Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management and accounting treatment of petty cash on CV. Min Java Farm. This research is located at Bukit Apit, Kenagarian Sungai Talang, Guguak District, 50 City Regency, West Sumatra. This research was conducted by direct observation using interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the results of this study show the results of the petty cash accounting analysis are going well and in accordance with the applicable PSAK, in addition to the transaction process for disbursing petty cash funds, using petty cash funds, and replenishing cash funds. Minor activities have been carried out with the use of documents and in accordance with established procedures

Abstract

The growth of digital marketing technology is increasingly being used by e-commerce players in offering each particular product or service. The convenience and perceived benefits in the context of online shopping behavior create new competitors that are increasingly innovative and competitive. This phenomenon is important to study and analyze the dominant factors in influencing repurchase intention, because e-commerce players make repurchase intention factor a determining factor in business continuity. The results of the study and analysis of various relevant literature, the researcher proposes a model that can be used as a reference to build an empirical model, namely repurchase intention built by e-risk, e-trust, and rating review.

Abstract

Social networking sites are one type of virtual communication that helps individuals connect with others. One of the most popular social networking sites and has the most users worldwide is Instagram. Instagram, which was previously only used by users to share personal photos, has now turned into a means of selling online. In addition to communicating with the closest people, Instagram is also an option for selling stalls. Along with the increase in Instagram users in recent years, many Instagram users use it for online shopping. Students as Instagram users shop a lot online such as clothes, pants, shoes and other items. This study was conducted to find out how much influence Instagram @nanarfshop has on the buying interest of Fisipol students, Ekasakti University, Padang. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, namely sampling from all members of the population is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in the population. The sample in this study was 71 people by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to Fisipol students, Ekasakti University, Padang. The data were analyzed using statistical methods with the help of SPSS (Statistics Product And Service Solutions) Version 22.0 software. This study shows the hypothesis that there is an influence between the Instagram @nanarfshoop social media variable on the buying interest of Fisipol Students, Ekasakti University Padang by 97% and the rest is influenced by other variables by 3% not in this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the not yet optimal learning achievement in Economics subjects for class XI Social Sciences SMA Ekasakti Padang, where 42.11% get learning outcomes below the minimum completeness criteria, namely 78 with a range of 0-100. The purpose of the study was to reveal the effect of students' creativity and interest in learning on the economics learning achievement of students in class XI IPS SMA Ekasakti Padang. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all students of class XI IPS SMA Ekasakti Padang, consisting of two classes totaling 38 people. While the sampling technique of this research is total sampling. Student achievement data was obtained from the economics teacher at SMA Ekasakti Padang. While the data on creativity and interest in learning through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using statistical methods with the help of SPSS (Statistics Product And Service Solutions) Version 22.0 software. The results showed: (1) Creativity has an effect of 14% on learning achievement; (2) Interest in learning has an effect of 41.8% on learning achievement; (3) creativity and interest in learning together have an effect of 50.3% on learning achievement. So it can be concluded that creativity and interest in learning affect learning achievement, the higher students' creativity and interest in learning in the learning process, the better learning achievement and learning achievement will be higher.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Parents and Environment on Student’s Learning Motivation (Education Management Literature Review). Within the scope of school education, the existence of the principal is the determinant and direction of school policy. The principal must also have the ability to regulate his agency in order to achieve and realize the agency's goals. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods and library research. By reviewing previous articles that are relevant to this research. The results of this study are: 1) Parents has an effect on Student’s Learning Motivation, and 2) Environment has an effect on Student’s Learning Motivation.

Abstract

This research is motivated social behavior is not good, it is allegedly due to lack of training caregivers and children in the orphanage Aisyiyah Koto Tangah Padang of City. The purpose of this study is to see and describe the relationship between child development and social behavior at the Orphanage Aisyiyah Koto Tangah Padang of City. This research is a quantitative study that is descriptive correlational, the samples in this study were 55 people who were taken were taken from the entire population. Techniques of data collection in this research that uses questionnaires, data analysis is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that 1) the image guidance provided by the caregiver is still not good looks that still pembinan less provide moral guidance in the mix and less provide guidance in carrying out the activities, 2) description of social behavior is still not well seen that there is still a children who do not abide by the rules at the orphanage, lack of respect for other people's work and given the lack of cooperation among children, 3) there is a significant relationship between the development of the child's social behavior in orphanage Aisyiyah Koto Tangah Padang of City.

Abstract

Abstract: The Internet of Things is developing in many sectors, especially in the industrial and household sectors. Internet of Things is expected to be a new solution in carrying out daily activities, especially those that are closely related to objects or machines. The concept of the Internet of Things itself is developing smart technology into an object, with the goal of innovation that makes activities more effective and efficient. Examples of the application of the Internet of Things in the industrial and household sectors are: 1) automatic curtain closing, 2) automatic water taps, 3) automatic folding umbrellas, 4) and also automatic parking scan sensors. The research method at this time is a descriptive qualitative method, by obtaining data based on relevant previous research and developing according to the researchers' thoughts. The results of this study are: 1) Work Effectiveness is influenced by the Internet of Things; 2) Individual Behavior is influenced by the Internet of Things; and 3) Supply Chain is affected by the Internet of Things. Abstrak: Internet of Things berkembang di banyak sektor, terutama di sektor industri dan rumah tangga. Internet of Things diharapkan menjadi solusi baru dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari terutama yang berkaitan erat dengan benda atau mesin. Konsep Internet of Things sendiri yaitu mengembangkan teknologi pintar kedalam sebuah benda, dengan tujuan inovasi yang menjadikan kegiatan lebih efektif dan efisien. Contoh penerapan Internet of Things di sektor industri dan rumah tangga yaitu: 1) Penutup gorden otomatis, 2) keran air otomatis, 3) payung lipat otomatis, 4) dan juga sensor scan parkir otomatis. Metode Penelitian pada kali ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan memperoleh data berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dan mengembangkan sesuai pemikiran peneliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Efektivitas Kerja dipengaruhi oleh Internet of Things; 2) Perilaku Individu dipengaruhi oleh Internet of Things; dan 3) Supply Chain dipengaruhi oleh Internet of Things.

Abstract

PT. Dagna Medika adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Supplier Medical and Laboratory yang berpusat di Padang, Sumatera Barat. Kemampuan pendistribusian produk yang cukup baik dan merata di berbagai daerah, menyediakan semua alat-alat kesehatan & bahan kimia dari beberapa merek terkemuka dan juga mendistribusikan berbagai bahan sekali pakai dengan harga terjangkau. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Apakah Pengelolaan dan Sistem Pengendalian Piutang pada PT. Dagna Medika sudah berjalan secara efektif. Metode Pengumpulan Data adalah Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research) dan Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research). Jenis Penelitiannya Deskriptif Kualitatif. Metode Analisis dengan menggunakan Rasio Aktivitas antara lain dengan Rasio Perputaran Piutang (Receivable Turn Over-RTO), Umur Rata-rata Piutang (Average Collection Periode-ACP), Rasio Tunggakan dan Rasio Penagihan dan dengan menggunakan Uji Tanda. Hasil Penelitiannya pengelolaan dan pengendalian piutang belum berjalan secara efektif dan hasil pengolahan data dengan uji tanda signifikan.
