Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how the influence of leadership on performance, how the influence of motivation on employee performance, how the influence of work discipline on employee performance and to determine the effect simultaneously on the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) North Sumatra. . The population used in this study were all employees of the Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) North Sumatra 2019, totaling 37 people. he data collection technique used a questionnaire, then analyzed the data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the results show that leadership, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect. the performance of employees of the Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) North Sumatra.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has shifted the work process to Work From Home (WFH), resulting in lower staff performance, particularly at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of North Sumatra (FKG USU). Work activities resumed in the office at the beginning of 2022, although productivity remained low. As a result, initiatives to encourage employee performance development, such as through training to increase employee work ethic, are required. Identification of partner issues, training, and evaluation are the three stages of this program. Participants were satisfied with the substance and design of the training delivered, according to the evaluation results. This program has a great influence since it teaches employees how to enhance their work ethic and make work activities meaningful as worship.

Abstract

This program was motivated by the lack of knowledge of the management and residents of Aisyiyah in establishing and managing the Sharia Cooperative at the Aisyiyah Percut Sei Tuan Branch. In addition, residents of Aisyiyah Percut Sei Tuan District still use usury-based cooperative savings and loan services. To improve knowledge and literacy, the purpose of this service is to provide management training on the establishment and management of sharia cooperatives, so that Sharia cooperatives can be formed at the Aisyiyah Percut Sei Tuan Branch. The stages of implementing this activity are preparation, training and evaluation of program success. From the results of the evaluation, the training participants gained an understanding and succeeded in forming a sharia cooperative under the name Tajri Aj Ma'a. In this activity, it was also decided the monthly contribution of cooperative members which must be paid.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and globalization made major changes in various fields, one of which is technology. One of the digital marketing strategies is affiliate marketing, which allows someone to market other people's products simply by spreading promotional links. In this activity, the team held seminars and training on affiliate marketing business models in marketing keloria products which aimed to increase participants' knowledge of digital marketing and affiliate marketing and encourage participants to join as affiliate partners of PT. Keloria Moringa Jaya. This seminar and training was carried out in 3 stages, namely preparation, seminar and training, and evaluation. The evaluation results show the participants' satisfaction with the training material and design presented. In addition, this activity succeeded in increasing participants' knowledge about digital marketing, especially social media marketing and affiliate marketing-based marketing models.

Abstract

This simple research aims to explore the impact of digital marketing systems on MSMEs in Medan City in increasing product sales and evaluating user satisfaction with affiliatebased websites developed for PT. Keloria Moringa Jaya. The research method was a questionnaire survey, with nine questions to 100 respondents. Based on respondents' responses, it was concluded that the use of websites and affiliate marketing in digital marketing could positively contribute to increasing MSME sales. This can be seen from the data analysis results showing a positive correlation between the use of affiliate marketing websites and the increase in respondents' interest in becoming affiliate marketing and marketing MSME products. The research results are expected to help MSMEs in Medan City understand the benefits of digital marketing and how to apply it effectively in their business.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dikelola para mustahik merupakan program dari LAZISMU Kota Medan. Beberapa waktu lalu dilanda pandemi covid-19 bahkan sampai sekarang masih bertatus endemi sehingga dihadapi pada masalah menurunnya penjualan, sulitnya mendapat bahan baku, menghambatnya produksi dan distribusi, mengalami kesulitan permodalan, minimnya pengetahuan teknologi informasi dan terhambatnya jaringan usaha sehingga berdampak pada ekonomi mustahik. Solusi yang ditawarkan dari pengabdian ini yakni memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatan ekonomi mustahik melalui program Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pasca pandemi covid-19 pada LAZISMU Kota Medan. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi mustahik, untuk menjadikan para mustahik yang mendapatkan program UMKM dari LAZISMU kota Medan lebih paham dalam mempromosikan usahanya melalui teknologi atau digital marketing, Selain untuk dapat meningkatkan ekonomi juga Untuk dapat meningkatkan skill dalam berwirausaha. Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini, menggunakan metode baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah menjalin komitmen kerjasama bersama mitra untuk ketercapaian program kegiatan, mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi peserta pelatihan dan melakukan monitoring serta evaluasi keberhasilan program bagi peserta pelatihan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Adapun peserta yang terlibat pada pelatihan ini berjumlah 30 orang mustahik yang menerima program UMKM dari LAZISMU Kota Medan. Dan sebanyak 82% peserta pelatihan dapat memahami materi yang telah diterima.

Abstract

SMEs in Indonesia have become an important part of the economic system in Indonesia. This is because SMEs are business units that are more numerous than large-scale industrial businesses and have the advantage of absorbing more labor and also being able to accelerate the process of equity as part of development. One of the SMEs located in Saentis Village, Deli Serdang Regency, is fried food, cosmetics and glassware. Each of these businesses has a characteristic that distinguishes it from other businesses. But these businesses still have limitations that become problems, such as their marketing strategies that are still not well organized. Abstract

Several factors can underlie problems such as unhealthy associations, having a sense of wanting to try things, and so on. Cases of drug use are no stranger to hearing, currently drug use is increasingly becoming among students, students, adults and even the elderly. This community service program aims to increase awareness of the dangers of drugs for students. In this activity the population taken was all MTs Islamiyah Medan students, but the sample in this activity was 20 students. The results of the trial to the community showed that the dangers of drugs can threaten the health and even the lives of those who use them, especially for the younger generation. Drugs have very bad side effects if they are misused by users, especially if someone is already addicted to and even addicted to using drugs, then the crime of drug trafficking must be given strict sanctions. If it is not dealt with in a manner that will increase the distribution of narcotics in every area. The methods used are socialization, lectures, questions and answers, and discussions. From this activity there is awareness among students about the dangers of drugs which are a global problem for now, so that they are aware of the effects of drugs.

Abstract

Digital marketing training is an important solution to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the rapidly growing digital era. This community service aims to provide digital marketing training to MSMEs assisted by Lazismu, Medan City. Identification of partner problems is carried out through meetings with Lazismu leaders to understand the challenges MSMEs face after the Covid-19 pandemic. The training was conducted using interactive lecture and discussion methods, covering marketing strategies through social media, search engine optimization, quality content, and online brand management for 30 MSMEs assisted by Lazismu Medan City. Evaluation is done through a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the training. The evaluation results show participant satisfaction and increased knowledge and skills in digital marketing. This training helps MSMEs expand market reach, increase business visibility, and increase sales. In conclusion, digital marketing training effectively increases the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and solves challenges faced after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan pelatihan manajemen strategi pemasaran digital bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) binaan Lazismu Kota Pematang Siantar. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman UMKM tentang pemasaran digital, mengenali peluang yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi digital, dan mempelajari praktik terbaik dalam memanfaatkan media digital untuk mempromosikan produk dan layanan mereka. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan manfaat yang signifikan bagi UMKM. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM, serta memiliki implikasi praktis yang signifikan dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal dan peningkatan lapangan kerja. Disarankan untuk melibatkan lebih banyak UMKM dan melakukan pengembangan program pelatihan yang berkelanjutan untuk memastikan kesinambungan penggunaan strategi pemasaran digital oleh UMKM di Kota Pematang Siantar.
