Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the selection, placement and salary process on employee performance. Data collection methods using qualitative research and primary data obtained from interviews. The research results show that the selection process at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah uses 2 (two) methods: non-scientific methods and scientific methods. Implementation of the Selection, Placement and salary process on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah as follows. The workforce selection method applied by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah must follow the existing recruitment procedures at the Bank and determine the minimum qualifications in the form of a preliminary interview, selection process, educational background according to the position, and work experience of the job applicant. Implementation of the placement process includes determining human resource needs, recruitment, preparing a list of qualified employees. Conduct employee selection. The application of salaries includes the meaning of fairness in the Islamic concept, fair means clear and transparent, and fair means proportional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of stock investment decision making and stock investment feasibility on the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) in Islamic banking on the Indonesian Stock Exchange partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used is Secondary Data which is obtained from monthly BRIS Stock Price Movement Data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There were 43 samples in this study. The analysis techniques used included descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially the investment decision had a significant positive effect on CAPM with tcount > ttable (2.774>1.684) and a significant value of (0.017<0.05). Partially, investment feasibility has a significant negative effect on CAPM with a tcount > ttable (2.495<1.684) and a significant value of (0.008<0.05). Simultaneously Investment Decision and Investment Feasibility have a significant effect on CAPM. With a significant value of (specify) the value of Fcount > Ftable, namely (3.868> 3.23). While the value of the coefficient of determination is 78%.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Modal Terhadap Tingkat Pendapatan Melalui Pemasaran Pada Kelompok Usaha Bersama (Kub) Di Deli Serdang.  Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan pada penelitian iniadalah deskripsi kuantitatif. Deskripsi kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang menggunakan data-data dan angka-angka yang telah diperoleh dari sumber data lalu hasil temuan dideskripsikan secara sistematik, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta dan sifat-sifat suatu objek sehingga mendapatka suatu gambaran yang jelas dari temuan penelitian. Adapun lokasi penelitian yang peneliti lakukan adalah pelaku kelompok usaha bersama di deli serdang. Waktu penelitian adalah Juli 2022- Desember 2022. Dalam penelitian sampel pelaku usaha karena tidak diketahuinya jumlah pelaku usaha berdasarkan kriteria khusus dalam penelitian maka metode hair dalam dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 responden. Banyaknya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pelaku usaha kelompok usaha bersama, maka peneliti menggunakan metode analisis data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis jalur sehingga menghasilkan hasil penelitian yang lebih kompleks dan terstruktur. Adapun tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan dalam menganilisis data penelitian ini yakni sebagai berikut: 1. Analisis Deskriptif. 2. Analisis Kualitas Instrumen Data. 3. Analisis Asumsi Klasik. 4. Analisis Hipotesis Dan. 5. Analisis Jalur. Dari hasil temuan bahwa sumber daya manusia tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,532 > 0,05. Berdasarkan penelitian dan terkait dengan keterbatasan penelitian ini, selanjutnya dapat diusulkan saran yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kerja sama yaitu dengan memberikan pengawasan serta evaluasi yang berpartisipasi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi KUBE di Deli Serdang serta adanya penambahan dana operasional dan fasilitas lainnya di KUBE Deli Serdang.

Abstract

The Sharia Capital Market and Halal Industry play an integral role in establishing a financial ecosystem that adheres to Islamic financial principles and supports the growth of industrial sectors that meet halal standards. This research aims to provide a comprehensive review regarding the contribution of the Sharia Capital Market as the main pillar supporting the growth of the halal industry. Through a literature review and document analysis approach, this research identifies that the Sharia Capital Market not only acts as an alternative source of financing, but also shapes the financial environment in accordance with Islamic principles. Islamic investment instruments, such as sukuk and Islamic shares, play a key role in providing ethical financing alternatives. Regulatory factors, investor participation, and the level of public trust are identified as crucial elements that influence the integration of the Sharia Capital Market with the halal industry. These findings provide a basis for stakeholders to develop a financial ecosystem that supports economic growth in accordance with the principles of Islamic finance and sustainability.

Abstract

The issue of professionalization of amil (zakat managers) still continues to occur in zakat organizations and has received strong criticism, including from students of the zakat and waqf management study program (MAZAWA). These criticisms include whether amil has become a full-time profession, education, training, and competency development for amil, the legitimacy of amil associations, the existence of a zakat amil code of ethics, as well as legal protection and the role of the state for the amil profession. This research aims to find out whether their critical impressions influence their intention to pursue a career as a professional amil. Conducted at UIN Sunan Ampel of Surabaya and IAIN Langsa, this research involved 95 respondents. Descriptive statistics and SEM-PLS via SmartPLS 4.0 software were used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that students' impressions of the professionalization of amil in Indonesia are in the medium category, which shows that there is still a lot of criticism towards it. But, their intention to pursue a career as amil remains high. Their perceptions significantly influence their career intentions; the better their perception, the higher their intention. By understanding how this professionalization can affect the efficiency, accountability and sustainability of zakat programs. Furthermore, it can increase the positive impact generated from the distribution of zakat funds.

Abstract

Social Ecommerce, which has become a global phenomenon, combines elements of social media and e-commerce to provide a platform for sellers to market and sell their products online. Research uses library research (Library Research). Research results include the negative impact of social media on MSMEs, namely that social media platforms consume a lot of energy and time to manage accounts, mistakes in advertising, traps for wasting work time and diverting attention in other directions that are far from the desired goals. obtained some inaccurate data about the company's performance, due to dealing with hidden people. MSMEs have a big impact on e-commerce, what e-commerce faces is customers' fear of electronic attacks and information piracy, and weak levels of advertising. One of the main impacts that may arise is the possibility of a decrease in turnover, so the government decided to close TikTokshop only to be used as promotional media, not as a marketplace.

Abstract

With the increasing development of the times, service to customers is a very important factor. Therefore, the provider must be able to provide satisfaction to its customers, for example by providing a higher quality, cheaper product and better service. A product is said to be of good quality if it can meet the needs of its customers. Therefore, knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction (customer requirements) is very important. In this study using quantitative methods with a sample of 85 Umrah pilgrims in Medan City. The results of this study show that service has a significant effect on pilgrim satisfaction. The processed data showed that the sig value was 0.019 0.05. It means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between services on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in Medan City. Cost has a significant effect on pilgrim satisfaction. The results showed that 0.029 0.05. It means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between costs on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in Medan City. Facilities have a significant effect on pilgrim satisfaction. The results showed that 0.018 0.05. That is, Ho was rejected, Ha accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between facilities on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in Medan City.

Abstract

Controlling inflation to create economic stability is an absolute must for the government. However, there are challenges to creating stable inflation, including the existence of variables in the money supply, unemployment and economic growth which have an impact on creating inflation. In an effort to overcome these challenges, the government uses sharia and conventional monetary instruments to control inflation. In 2022, the improvement in the Indonesian economy after the Covid 19 pandemic will actually create the highest inflation in recent years. The aim of this research is to determine the interaction and contribution of Money Supply, Unemployment, Economic Growth, Government Sharia Securities, Islamic Interbank Money Market, Bank Indonesia Certificate, and Interbank Money Market to Inflation using monthly data from 2015-2022. This research is quantitative research using the VECM method with the help of E-Views software. Research results: Money Supply has a negative and insignificant effect on Inflation, Unemployment and Economic Growth have a positive and insignificant effect on Inflation, SBSN has a negative and insignificant effect on inflation, PUAS has a negative and significant effect on Inflation, SBI and PUAB have a positive and insignificant effect against inflation. The implication of the research is that the monetary authority, in this case Bank Indonesia, as the institution authorized to control inflation, is to prioritize the SBSN and PUAS monetary instruments to control inflation. Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Strategi Distribusi Zakat Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Laznas IZI Medan ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat distribusi zakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Lembaga Zakat Nasional IZI perwakilan Sumatera Utara. Studi ini menerapkan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi dari narasumber yang memiliki hubungan langsung dengan penelitian yang dilaksanakan. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, di Laznas IZI Medan terdapat beberapa faktor kelemahan dalam terlaksananya pendistribusian, pertama keterbatasan relawan yang ada di Laznas IZI Medan, dan yang kedua jangkauan yang luas. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui distribusi zakat di laznas izi medan antara lain, mengedukasi masyarakat, membuat program perencanaan, dan melaksanakan program. Dalam kesempatan ini peneliti juga mengharapkan peningkatan program dalam mendistribusikan zakat di kelembagaan IZI Medan agar lebih efektif dan efisien melalui program-program pemerintah seperti program pengembangan ilmu teknologi pada sistem pengelolaan zakat yang terintegritas. Semoga kedepannya Laznas IZI Medan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pada saat mendistribusikan zakat guna untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the strategies employed by Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic boarding school in Medan in achieving economic independence and to ascertain the impact of this independence on institutional and community development. Adopting a qualitative research approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, in accordance with the perspective of KH. Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi. The primary findings indicate that Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic boarding school employs strategies, including the diversification of income sources, the establishment of business units, and the integration of internal and external resources in economic management. These economic independence measures have a positive impact on the development of pesantren facilities and the welfare of teachers and staff, while also facilitating the economic empowerment of the surrounding community through the provision of various entrepreneurship initiatives. However, a number of supporting and inhibiting factors also influence the implementation of these strategies. This study contributes to the existing literature on the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools and provides practical recommendations for other Islamic boarding schools seeking to enhance their economic independence.
