Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that language skills, especially the speaking skills of third grade students of SD Negeri 05 Mendo Barat have not been maximized, especially inthe learning process. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of image guessing media on speaking skill singrade III students SD Negeri 05 Mendo Barat. The method in this study used a pre-experimental design with the one-group pretest-posttest design research design. The population in this study were all third grade students who took part in learning at SD Negeri 05 Mendo Barat. Sampling in this study is using a total sampling technique of 30 students. The research process was carried out in accordance with the steps that have been determined through the assessment of speaking skills based on image stimulation by Nurgiyantoro (2012). In this study, researchers conducted data analysis techniques, namely using the t test. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out the t test shows the value of t =9.742is more than t table(0.05)(dk=n-1)=2.045 so that H0 is rejected. As for the sig. equal to 0.000 <0.025. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the image guessing media on thes peaking skills of students in class III SD Negeri 05 Mendo Barat.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low of students interpesonal communication. The purpose of this study  to determine the correlation of self confidence with interpersonal communication in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study amounted to 288 students with a sample of 158 students obtained through simple random sampling techniquest. The data collection techniques using a scale interpersonal communication and scale self confidence. The data analysis techniques using Product Moment Correlation. The research results obtained value r count = 0,414 r table = 0,159 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant correlation of self confidence with interpersonal communication. If the students self confidence is high then students interpersonal communication will also be high.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi interpersonal siswa rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung. Peneitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 288 siswa dengan sampel 158 siswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala komunikasi interpersonal dan skala kepercayaan diri. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian diperoleh r hitung = 0,414 r tabel = 0,159, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterma, yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan komunikasi interpersonal. Jika kepercayaan diri siswa tinggi maka akan diikuti komunikasi interpersonal siswa yang tinggi pula.Kata kunci: hubungan, kepercayaan diri, komunikasi interpersonal

Abstract

This research aims to determine, identify, and describe Learning Media (X1) and Teacher Pedagogical Competence (X2) on Learning Effectiveness (X3) at State Elementary Schools in Cengkareng Barat Village. The population in this study were teachers in 1 sub-district of Cengkareng Barat, with a random sampling technique and 15 schools and 188 teachers were selected. Then calculated using the slovin formula so that 128 teachers were obtained as research samples.. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, questionnaires and documentation instruments. The results of the study are (1) there is a direct positive effect of Learning Media (X1) on Learning Effectiveness (X3) by 72%. (2) there is a direct positive effect of Teacher Pedagogic Competence (X2) on Learning Effectiveness (X3) by 19,4%. (3) there is a direct effect of Learning Media (X1) on Teacher Pedagogic Competence (X2) by is 42%.

Abstract

This research was to examined the contribution of the business income of the grocery store in Pekon Tekad Tanggamus. The research method used in this research was descriptive method. The number of population in this research was 39 head families of stalls grocery business and was a population research. Data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data was then analyzed in the form of percentage table. The results of this research showed that: (1) the principal number of head families who work as laborer, farmer, sewer, breeder, and teacher. (2) the average principal income of head families was Rp 3.623.077/month. (3) the average profit of grocery business income was Rp 1.978.205/month. (4) the average percentage contribution of the grocery business income to total family income was 70%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang kontribusi pendapatan usaha warung kelontong terhadap pendapatan total di Pekon Tekad Tanggamus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 39 kepala keluarga dan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dalam bentuk tabel persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pekerjaan pokok kepala keluarga adalah sebagai buruh, petani, tukang jahit, peternak dan guru. (2) Rata-rata pendapatan pokok kepala keluarga adalah Rp 3.623.077/bulan. (3) Rata-rata keuntungan pendapatan usaha warung kelontong Rp1.978.205/bulan. (4) Rata-rata persentase kontribusi pendapatan usaha warung kelontong terhadap pendapatan total keluarga adalah sebesar 70%.Kata Kunci: kontribusi, pendapatan, usaha warung kelontong

Abstract

Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS RBA) is a risk-based business permit implementation program which is an improvement over the previous OSS, namely OSS version 1.1 with the aim of simplifying and accelerating the business permit process based on Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing.The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of e-government through the RBA OSS in the DPMPTSP of Indragiri Hulu Regency, as well as obstacles in its implementation. The theoretical concept used by researchers is the theory of elements of successful implementation of E-government by Indrajit (2016: 11), namely the Support, Capacity and Value elements. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. With data analysis including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results in this study show that the implementation of the RBA OSS in the DPMPTSP of Indragiri Hulu Regency went well and was successfully carried out based on government support, especially the DPMPTSP of Indragiri Hulu Regency, available capabilities or capacities such as supporting infrastructure and expert and competent human resources, as well as benefits that are not only felt by the government, but also felt in business actors / applicants. The inhibiting factor in its implementation is the low human resources of the RBA OSS program and the system managed by the OSS institution is still in the stage of improvement.
