Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between commercial bank financial performance, share price dynamics, and the role of profitability as a moderating variable. Data from 47 commercial banks (conventional and sharia) in Indonesia during the period from the first quarter of 2021 to the third quarter of 2023 was used to test the hypothesis. Independent variables include Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operational Costs compared to Operating Income (BOPO), while the dependent variable is share price dynamics. Profitability, measured through Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), is implemented as a moderating variable. The results of the moderated multiple regression analysis show that financial performance does not directly have a significant influence on stock prices. On the other hand, profitability directly has a positive effect on stock prices. Furthermore, profitability strengthens the relationship between financial performance and share prices, indicating that banks with high profitability tend to experience a more significant impact of financial performance on share price changes. Although it only explains 13.4% of share price variability, these findings provide an in-depth understanding of the factors influencing share price dynamics in the banking sector.

Abstract

Sebagai bagian dari industri Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), proyek desain arsitektur dikerjakan oleh sebuah perusahaan konsultan studio desain arsitektur, di mana di dalam proses pengerjaannya terdapat proses penerimaan, pengerjaan dan pembayaran proyek. Dalam rangka proses di atas, perusahaan konsultan arsitektur XYZ menggunakan tools berupa Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) sebagai bagian dari Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) berupa langkah-langkah, dokumen-dokumen dan pihak-pihak yang terlibet/ bekerja di dalamnya, di mana proses kegiatan dapat dilakukan dengan baik dan efektif. Hal inilah yang menjadi topik pada penelitian ini. Makalah disusun bertujuan agar hasilnya dapat menjadi referensi bagi praktisi maupun akademisi di dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya, khususnya di bidang Sistem Informasi Manajemen dari proyek desain arsitektur. SOP disusun dengan menggunakan Diagram Alir (Flowchart), sehingga dapat dibuat suatu alur yang ringkas dan mudah dipahami, untuk kemudian dapat dilakukan analisa serta evaluasi berdasarkan urut-urutan langkah dari rangkaian proses kegiatan yang dilakukan. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu bahwa proses penyusunan SOP pada SIM meliputi: proses penerimaan proyek melibatkan Principal Architect dan Klien/ Konsumen, proses pengerjaan proyek melibatkan Principal Architect, Design Manager, Staff Architect dan Staff Administrasi, proses pembayaran proyek melibatkan Principal Architect, Design Manager, Staff Administrasi dan Klien, serta desain sistem yaitu dengan diagram SIM proyek desain arsitektur.

Abstract

This community service activity discusses the issue and role of stress and mental health in the workplace and how writing articles in online mass media, such as Kumparan, can help overcome these issues. Stress, although often considered detrimental, can actually have a positive impact on an individual's performance and achievement if faced in the right levels. Studies show that appropriate pressure can motivate individuals to achieve high achievements. Stimuli and perceptions have a role in shaping individual attitudes and behaviors in the workplace. In addition to pressure levels, positive perceptions of organizational support impact job performance and satisfaction, while negative perceptions can lead to excess stress and burnout. Environmental, organizational, and individual factors influence perceptions of pressure or workload. Through writing articles in online mass media, this article explains how writing on platforms like Kumparan can be an effective tool in bridging stress and mental health issues in the workplace. This article not only provides information on the impact of stress and how to cope with it, but also encourages positive attitude and behavior change related to this issue. Article dissemination can be done through various channels, including one of them through social media, to reach a wider target audience. With a better understanding of the relationship between stimulus, perception, and pressure, this article helps in creating a balanced work environment and supports the well-being, productivity, and quality of life of employees. Therefore, the article has the potential to influence stress-related and mental health-related mindsets and practices in the workplace, as well as encourage better management in the context of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.
