Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan membaca melalui metode PQRST . Metode PQRST merupakan metode pembelajaran yang mempunyai beberapa tahap. Pembelajaran membaca sangat penting bagi pengembangan pembelajaran bahasa. Siswa masi minim dalam minat membaca, dan kurangnya variasi dari metode pembelajaran membaca di kelas. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu (1) lembar observasi untuk menilai keaktifan siswa, (2) angket untuk mengetahui minat siswa (3) tes tulis untuk mengetahui hasil belajar,khususnya membaca pemahaman. Analisa data menggunakan prosentase untuk menggambarkan keaktifan siswa, minat, dan prosentase ketuntasan klasikal dalam satu kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, metode PQRST dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca. Metode ini dapat diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran yang dominan belajarnya yaitu harus membaca, seperti pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris. Dengan penerapan metode PQRST dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa baik secara individu maupun kelompok, sehingga pemahaman siswa terhadap bacaan mengalami peningkatan

Abstract

PT Argha Perdana Kencana is engaged in manufacturing molding which produces styrofoam molding tools with manual equipment and machines. The problem of PT Argha at the moment is the high level of work accidents in the machining division, so the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause work accidents and the application of an appropriate OHS system to minimize work accidents specifically in the machining division. The method used is the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA) with the SPAR-H approach. By knowing the level of hazard risk effects from activities with likelihood and severity criteria and determining the level of risk (risk level) of each activity using the HIRA method, then determining the level of performance shaping factors (PSF) associated with HR and its activities. Based on the HIRA method and the SPAR-H approach, researchers can conclude that the highest occupational accidents in refinement activities are due to the high stress levels on HR at work, the high level of complexity, incomplete work procedures and an un ergonomic work environment. To solve this problem, it is advisable to procure adequate PPE according to standards, retraining workers and standardizing the work environment according to company needs.

Abstract

Pembelajaraan karakter sangat diperlukan , agar siswa dapat dibekali lebih dini tentang tantangan zaman yang cepat berubah. Perubahan tersebut dapat diimbangi, dengan pendidikan karakter yang mumpuni , sehingga para siswa mempunyai jiwa dan hati yang teduh, saling tepo seliro, saling menghormati dan kasih sayang pada sesamanya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli dan Agustus 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan pelaksanaan kegiatan secara langsung serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pembelajaran akhlakul karimah melalui kegiatan Idul Adha, terlihat siswa lebih toleran dan menghormati sesama siswa serta dapat menghormat kepada para guru dan orang tua dirumah. Selain itu mereka lebih memahami secara teori dan praktek nilai- nilai pengorbanan pada perayaan Idul Adha.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran,Karakter,Idul Adha. Abstract Character learning is needed, so students can be equipped early about the challenges of a rapidly changing era. These changes can be balanced, with qualified character education, so that students have a shady heart and heart, tepo seliro each other, mutual respect and affection for each other. The implementation of community service activities was carried out in July and August 2019. The method used was a lecture and direct implementation of activities and evaluation of activities. The results of the morality learning activities through the activities of Eid al-Adha, students look more tolerant and respectful of fellow students and can respect teachers and parents at home. In addition they better understand in theory and practice of the values of sacrifice at the celebration of Eid al-Adha.Keywords : Learning,character ,Idul Adha

Abstract

The research aims to find out the strategies and applications of character education at school which are balanced with Islamic religious learning at Attaqwa Bekasi West Java Middle School. This research method is a qualitative study whose data is obtained from observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that character education coupled with religious learning has a real character learning strategy, such as visiting an orphanage, doing real practices such as reading the Quran ( holy book ). Character education must be integrated in religious education. The role of religion can meet the needs humans in terms of the directors, mentors, and balancing characters of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in home education, second, to describe how parents control the use of devices at home, and third, to describe the extent to which the role of parents in controlling the use of devices in children at home. This research method uses an approach approach. qualitative method is used to examine the condition of an object that is natural, the researcher is the key instrument, data collection is done by triangulation (observation, interviews, documentation). The results showed that there are still some parents who can regulate and control the use of gadgets for children at home. This is due to limited time, not living with parents, and child care has been given to other families or helpers. The impact of excessive use of gadgets needs to be addressed wisely by parents and teachers in schools. Appropriate policies need to be taken. Parents who can already limit the use of devices at home must apply consistently and continuously. Teachers must be able to communicate with parents, so that devices do not damage the system and student achievement.

Abstract

Abstrak.Metode Pembelajaran akan terus berkembang seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Guru sebagai pembimbing di dalam dan luar kelas,mempunyai peran yang penting dalam kemajuan bangsa ini. Guru dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang berkembang sangat pesat. Pemakaian metode pembelajaran yang tepat ikut menentukan keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Metode eksperimen digunakan untuk memperoleh data pembelajaran menulis metode TGT. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMK Insan Mulia.Sampel yag digunnakan ebanyak satu kelas,sebanyak 30 siswa,kelas X. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa,tes uraian. Uji prasyarat yag digunakan ,berupa uji Normalitas dan Homogenitas,serta uji –t . Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas X SMK Insan Mulia tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 sebelum pembelajaran dengan metode TGT nilai rerata,sedangkan kemampuan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas X SMK Insan Mulia sesudah pembelajaran dengan metode TGT nilai siswa mengalami kenaikan sebesar` Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran TGT, Menulis, Narasi. Abstract The Learning Method will continue to evolve with the development of science and technology. Teachers as mentors inside and outside the classroom, have an important role in the progress of this nation. Teachers can adapt to the rapidly evolving development of science and technology. Use of appropriate learning methods also determine the success of teaching and learning process. The method used in this research is experiment. The experimental method is used to obtain learning data writing TGT method. The population in the study were all students of SMK Insan Mulia.Sampel yag used ebanyak one class, as many as 30 students, class X. Sampling technique with random sampling. The instrument used is a description test. The prerequisite test used, in the form of Normality and Homogeneity test, and the -t test. The result of the research shows that the ability to write narration of class X students of SMK Insan Mulia in the academic year 2017/2018 before the learning with TGT method of mean value, while the ability to write narration of class X students of SMK Insan Mulia after learning by TGT method the students score increased by ` Keywords: TGT Learning, Writing, Naration

Abstract

Character learning is very important in the formation of national buildings. This education is an education whose results cannot be directly felt by parents and educators. In addition, this education requires a long time. With the reading strategy, it is hoped that the student's character can be embedded and well patterned. Through good and appropriate reading, students are able to absorb all what they have read. The purpose of this research is to reveal how to cultivate students' character by practicing reading, and what students and teachers face at school. This research uses qualitative methods and literature study research. Respondents were 4 teachers and 4 junior high school students. The results of the study stated that the teacher inserted character material in the middle of the subject, besides that the teacher gave directions to students to read in the library or elsewhere. Constraints faced by students in realizing reading literacy, incomplete reading sources and real examples from teachers and parents at home

Abstract

AbstrakPengajaran bahasa Indonesia terdiri dari beberapa aspek kemampuan berbahasa dan bersastra. Kemampuan berbahasa dan bersastra meliputi empat aspek keterampilan, yaitu keterampilan membaca, menulis, menyimak, dan berbicara, salah satu dari keempat keterampilan itu yakni keterampilan menulis. Keterampilan menulis tidak dapat diperoleh secara alamiah, tetapi melalui proses belajar mengajar. Karangan narasi merupakan suatu cara pengembangan paragraf yang dirangkai sesuai kronologinya dengan urutan awal, tengah, dan akhir. Karangan narasi lebih condong kepada tujuan untuk memperluas wawasan dan menghibur pembaca. Model pembelajaran Picture and Picture adalah suatu metode belajar yang menggunakan gambar dan dipasangkan atau diurutkan menjadi urutan logis. Pembelajaran ini memiliki ciri Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, dan Menyenangkan. Nilai Menulis Karangan Narasi Sebelum Penyuluhan 70.10 sedangkan Nilai Menulis Karangan Narasi Sesudah Penyuluhan 75.90

Abstract

The aims of this study were: (1) Class VIII-1 students' learning activities at SMP Negeri 10 Depok in applying the Non-Directive Method using Map Media. (2) student learning outcomes of class VIIII in applying the non-directive method using map media. The subjects in this study were 38 class VIII-1 students of SMP Negeri 10 Depok. Data collection techniques used direct and indirect communication, the data collection tool in this study used observation and test sheets. The tests used are in accordance with the achieved curriculum objectives and are taken from textbooks for class VIII SMP Negeri 10 Depok. To collect research data using worksheets and post tests. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle has stages - the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in students' learning abilities with student mastery reaching 35.18% then increasing in cycle I to 46.22%. From the results of the research, it can be seen also the increase in students' learning abilities with worksheets in cycles. 1. the level of student completeness reached 69.44% then increased in cycle II to 94.44%. From the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the non-directive learning method can increase student learning activities and outcomes in SMP Negeri 10 Depok students in the 2010/2011 academic year.
