangunan Hutan Tanaman Industri (HTI) di Indonesia. Tanaman ini rawan terhadap serangan hama dan penyakit, terutama penyakit yang disebabkan oleh jamur. Salah satu penyakit yang banyak menyerang tanaman A. mangium adalah penyakit busuk akar yang disebabkan oleh jamur Phellinus noxius yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian yang besar. Pengendalian hayati merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengendalikan penyakit dengan menggunakan musuh alami untuk menghambat dan membunuh penyebab penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui morfologi patogen P. noxius dan jamur Trametes cf. cubensis, mengetahui karakter pertumbuhan dan sifat antagonistik jamur Trametes cf. cubensis terhadap jamur patogen P. noxius. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menumbuhkan jamur patogen P. noxius dan jamur Trametes cf. cubensis pada media Malt Ekstrak Agar dan sawdust (MEAS). Pengamatan dilakukan setiap hari dengan parameter morfologi masing-masing isolat jamur, pertumbuhan miselium dari patogen P. noxius dan Trametes cf. cubensis. Hasil pengamatan difoto setiap hari sampai pengamatan hari ke-7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jamur Trametes cf. cubensis mempunyai sifat antagonistik terhadap jamur P. noxius penyebab penyakit busuk akar. Berdasarkan kemampuannya secara in vitro, jamur Trametes cf. cubensis berpotensi sebagai kandidat pengendali hayati dan mempunyai potensi menghambat pertumbuhan miselium jamur patogen P. noxius.
