Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the pedagogical competence of teachers in the majoring in culinary on the implementation of Curriculum 2013; (2) to describe the obstacles culinary experienced teachers in the implementation of Curriculum 2013. This study used a qualitative research with case studies (qualitative case study) to obtain in-depth information regarding the implementation of Curriculum 2013. The study was conducted in seven vocational schools in the Badung regency who implements 2013. The school curriculum is used in this research was determined by purposive sampling with the base CMS implements the curriculum of 2013. The subjects were all teachers Hospitality in vocational teaching in classes X, XI, and XII are used as a place of research. Meanwhile the object of this study is the pedagogical competence of teachers in curriculum implementation 2013. Data collection techniques used in this study includes observational techniques non participants, documentation, and semi-structured interview. Observation techniques are used to seeing the implementation of learning majoring in food service in class X, IX and XII to implement ccurriculum 2013 interview techniques used to obtain information readiness, obstacles to teachers in implementing appropriate learning in the majoring in culinary Curriculum 2013. The conclusions of this study were: 1) pedagogical competence of teachers catering services in Badung are in accordance with the demands of the curriculum, 2013. In connection with the activities Teacher Performance Assessment there are 7 (seven) aspects and 46 (forty six) indicators developed in respect of mastery pedagogical competence according to Regulation No. 74 of 2008. From the findings, it seemed that all the indicators have been achieved with the criteria very well. With excellent ability pedagogical competence will allow teachers to implement the curriculum in 2013, especially in the culinary learning.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of plant spacing and various amounts/ratios of NPK fertilizerson the growth and nitrogen uptake of wetland rice (Oryza sativa L.) varieties IR 64. The experimental design was a two-factorial Split Plot in a Randomized Block design. Two plant spacing types as the main plots i.e. symmetrical (s1) and Legowo (s2) were applied.  The various ratiosof NPK fertilzers as the sub plots consisted of 200 kg :75 kg : 50 kg per ha (p1), 250 kg : 100 kg :75 kg per ha (p2), 300 kg :125 kg :100 kg per ha (p3), and 350 kg :150 kg : 125 kg per ha (p4). There were eight combination treatments and each had three replicates.The results showed that the interaction between the plant spacing and the NPK fertilizer significantly affect tiller number, panicles per clump and nitrogen uptake.  Highest tiller number, panicles per clump and nitrogen uptake were found in the s2p4 treatment which were  67.50, 30.50 and 125.60 kg, respectively, whereas lowest ones were in the s1p1 which were 26.50, 13.52 and 51.66 kg, respectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To improve student learning motivation by using the learning together model on basic food learning; 2) To improve student learning outcomes by using the learning together model on basic culinary learning class X 4 Catering Services SMK PGRI 3 Denpasar. This type of research is classroom action research with the Kemiss Taggart model. With descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The object of research is students' learning motivation and student learning outcomes and subjects in this study are students of class 4 food 4 SMK PGRI 3 Denpasar. The results of this study indicate that 1) an increase in student motivation, the increase is seen from the average percentage of the first cycle is 55.43% while in the second cycle is 80.35%, 2) the increase in student learning outcomes, the increase is seen from the average percentage of the first cycle of 70.12% while in cycle II it was 81.18%, 3) increased classical completeness, the increase was seen from the average percentage of the first cycle of 46.81% while in the second cycle was 100%. The conclusion of this study is that the application of together learning models can improve student learning motivation and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah terkait dengan tujuan penelitian: (1).Sejarah Situs Siwa Buddha di Pura Pegulingan, (2). Bentuk dan Fungsi Situs Siwa Budda yang ada di Pura Pegulingan, dan (3). Aspek-aspek yang bisa dimanfaatkan dalam Situs Siwa Buddha di Pura Pegulingan, sebagai Sumber Belajar Sejarah di SMA. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Pakraman Manukaya, Kecamatan Tampaksiring, Gianyar. Pencarian informan ditentukan dengan cara purposive. Penentuan informan diawali dengan menentukan informan kunci, kemudian dikembangkan secara berantai dengan memakai teknik snow ball sampling. Tahapan penelitian antara lain: (1) teknik penentuan informan; (2) teknik pengumpulan data; (3) Validitas data;(4) analisis data. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa (1) Sejumlah fragmen bangunan, fragmen-fragmen arca, materai-materai tanah liat, lempengan logam yang bertulis dan sebuah yoni telah ditemukan di situs tersebut . penemuan itu berawal sekitar tahun 1983, ketika masyarakat setempat memperbaiki Stus Siwa Buddha di Pegulingan. Sampai saat ini belum ada prasasti atau sumber bertulis yang secara langsung mengacu tentang Situs Siwa Buddha di Pura Pegulingan. Namun temuan materi-materi tanah liat dan sejumlah lempengan emas yang bertuliskan mantra ye-te dalam agama Buddha kiranya dapat digunakan untuk menentukan kronologi relatif dari bangunan tersebut. Berdasarkan studi paleografi huruf yang digunakan pada materi dan lempengan-lempengan emas diperkirakan berasal dari pertengahan abad ke-9 dan awal abad ke-10 masehi. (2) Sebuah stupa besar merupakan ciri mendasar dari bangunan berlatar belakang agama Buddha, yang diketahui dari temuan sebuah miniatur stupa dari batu padas di temukan dipusat candiyang diperkirakan merupakan tempat pemujaan Buddha. Penganut aliran Siwa dalam tradisi Hindu kemudian berkembang di situs Siwa Buddha di Pura Pegulingan. Fungsi Stupa yang ada di lengkapi dengan bangunan-bangunan lain dalm pura Hindu, sehingga terjadi Sinkretisme Hindu Buddha di Situs Siwa Buddha di Pura Pegulingan. Kakinya berbentuk segi delapan (octagonal) dengan ukaran bagian bawah lebarnya 45 cm. Dan dtinggi 23 cm, dan bagian tengah lebih lebar dari bagian bawahnya, garis tengah bagian bawahnya 33 cm. bagian tengah 39 cm. dengan tinggi 24 cm. Harmika berbentuk segi empat, lebar bagian bawah 25 cm. bagian atas 19 cm. dan tinggi 13 cm. yasti berbentuk slindris, makin keatas, makin kecil dengan garis tengah bagian bawah 15 cm. (3) aspek yang bisa dimanfaatkan dalam Situs Siwa Buddha di Pura Pegulingan sebagai Sumber Belajar Sejarah di SMA adalah : di Situs Siwa Buddha di Pura Pegulingan terdapat Stupa Buddha, dan arca Dhayani Buddha, yang dapat di jadikan sumber belajar Sejarah di SMA. Kata Kunci : Situs Siwa Buddha, Bentuk dan Fungsi, dan Sumber Belajar Sejara This study aims to solve the problems related to the research objectives: (1) .Sejarah site of Buddha in the temple of Shiva Pegulingan, (2). Form and Function Site Budda Shiva in the temple Pegulingan, and (3). Aspects that can be used in a Buddhist temple site Pegulingan Shiva, as the Source of Learning History in high school. This research was conducted in Pakraman Manukaya, District Sukawati, Gianyar. Search the informants determined by purposive. Determination of informants begins with determining the key informants, and then developed in sequence by using snowball sampling technique. Stages of research include: (1) a technique of determining the informant; (2) data collection techniques; (3) The validity of the data, (4) data analysis. From these results it can be seen that (1) A number of fragments of buildings, fragments of statues, stamp-stamp clay, metal plates inscribed and a yoni has been found at the site. The discovery began around 1983, when the local community improve Pegulingan Buddhist Stus Shiva. Until now there is no inscription or sources that directly refers inscribed on World Buddhist temple Shiva Pegulingan. But the discovery of clay materials and a golden plate inscribed with a spell ye-te in Buddhism would be used to determine the relative chronology of the building. Based on the study of paleography letters used on the material and the gold plates dating from the mid-9th century and the early 10th century BC. (2) A large stupa is a fundamental feature of the building background of Buddhism, which is known from the findings of a miniature stupa of rocks in the center candiyang expected to find a place of worship of the Buddha. Adherents of Shiva in the Hindu tradition later developed on the site of Buddha in the temple of Shiva Pegulingan. Function Stupa in buildings equipped with other preformance Hindu temples, Hindu Buddhist syncretism that occurred in World Buddhist temple Shiva Pegulingan. Her legs octagonal (octagonal) with ukaran bottom width of 45 cm. And dtinggi 23 cm, and the middle is wider than the bottom, the center line of the bottom 33 cm. the middle 39 cm. with a height of 24 cm. Harmika rectangular, the width of the bottom 25 cm. the top 19 cm. and height of 13 cm. Yasti slindris shaped, the upper, smaller with a diameter of the bottom 15 cm. (3) aspects that can be utilized in the site of Buddha in the temple of Shiva as a Learning Resource Pegulingan History in high school is: The largest Shiva Temple Buddha in Buddhist Stupa Pegulingan there, and a statue of Buddha Dhayani, that can be a source of study in high school history. keyword : Site Shiva Buddha, Form and Function, and History Learning Resources

Abstract

SMK Pratama Widhya Mandala Badung merupakan SMK yang menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 yang bertujuan mendidik, melatih siswa, menghasilkan lulusan kompeten dibidang perhotelan dan siap bekerja di industri perhotelan. Hasil wawancara baik dengan Kepala Sekolah,Ketua Program Studi Jasa Boga SMK Pratama Widya Mandala, materi Praktik diberikan kepada siswa/i Pratama Widya Mandala jurusan Jasa Boga Kelas XI adalah dry practice, praktik dasar pembuatan kue Indonesia.Untuk mencapai tujuan diharapkan dan menambah ketrampilan siswa, khususnya pengolahan hidangan Appetezer and Dessert melengkapi keterampilan siswa menjelang mereka melaksanakan training di industri perhotelan, Program Studi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Universitas Dhyana Pura memiliki fungsi melayani pembelajaran, penelitian, pengabdian civitas akademika dan masyarakat umum, menjawab kebutuhan. Metode dilakanakan sosialisasi, demontrasi, pelatihan praktik pembuatan Macaroni Schotel dan Roti Kukus Gula Merah, pelatihan presenting Macaroni Schotel dan Roti Kukus Gula Merah disajikan kepada tamu.Kegiatan Pelatihan Pengolahan Hidangan Macaroni Schotel dan Roti Kukus Gula Merah, Pengetahuan Pengembangan Usaha Kecil berjalan baik, peserta aktif melakukan praktik diawali proses penyiapan bahan, peralatan, pembuatan adonan, dan pengolahan. Proses pemanggangan Macaroni Schotel dan proses steaming Roti Kukus Gula Merah. Setelah matang, siap dihidangkan kepada tamu sebagai hidangan pembuka / Appetezer, dan hidangan penutup / dessert, dijual kepada masyarakat sehingga mampu menjawab tantangan dunia kerja khususnya industri perhotelan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran google classroom dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kedisiplinan siswa kelas XII Jasa Boga di SMK Pariwisata Harapan Denpasar. Rancangan desain penelitian mengunakan rancangan one shot case study. Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah media google classroom dalam proses pembelajaran dan variabel terikat menggunakan motivasi dan kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Media google classroom dalam setting belajar cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan siswa kelas XII Jasa Boga di SMK Pariwisata Harapan Denpasar, dapat dilihat dari nilai pencapaian motivasi belajar siswa dengan kategori sangat baik dilihat dari nilai rata-rata 67,00. Media google classroom dalam setting meningkatkan efektif untuk motivasi belajar siswa kelas XII Jasa Boga di SMK Pariwisata Harapan Denpasar, dapat dilihat dari pencapaian motivasi belajar siswa dan kedisiplinan siswa dengan kategori sangat baik dilihat dari nilai rata-rata 85,80. Media pembelajaran menggunakan google classroomdigunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kedisiplinan siswa dengan hasil relatif lebih baik karena pada hasil uji deskriptif motivasi belajar siswa dengan nilai minimum 64,00 dan nilai maksimum 95,00 untuk hasil uji deskriptif kedisiplinan nilai minimum 65,00 dan nilai maksimum 99,00 dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan siswa pada mata pelajaran hygiene dan sanitasi.
