Abstract

Perhatian khusus pada sumber daya manusia sudah sewajarnya diberikan suatu pemimpin lembaga dalam memandang sumber daya manusia agar lebih dari sekedar aset dan menjadikan pegawai, mitra dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan daerah air minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 59 responden. Penentuan responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling yang memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur (anggota) populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Past Least Square (PLS).Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan daerah air minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the Effect of Training, Motivation, And Employee Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This study used questionnaires that used scoring techniques on likert scale techniques. The sample in this study is that all members of the population are sampled, namely Workers who work in UD. RAHMAN numbered 32 people. Analytical Techniques and Hypothesis Testing Techniques Analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study showed that training does not have a significant influence on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, satisfaction does not have a significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to find out the Influence of Leadership and Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT PLN UID East Java. Data collection methods include check lists, questionnaires, interview guidelines, to cameras for photos or to record images. In this case the method of collecting data through questionnaires by spreading questionnaires to employees of PT PLN UID JATIM. Modeling in the analysis of this study is to use PLS. The results showed that leadership styles that give a very good influence in improving employee performance, as well as employee loyalty have an influence in improving performance. The conclusion of this study is that employees will easily excel and easily improve their performance if the leadership or manager has a good nature, firm and not arbitrary towards employees. Meanwhile, employees who have high loyalty to the company will automatically improve performance directly. Keywords: Influence of Leadership, Loyalty, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and labor discipline on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Gresik. The population of this study were all employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Gresik, which amounts to 63. The sampling technique used in this study used the saturated sampling method, information gathering is carried out throught distributing questionnaires to all employees. The analysis technique used in this study is to use the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with reliability test, validation tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: 1) work environment has a contribution to job satisfaction, which means that the better the work environment in a company, the better the job satisfaction in the company. 2) Labor discipline has a contribution to job satisfaction, which means that the better labor discipline the better the job satisfaction. The company needs to improve the work environment and the labor discipline given to employees so that employee job satisfaction increases

Abstract

There are still problems in terms of performance making this research the main priority. The purposes of this study to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of the employees of Packing Plant Celukan Bawang PT Semen Tonasa. The questionnaire distributed to employees of the Celukan Bawang Packing Plant of PT Semen Tonasa which opened 55 employees was primary data and used a sample of 55 respondents. Saturated sample is used as a sampling technique using a saturated sampling technique. This study uses questionnaires as a data collection method and uses a Likert scale as a measuring tool. Meanwhile, the researchers used Partial Least Square (PLS) as an analytical technique. Based on the results of research conducted that motivation and work discipline individually has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Pendikan adalah kunci untuk tercapainya negara yang maju, oleh karena itu dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa yang berkompeten dan familiar dengan dunia kerja, Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mengeluarkan peraturan Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi dengan salah satu implementasinya yaitu membentuk program Kampus Merdeka yang membawahi program seperti Kampus Mengajar, Magang Merdeka, KKN Tematik, Bangkit, Pertukaran Mahasiswa, Pejuang Muda, Studi Independen. Pada Studi Independen Berserifikat, PT. Lentera Bangsa Benderang tidak membutuhkan kriteria mahasiswa dari latar belakang Tenologi, sehingga semua mahasiswa yang tertarik pada bidang teknologi bisa mengikuti program ini. Program ini diharapkan bisa menjadi wadah untuk mahasiswa untuk memperisiapkan karirnya sehingga mahasiswa bisa terlatih dalam mehadapi perubahan sosial, budaya, dunia kerja dan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti sejauh mana implementasi pembelajaran pada program Studi Independen Bersertifikat pada bidang Product Management yang dilakukan oleh PT. Lentera Bangsa Benderang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana hasil penelitian akan berbentuk kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dan prilaku dari informan yang dapat diamati. Temuan pada penelitian ini yaitu, implementasi pembelajaran pada program Studi Independen Bersertifikat bidang Product Management di PT. Lentera Bangsa Benderang sudah dilakukan dengan baik, dilihat dari sistem pembelajaran Program Framework yang akan mendorong motivasi dan kemampuan belajar secara mandiri, lalu dari capaian pembelajaran yang cukup banyak juga ditutupnya program dengan memebrikan final project yang menggambarkan pemahaman mahasiswa dari awal materi hingga akhir. Selain itu kualitas fasilitas dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT. Lentera Bangsa Benderang dianggap sudah baik dilihat dari pendampingan oleh mentor yang profesional di bidang Product Management, materi yang diberikan relevan dengan dunia kerja sehingga mahasiswa dapat mempersiapkan kompetensinya dalam memasuki dunia kerja dan platform yang disediakan oleh PT. Lentera Bangsa Benderang menunjang kegiatan belajar mahasiswa

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Gresik telah dilakukan. Pembagian kuisoner dengn metode sampling jenuh terhadap semua karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Gresik yang berjumlah 63 karyawan digunakan untuk memperoleh data mengenai pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja. Data responden yang didapat diuji dengan uji realibilitas, uji validitas serta uji hipotesis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa nilai T-statistic dari variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 3,819 > Z α = 1,96 dan nilai T-statistic dari variable disiplin kerja karyawan sebesar 5,106 > Z α = 1,96 yang menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikah terhadap semangat kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is a crucial aspect of the company's scope when running its organization in order to realize its vision and mission. Good HRM will result in more productive and efficient HR performance. To achieve maximum performance, it is necessary to minimize work stress within the scope of work and the provision of compensation must also be considered. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of work stress and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Fresh Pure Utama Mojokerto. The research sample amounted to 84 respondents with saturated sampling method. Data were collected from respondents' answers through the distribution of questionnaires. Testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was carried out first. In testing the hypothesis through the SEM PLS analysis method, it can be seen that the t-test, p-values, and path coefficients show that work stress has a non-significantly negative effect on employee performance, while compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results of R2, 25% of employee performance is affected by work stress and compensation.

Abstract

Human resources become a factor that greatly affects the success of the company. Thus the company must also have skills in managing human resources as employees who work, because patented human resources will also have a good influence on the work tasks that exist in the company. Research this study aims to examine the impact of communication and work environment on employee performance at PDAM Giri Tirta Kabupaten Gresik. Research in the character of a quantitative approach. The population of this research consisted of 63 employees, the sampling technique was used in the form of saturated sampling, and the entire universe was used as the research sample. We use surveys as a data collection method that is distributed to service and production personnel. Analytical model to analyze the data of the study with the SEM method using the PLS software. Research shows that better communication can improve employee performance at PDAM Giri Tirta Kabupaten Gresik. Then they can increase the performance of employees at PDAM Giri Tirta Kabupaten Gresik in a suitable and good working environment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work environment and work discipline to employees performance on Pos Indonesia, Co. Ltd Branch kebonrojo Surabaya. This research is quantitative. There are 2 variables are used, those are independent variables which Work Environment and Work Discipline and dependent variables which Employees Performance. there are population in this study as much 59 employees. Sampling technique useed saturated sample which the entire population is the research sample. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to employees of service and distribution process division. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are: (1) Work Environment has positive and not significant effects to employees performance (2) work discipline has positive and significant effects to employees performance.
