Abstract

Proses implementasi kegiatan bermain dan bernyanyi dalam mengembangkan bahasa anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Al Jannah Kelurahan Durian Luncuk Kecamatan Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batang Hari yaitu dilakukan dengan tahapan menetapkan bentuk kegiatan dan tujuan kegiatan, melaksanakan kegiatan bermain dan bernyanyi degan tahapan memulai dengan mengucapkan salam, mengabsen anak, meminta para anak agar jangan ribut saat guru sedang membawakan/membacakan cerita, memperkenalkan/menyebutkan tema, memulai kegiatan bermain dan bernyanyi, menyuruh anak meniru huruf atau gambar yang sesuai dengan tema, dan Lalu mengajak bernyanyi dan bermain dengan alat yang ada serta Mengakhiri pembelajaran, menutup cerita dengan kegiatan bernyanyi. Kendala dalam proses implementasi kegiatan bermain dan bernyanyi dalam mengembangkan bahasa anak usia dini yaitu masih minimnya alat peraga edukatif yang diperlukan guru dalam kegiatan bermain maupun bernyanyi, perbedaan karakter anak dan masih rendahnya motivasi anak dalam mengikuti kegiatan bermain dan bernyanyi. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala pada proses implementasi kegiatan bermain dan bernyanyi dalam mengembangkan bahasa anak usia dini yaitu dengan membuat alat peraga edukatif sederhana yang dibuat dari karton, kardus bekas, botol dan lainnya. melakukan pedekatan yang berbeda kepada anak dan memberikan motivasi kepada anak dalam bentuk pujian.

Abstract

Psikologi pendidikan berperan sebagai ilmu yang meneliti masalah jiwa atau mental dan aktivitas psikologis seseorang dalam hal yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan sebagai interaksi disiplin yang cukup penting dalam memeriksa masalah yang mengganggu ataupun bahkan mendukung jiwa dan keadaan mental siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Sehingga dengan memahami keadaan mental siswa tersebut maka guru dapat mengatur dan berusaha untuk mencarikan solusi atas masalah yang dihadapi tersebut, sehingga untuk hal ini, sudah seharusnya seorang guru perlu memiliki pengetahuan yang komprehensif mengenai psikologi pendidikan agar pembelajaran dapat berlangsung secara efektif dan terarah

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of the education quality management system is based on internal management quality standards at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Batang Hari in developing improved learning processes. This research is descriptive research whose data collection method uses observation and interviews. The sample of this research is school principals. The results of this research show the level/percentage of achievement of the implementation of internal quality assurance management which includes aspects of the observation and documentation system. Abstract

Pengorganisasian dalam manajemen pendidikan adalah sangat penting dilaksanakan dan dibutuhkan untuk mencapai suatu pendidikan yang lebih baik untuk masa depan anak bangsa, maka dari itu tujuan dari suatu pendidikan itu harus diutamakan. Lembaga pendidikan di bawah naungan pemerintah maupun dibawah naungan pihak swasta sudah semestinya memiliki pengorganisasian yang baik agar tujuan dari pendidikan yang sudah dibuat bias diwujudkan. Kegiatan menyusun berbagai elemen dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan maupun instansi merupakan kegiatan manajemen yang secara khusus disebut sebagai pengorganisasian, hal ini makin memperjelas bahwa di antara fungsi manajemen adalah menyusun dan membentuk berbagai hubungan kerja dari berbagai unit untuk menjadi sebuah tim yang solid, dari tim yang solid akan memberi kekuatan. Apabila terjadi kesatuan kekuatan dari berbagai elemen sistem untuk mencapai tujuan dalam lembaga maupun organisasi maka manajemen dianggap berhasil.

Abstract

The occurrence of the Covid-19pandemic around the world has resulted in changes in various lives, including in the field of education. The government policy requiring studying from home, working from home and praying at home in the first week felt very sudden. And make the confusion of parents and teachers compounded by the lack of preparation for distance learning. As learning materials at home, assignments from student books are given. During this pandemic, more children will be at home, this is an effort made to break the chain of the spread of Covid, which has not yet subsided, even continues to grow. For the effectiveness of learning at this time the role of parents is very important, because the responsibility for education that is usually held by teachers while in school now completely shifts to both parents. Parents must accompany their children more in learning, be more attentive during learning, because when children are given freedom during unsupervised learning, not a few children take the opportunity to play online games, surf in cyberspace such as playing Facebook, Instagram, and other interesting applications, because in the learning process children are facilitated with cellphones plus a quota package that makes it easy to access whatever they want. For this reason, supervision and cooperation between parents and teachers is needed in continuing children's education.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan, tidak lepas dari posisi dan hubungan antara pendidikan dan kurikulum. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, kurikulum juga berubah, dan perubahan yang terjadi berdampak besar terhadap perkembangan siswa di Indonesia. Perubahan kurikulum tidak dapat dipisahkan dari upaya memajukan siswa; 1. Dalam ranah kognitif; 2. Dalam domain afektif; 3. Dalam domain Psychomotor. Sehingga kurikulum dapat dianggap sebagai tolok ukur dalam memajukan siswa, karena bentuk dan desain pendidikan menentukan perkembangan siswa.

Abstract

Character of education, it is absolutely necessary not only in school but also at home, in the social environment. Abstract

A leader is essentially a person who has the ability to influence the behavior of others in his work by using power. It is in his activities that the leader has the power to mobilize and influence his subordinates in connection with the tasks to be carried out. The types of principal leadership are generally personal leadership types, Non-personal leadership types, authoritarian leadership types, democratic leadership types, paternalist leadership types, leadership types by talent. The duties of the leader in his leadership include; diving into the needs of the citizens of the school he leads, from which desires can be learned realistic and truly achievable wills, convincing his subordinates of what is their will, which is realistic and which is actually a delusion. A professional leader is a leader who understands his duties and obligations, and can establish a good cooperative relationship with subordinates, so as to create a working atmosphere that makes subordinates feel safe, peaceful, and have a freedom in developing their ideas in order to achieve the common goals that have been set.

Abstract

The problems faced by educational institutions are more complicated. One of them is the quality of all the level education have not increased. The increasing quality of Islamic educational institutions is something absolut because it is a part pf educational nitional system. The increasing quality of the institutions have a purpose to give a guarantee to the people, a guarantee that the implementation of the education appropriates with what must be happen and wished by the people. Based on its characteristic, Islamic educational institutions not only create the potential intellectually figure (intellectual oriented), but also create the character and ethical figure. The main concern of the Islamic educational institution is the improvenment of both body and spirit.

Abstract

Islam is very important in directing or guiding youth. Various deviations committed by adolescents are several factors such as lack of good educational upbringing, lack of role models from the family, lack of attention from parents, so that teenagers do not behave like what is taught by Islam. Because during this adolescent period a person will experience emotional turmoil and instability, indecision in finding a handle on life and the adolescent's belief in God and religion will also be increasingly unstable if there is a difference between the values he learns and the behavior of people in society. Adolescence is a period of preparation to become a mature and healthy adult. Therefore, the responsibility of education lies with parents, teachers and the community to achieve the goals of youth education according to the Islamic view and achieve Islamic education. The purpose of this study is one of the efforts to find answers to the problems above, it is hoped that youth education from an Islamic viewpoint will guide adolescents so that youth remain mentally healthy, have noble character, have piety to Allah SWT and values that originate from the Koran and Sunnah. From the results of this study, the writer can conclude that education in Islam is so important that it is an obligation, because education can change people from not knowing to knowing.
