Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan suatu keadaan dimana peningkatan darah sistolik berada diatas batas normal yaitu lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg. Angka kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Anak Air Kota Padang Tahun 2022 sebanyak 76 kasus dalam tiga bulan terakhir dari bulan Januari-Maret. Salah satu terapi non farmakologis yang dilakukan pada pasien adalah terapi rendam kaki air hangat, karena terapi ini mudah dilakukan dan tidak membutuhkan biaya yang mahal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi rendam kaki air hangat terhadap tekanan darah lansia hipertensi. Jenis penelitian Quasi eksperiment dengan pendekatan pre-test and post-test group. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Anak Air Kota Padang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari bulan Juni sampai Juli 2022. Populasi sebanyak 76 lansia hipertensi dan sampel sebanyak 15 lansia dengan hipertensi ringan dan hipertensi sedang, teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebelum dilakukan rendam kaki air hangat rata-rata tekanan darah 156/88 mmHg dan sesudah rendam kaki air hangat 134/85 mmHg. Nilai p (0,000) dan (0,019) berarti ada pengaruh terapi rendam kaki air hangat terhadap tekanan darah lansia hipertensi. Simpulan bahwa ada pengaruh terapi rendam kaki air hangat terhadap tekanan darah lansia hipertensi. Disarankan kepada pihak puskesmas untuk menganjurkan lansia dengan hipertensi melakukan terapi rendam kaki air hangat selama 20-30 menit.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is used to evaluate in the Hospital especially as a treatment process. The lack of target patientsatisfaction scores is due to several things, such as treatment room infrastructure. This research is an analyticstudy with cross-sectional design. The sample in this study numbered 134 respondents that used a purposivesampling technique. It used a questionnaire. Analysis test used the Spearman correlation test. The result of thisresearch got an average of a ward facility of 69,87 and an average result of the level patient’s satisfaction of70,97. The result showed that there was a relationship between ward facility with the patient’s satisfaction in theinpatient Idaman Banjabaru Hospital. Ward facility could affect the level of patient’s satisfaction. The result ofthe ward facility shows that it was good while the patient’s satisfaction value was still not reaching the minimumstandard value. There was a relationship ward facility with the patient’s satisfaction in Idaman BanjarbaruHospital.

Abstract

The elderly are vulnerable groups to diseases, primarily degenerative diseases. One of the efforts tomaintain health of the elderly is by increasing their participation in using elderly Posyandu.Participation in elderly posyandu can be increased by health education the elderly. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the effect of health education on elderly knowledge in utilizing the elderlyposyandu in Bi-ih village of Karang Intan Public Health Center region Banjar. The design was Preexperimental design:one group pretest-postest. The population in this study was all elderly aged 45-55 years, the sample was 35 elderly in the village of Bi-ih. The data was gathered usingquestionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the wilcoxon test and showed knowledge increasesignificantly elderly p = 0,000 (p<0,05). It indicates the influence of health education on elderlyknowledge in utilizing elderly Posyandu in Bi-ih village of Karang Intan Public Health CenterBanjar. It is expected to increase the implementation of health education so that people can haveenough knowledge about health.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is a must for a nation that wants to progress because it can increase the acceleration of the traffic of people and goods. Infrastructure development does not only occur in urban areas but also has to reach rural areas which are sources of production of several public consumption goods such as agricultural and plantation products. The government has established a village fund program as a driving force for development in rural areas with a large enough budget so that villages continue to grow and attract young people to return home to build their villages. One sector that is of concern to village officials is road access in rural areas which is still not good. We aim to serve this community to help Terapu Village, Aluh-aluh District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province in using village funds for the construction of road facilities in the village. This service has a good impact on the village community because it gets input and opinions in the use of village funds for the benefit of the community.

Abstract

Kebutuhan air bersih di Kecamatan Karangbinangun, Kabupaten Lamongan semakin meningkat sejalan dengan pertumbuhan penduduk serta berkembangnya kawasan pemukiman maupun industri. Dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih dan kesehatan masyarakat serta pencapaian target nasional 10 juta sambungan rumah, direncanakan pengembangan SPAM di Kecamatan Karangbinangun Kabupaten Lamongan. Pengembangan SPAM direncanakan berkapasitas 300 liter/detik untuk melayani 4 kecamatan yakni Karangbinangun, Deket, Glagah, dan Kalitengah. Lingkup kegiatan DED adalah perencanaan intake, Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA), Desain pipa transmisi dan distribusi, Reservoir utama dan distribusi. Sistem intake direncanakan Sistem Intake Condoit. Pipa transmisi menggunakan pipa HDPE diameter 500 mm sepanjang ± 100 m. IPA direncanakan IPA paket sebanyak 3 unit, kapasitas masing-masing 100 liter/detik. Volume reservoir utama sebesar 5.000 m3sebanyak 1 unit dan reservoir di Kecamatan Deket sebesar 2.000 m3. Panjang pipa JDU sepanjang ±14.600 m.
