Abstract

The research had been conducted in Langgomea Village, Konawe District, from June to December 2005. This research used a survey method and aimed to know the technology performance, expense structures and farming system income of upland rice farming system. The data, technology application, productivity, and farming system income were collected from filled questionnaires from 35 respondents. The results showed that the variety of technology application had been close to recommended technology as shown by a production of 4.68 ton/ha. On the basis of yield price Rp.1.350,-/kg, the farmers income can reached Rp.3.519.000,- with RCR 2.28 which means that the farming system was financially feasible. However, rice farming system is not sensitive to the change of production input price and decreasing price of paddy up to 15% though the farmers profitability obtained by farmers declines. Key words: upland rice, break event point, sensitivity, irrigation land   Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat keragaan teknologi, struktur biaya dan penerimaan usahatani padi sawah di lahan irigasi telah dilakukan di Desa Langgomea, Kecamatan Uepai, Kabupaten Konawe, dari bulan Juni sampai Desember 2005 dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan panduan kuisioner terhadap 35 responden yang meliputi penerapan teknologi, produktivitas dan pendapatan usahatani. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keragaan penerapan teknologi di tingkat petani sudah mendekati teknologi yang dianjurkan sehingga produksi diperoleh sebanyak 4,68 ton/ha. Proporsi biaya tertinggi pada tenaga kerja luar keluarga yang mencapai 54,10% dari total biaya. Dengan harga gabah kering panen (GKP) sebesar Rp.1.350/kg maka pendapatan yang diterima petani sebesar Rp.3.519.000 dengan RCR 2,28 sehingga usahatani layak secara finansial. Usahatani padi sawah tidak peka terhadap perubahan kenaikan harga sarana produksi dan penurunan harga gabah hingga 15%, namun tingkat keuntungan yang diperoleh semakin menurun.Kata kunci: padi sawah, titik impas, sensitivitas, lahan irigasi

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kebijakan pengisian daftar hadir berbasis elektronik di BBPPKI Makassar menyebabkan perlunya peran serta sistem informasi atau aplikasi guna mempermudah dalam hal pengelolaan dan pengisian form data pendukung laporan absensi elektronik. Perancangan aplikasi ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan dengan membaca aturan-aturan atau kebijakan mengenai penerapan absensi elektronik,  analisis data dengan menggunakan alat bantu pemodelan seperti bagan alir dokumen, diagram arus data  serta  desain sistem yang meliputi desain basis data, desain keluaran sistem serta desain masukan sistem. Hasil dari rancangan tersebut diharapkan mampu menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang mampu mempermudah pengelolaan absensi elektronik khususnya dalam menyiapkan dan mengisi form data pendukung dengan lebih simple, cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Jamur Basidiomycetes dari Familia Polyporaceae di hutan Pendidikan UniversitasHasanuddin Bengo-Bengo Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui berbagai jenis jamur Basidiomycetes makroskopis Familia Polyporaceae tumbuh di Hutan Pendidikan Universitas Hasanuddin Bengo-Bengo Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros.Penelitian ini digunakan metode jelajah (Cruise Method) sedangkan dalam identifikasi dan deskripsi specimen jamur digunakan deskriptifeksploratif. Pengambilan sampel dibagi menjadi 5 stasiun. Hasil penelitian ditemukan Familia Polyporaceaeada 18 species: Amylosporus campbellii, Laetiporus cincinnatus, Microporus affinis, Microporellus obovatus, Microporus xanthopus, Panus strigellus, Polyporus arcularius, Polyporussp., Polyporus brumalis, Polyporus varius, Polyporusdermoporus, Polyporus versicolor, Pycnoporus cinnabarinus, Trametes sp., Trametes spp.,Trametes suaveolens, Trametes versicolor, dan Ganoderma aplanatum.Kata Kunci: Jamur,Basidiomycetes, Polyporaceae, Maros

Abstract

Coconut (Cocos nucifera. L) is a plant that is very useful in the life of the rural economy. Because all parts of the coconut tree could be utilized to meet human needs. One part of the coconut that has many benefits is the coconut meat in the capture milk to be made in pure coconut oil. Aim of this study was to determine the characteristics (yield, degree of clarity and composition of fatty acids) in the VCO coconut harvested at various heights a place to grow. This research was conducted in the territory high level 0-50, 100-150 and 200-250 m above sea level in the district of Parigi Moutong In the Laboratory of Agricultural Technology Faculty of Agriculture, University Tadulako. Implementation of the study began in December 2015 - March 2016. The study design was used way completely randomized design (CRD) with the treatment of the harvested fruit in 3 grades altitude growing ie 1 = 0-50 meters above sea level, 2 = 100-150 meters asl, 3 = 200-250 meters above sea level. Each treatment was repeated five times. The research were showed altitude 0-50 m above sea level provide the highest daily temperatures were significantly different from the temperature elevation 100-150 and 200-250 m above sea level.Key words : Coconut, Virgin Coconut Oil, and Level Growing

Abstract

Moringa (Moringaoleifera Lam) is one of vegetable plants high in good nutrition such as chlorophyll and vitamin C and grows in lowland and upland up to ± 1000 m above sea level (asl). This study aimed to determine the levels of chlorophyll and vitamin C ofmoringa leaves harvested from those plants grown at different altitudes.   The research was carried out at Agroindustry Laboratory of Faculty of Agriculture, TadulakoUniversity of Palu during December 2016 - February 2017. Materials used were fresh moringa leaves. The research design used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD).  The treatment wasfour different altitudes where the plant grows i.e. 0-150 m asl;  151-300m asl, 301-450 m asl and> 451 m asl. Each treatment consisted of 4 replicates/groups so that there were 16 experimental units. The data obtained were analyzed using the variance test (F test) and continued with Tukey’s  honestly significant different test (HSD). The results showed that the altitude had a very significant effect on the contents of chlorophyll, vitamin C, and fiber, but had no significant effect on moisture content and dry weight of fresh moringa. Keywords: Chlorophyll, Moringa, The Height Of The Place Grows, Vitamin C

Abstract

AbstractA person's needs for security can be measured using negative indicators such as crime rates. Police registration data records that the number of crimes from 2014-2016 tends to increase. Everyone can experience an emergency situation. In addition to crime rates, emergency situations can occur due to accidents, fire or illness. There is no certainty when someone experiences an emergency situation, so it is necessary to minimize the impact of the emergency situation, where one of them is a rapid emergency response when someone experiences an emergency situation. The results of this study are in the form of mobile-based community rapid response applications that use the Android operating system using the Apache web server. This application also sends maps and location coordinates via a message sent by someone who is experiencing an emergency situation. This message can be sent to smartphones in the form of message notifications or non smartphones in the form of SMS.AbstrakKebutuhan seseorang akan rasa aman dapat diukur menggunakan indikator negatif seperti angka kejahatan. Data registrasi Polri mencatat jumlah kejahatan dari tahun 2014-2016 cenderung mengalami peningkatan. Setiap orang bisa saja mengalami situasi darurat. Selain tingkat kejahatan, situasi darurat dapat terjadi akibat kecelakaan, kebakaran ataupun sakit. Tidak adanya kepastian kapan seseorang mengalami situasi darurat, maka di perlukan untuk meminimalisir dampak dari stuasi darurat tersebut dimana salah satunya adalah respon tanggap darurat yang cepat ketika seseorang mengalami situasi darurat. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi respon cepat masyarakat berbasis mobile yang menggunakan sistem operasi android dengan menggunakan web server apache. Aplikasi ini juga mengirimkan peta dan titik koordinat lokasi melalui pesan yang di kirimkan seseorang yang mengalami situasi darurat. Pesan ini dapat terkirim kepada smartphone dalam bentuk notifikasi pesan maupun non smartphone dalam bentuk sms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the ratio of juice fruit dragon - sugar on the physical properties of chemical and organoleptic jelly and to get the ratio of juice dragon - sugar were giving out the best impact on the physical, chemical and organoleptic jelly and to determine levels of Anthocyanins and vitamin C dragon fruit before and after process into jelly. The research was conducted from March to May 2017 in the Laboratory of Agro-Industry Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) 1 factor. Factor is the ratio of sugar - juice dragon comprising 7 levels a ratio of 110 g of dragon fruit : 50 g sugar, 100 g of fruit juice dragon : 60 g sugar, 90 g dragon fruit : 70 g sugar, 80 g dragon fruit juice : 80 g sugar, 70 g ratio dragon fruit juice : 90 g sugar, 60 g ratio dragon fruit juice : 100 g sugar, 50 g and the ratio of dragon fruit juice : 110 g sugar. The research results on softness, the degree of clarity, total soluble solid, the lowest score of aroma, color, hardness and taste, but had higherst levels of anthocyanins and vitamin C. Flavor jelly was highest in the treatment of dragon fruit juice 80 g : 80 g sugar. Treatment of 80 g of dragon fruit juice : 80 g sugar gave a better effect on the characteristics of the dragon fruit juice jelly. Levels of anthocyanins and vitamin C of fresh dragon fruit decreased after made into jelly. Anthocyanins levels were reduced by 69.33 to 82.44% and Vitamin C from 59.89 to 86.58%.

Abstract

The aim is  to determine the effect of moringa seeds as coagulant harvested at various grow altitudes on water quality of the river and to get the best moringa seeds as coagulant that gives the best effect on the quality of palu river water. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) pattern of the factors that altitude grow consisting of 4 levels of elevation which is 36, 177, 340 and 639 m above sea level. Each treatment was repeated 4 times to obtain 16 experimental units. The data were analyzed statistically using variant analysis (ANOVA). If the treatment shows the significant effect or very significant continued with Test Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) at level 5 or 1 percent. The results showed that the coagulant moringa seeds were harvested at various grow altitudes showed very sgnificant effect on the quality of river water (pH, electrical conductivity, turbidity and total dissolved solids). Coagulant Moringa seeds of altitude grow 36 m above sea level provides the highest percentage increase of the quality of river water that lowers the pH of river water by 8.24, electrical conductivity 50.40%, turbidity 58.91% and 47.39% total dissolved solids

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) untuk mengetahui and analyze the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency; (2) to assess and analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency; (3) to mengetahui menganalisis pengaruh extrinsic motivation partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency. This type of research inikuantitatif. Population research staff at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency totaling 40 people with census sampling techniques so that the entire population sampled. Data collection techniques including observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and data analysis technique multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) There is the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency with the influence of 62.9% and the level of the strong relationship between variables; (2) There is the influence of intrinsic motivation partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency. Intrinsic motivation in this research are influenced by the recognition as recognition of the work ability, whereas the intrinsic motivation of employees who have indicated is a matter of individual responsibility as the completion of the work not on time; (3) There is the influence of motivation eksrinsik partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency. Extrinsic motivation in this research are influenced by incentives, while extrinsic motivation is the employee who has not obtained adequate working facilities used.
