Abstract

Dalam dunia kesehatan, penyakit jantung merupakan penyakit yang mendorong angka kematian yang cukup tinggi, sehingga banyak penelitian yang dilakukan sebelumnya untuk memprediksi penyakit jantung. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan metode data mining yaitu algoritma neural network, k-nearest neighbordan C4.5 yang diaplikasikan pada data pasien baik yang sehat dan sakit. Dari hasil pengujian dengan mengukur kinerja ketiga metode tersebut menggunakan cross validation, confusion matrix dan kurva ROC, diketahui bahwa neural network memiliki nilai akurasi yang paling tinggi yakni sebesar 86,06%, diikuti oleh metode algoritma C4.5 dengan nilai akurasi 82.92%, kemudian metode k-nearest neighbordengan akurasi 77,58%. Nilai AUC untuk metode neural network menunjukan nilai tertinggi yakni 0,913 dan yang terendah adalah metode C4.5 yaitu 0,857.Kata Kunci: data Mining, algoritma neural network, k-nearest neighbord dan C4.5

Abstract

Prediction of student satisfaction with academic services needs to be done to evaluate the performance of higher education institutions in the academic field, especially at Pandanaran University. In this study, using the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm data mining method in classifying student data through a questionnaire on aspects of tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy. The results of classifying student data using the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm produce a decision tree model with an accuracy value of 87.92% and AUC 0.990.

Abstract

Heart disease is the occurrence of partial or total blockage of a blood vessel over, as a result of the self peyumbatan deep chemical energy supply to the heart muscle is reduced, resulting in impaired balance between supply and needs .Research in predicting heart disease have been carried out by several previous investigators. In this study will be done for heart disease prediction algorithm using C4.5 and improved the performance of C4.5 algorithm using Adaboost method is implemented on the data of heart disease patients. From the test results by measuring method using a C4.5-based Adaboost, confusion matrix, and the ROC curve, it is known that C4.5 algorithms yield accuracy values 86,59%, AUC values obtained after 0.957 and optimized by using the method to be 92,24% Adaboost, the AUC to 0.982. by looking at the accuracy and AUC values after the optimizations, the algorithmbased C4.5 classification Adaboost into the category of groups is very good, because AUC values between 0.90 – 1.00

Abstract

We can still learn a lot about effective public speaking abilities from TED talks, it can encourage student self-confidence and learn how the body movement, intonation, eye contact and keep awareness without nervous, a student will be able to build up confidence in persuading others more effectively on the ideas and opinion that they would like to share comfortably. Watching TED videos Talks provide an overview of the structure of content, helping to understand the content very well. Also, it can help to learn profoundly and as a new learning model that becomes learning becomes interesting. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the effect of using Ted Talk videos in influencing students speaking skills This study uses classroom action research that focuses on only one problem that arises from the natural situation of the classroom. The result shows that the implementation of Ted talk videos can improve the students' speaking skills. The students' score in speaking skills before using the Ted talk video technique was low, with the mean score of the pre-test (55). The percentage of the students who got a point up to 75 grew up in the post-test and the mean is (81).

Abstract

Menonton video TED Talks memberikan ikhtisar tentang struktur konten, membantu memahami konten dengan sangat baik. Selain itu, juga dapat membantu untuk belajar secara mendalam dan sebagai model pembelajaran baru yang menjadikan pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik. Kita juga masih bisa belajar banyak tentang kemampuan berbicara di depan umum yang efektif dari TED Talk, hal itu dapat mendorong kepercayaan diri siswa dan belajar bagaimana gerakan tubuh, intonasi, kontak mata dan menjaga kesadaran tanpa gugup, seorang siswa akan dapat membentuk kepercayaan diri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penggunaan video Ted Talks dalam meingkatakan kemampuan Speaking siswa. Abstract

There is a change in the curriculum as well as the increasing number of students from year to year, many criteria are used in determining student majors according to the interests of students talent and desires. With these constraints it will affect the calculations process, so that the results obtained later do not rule out the possibility of non-objective selection. Therefore, the process of majoring in sma negeri 1ungaran which is still done manually need to switch digitization, namely by making a Decision Support System which will later be more effective, efficient and determined according to exixting criteria. This research was designed and developed using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as the database and using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to perform weighted summation calculations containing ceveral criteria. From the results of testing using blackbox shows that this program can work according to its function, namely being able to input data and perform calculations for determining student majors. As well as accuracy testing which produces a fairly good level of accuracy of 80% from 100%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that this system can determine students majors according to their academic interests and talents. And provide effectiveness and efficiency of teachers in helping majors.

Abstract

Kolor Murah Shop is a pleace that sells clothes used in everyday life, such as negligee, baby doll, suits and shorts. Because Kolor Murah Shop is still in the development stage, this store does not yet have an adequate system to fulfill the process of selling goods to consumers. Therefore, the author makes web-based sales information system at the Kolor Murah Shop.This web-based sales information system aims to help Kolor Murah Shop consumers make purchases online without having to come to the store directly. In addition, this sales information system also makes it easier for the owner to check the goods purchased by the customers.This sales information system will be developed using the Waterfall method, the programming language used is PHP, MySQL database, and using the Notepad++ application as server-side scripting.This research will produce a web-based clothing sales information system at a Kolor Murah Shop and have an appropriate interface design so that it can provide broad information. Based on the results of the black box sytem testing, it produces decent features and usability testing on the questionnaire data produces 84,0%, which means the test results are very feasible and meet the usability aspect.The conclusion that can be drawn from the explanation above is to be able to implement a web-based clothing sales information system at the Kolor Murah Shop Ungaran using the waterfall method. Keywords : Waterfall, Notepad++, PHP, MySQL, Toko Kolor Murah.

Abstract

Due to the negative impact of Covid-19 on various sectors, including the tourism sector, the government supports the implementation of regional travel for a tourism recovery, namely regional travel as an alternative form of tourism during the Covid-19 pandemic. And the Lerep Tourism Village as a rural tourism object needs to prepare several things to welcome the recovery of tourism, one of which is by providing information on online tour package options. In the development method, the researcher uses the waterfall method in building an information system for ordering tour packages in the Lerep Tourism Village. The waterfall method is a systematic or sequential method of developing applications and system software. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods and testing methods using quantitative methods to obtain the final data. The results of this study, when viewed from the aspect of a system functionality, the black box method involved 1 examiner with a total of 50 test scenarios with the final results valid. and the usability test the percentage value is 81.6% from the visitor side, the percentage value is 86.85% from the manager side.Keywords: Tour Packages, Tourism Village, Waterfall, Covid-19

Abstract

Background:Individuals use spoken language when they speak, which is a sort of verbal communication. Speaking is animportant action in which a speaker presents his or her ideas and communicates with the audience. The messagedelivered by words or spoken language that provides meaning is referred to as verbal communication (Krauss,2012). Methodology:According to Creswell (2009:3), the term "research design" encompasses everything from study objectives andprocesses to particular data collection and analysis methodologies. As instructional materials, the authoremployed TikTok videos. The author applied the Experimental Method in this study, particularly for PreExperimental research. The "One Group Pretest-Posttest" design was employed in thisstudy. Findings:The data for this study were gatheredusing anoral test. The test was separated into two parts: pre-test and posttest. In the pre-test, students were given random questions thenthe students answer by speak up orally in the class. In the post-test, students were given the new random questions that different from pre-test then studentsanswer by speak up in front of class. Conclusion:Based on the result of the pre-test and post-test, it was found that the test was 29.94 by applying 0.05 level of significancewith 34 degree of freedom (df = 35 - 1 = 34) the author obtained t-table value 2.0322 from themean score of pre-test 168 and mean score of post-test 218. It shows that English Content from Tiktok videoshas significant effect in term of speaking proficiency. Originality:Speaking is a crucial tool in our daily lives for receiving messages and exchanging ideas. It is an interactiveaction in which the speaker generates, receives, and analyzes information in order to construct meaning. Abstract

Background:This research aimed to find out the Improving Students’ Speaking Skills by Using Duolingo Application. Thesubject of this research was a class which consisted of 31 students at eight grade of SMP Negeri 35 Samarinda2022 Academic year. The research was conducted by using Classroom Action Research (CAR) and the techniqueof analyzing the data of this research was using quantitative data. The quantitative data were taken from the testsuch as: Pre-test and Post-test to find the mean score of students speaking. It showed that the improving of studentsspeaking skills through Duolingo application could improve students speaking skills and could give an effect onstudents speaking fluency. The students got more enthusiastic, active and interested in learning English language.So, it can be concluded that the improving of students’ speaking skills through Duolingo application was effectiveto improve their speaking fluency, pronoun, grammar, and comprehension. Methodology:This research is design to look at the problem in a class about how to fix the problem and improve StudentsEnglish skills. Findings:The researcher did the research and got the complete data from all the research instruments. Conclusion:Duolingo improves students' speaking skills. According to research, using Duolingo to practice speakingimproves speaking skills. The study found that the mean score increased in every cycle. Originality:This research aimed to find out the Improving Students’ Speaking Skills by Using Duolingo Application. ThisResearch design is to look at the problem in a class about to fix the speaking skills and the researcher did theresearch and got the complete data. From this conclusion Duolingo Application is works to help the teacher teachthe students in a class especially on their speaking ability.
