Abstract

This study aims to find out to improve teacher competence in using learning media through In House Training (IHT) activities at SD Negeri 004 Tebing Tinggi, Kuantan Singingi District. The subjects in this study were all 8 teachers at SDN 004 Tebing Tinggi. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of In House Training, obtained the average value of all indicators in cycle I and cycle II with good criteria with an increase of 6.21 points. (2) Teacher performance improvement results in (a) pedagogic aspects, seen from the average score, the results obtained in cycle I with good criteria, while in cycle II with very good criteria, with an increase in value of 5.56. (b) Personality aspect, seen from the average value, the results obtained in the first cycle with good criteria, while in the second cycle with very good criteria, there was an increase of 5.56. (c) The social aspect of the average value in the first cycle with good criteria, while in the second cycle with very good criteria, with an increase of 8.51. (d) the professional aspect obtained the average score in the first cycle with good criteria, while in the second cycle with very good criteria, with an increase of 6.25. Therefore, it can be concluded that teacher competence in using learning media can be increased through IHT activities at SDN 004 Tebing Tinggi, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the solutions for recording marriages following the issuance of Supreme Court Circular (SEMA) Number 2 of 2023. According to the law, a marriage is valid if it meets the cumulative elements of Article 2, paragraphs (1) and (2), which require that it be in accordance with religious and belief systems and recorded according to regulations. Conversely, a marriage is invalid if it does not comply with religious and belief laws, resulting in the inability to register it. Before the issuance of the SEMA, interfaith marriages could be registered at the Civil Registry Office by submitting a registration application to the local District Court. However, after the issuance of this circular, such registration is no longer possible. The research method adopts a normative juridical approach, delving into literature data, particularly legislation. Despite the new regulations, interfaith marriage registrations can still occur, as judges may base their decisions on the Population Administration Law rather than the Marriage Law. Article 56, paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law essentially requires Indonesian citizens to comply with the marriage law, leaving no room for interfaith marriages. Therefore, to prevent registrations by judges at all court levels, it is necessary to reconstruct the Population Administration Law and require that one of the parties adheres to the religion and/or beliefs of their partner.

Abstract

Globalisasi ekonomi dalam konteks hukum ekonomi memiliki hubungan erat dengan aspirasi mencapai konsep negara kesejahteraan (welfare state) yang diinginkan oleh Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu globalisasi ekonomi mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang merata di berbagai negara. Di sisi lain, globalisasi ekonomi berpotensi menyebabkan penurunan daya saing produk-produk lokal, yang mungkin tidak dapat bersaing dengan barang-barang impor. Hal ini mengakibatkan sektor usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang menghasilkan barang-barang tersebut menghadapi tantangan yang berat dari penetrasi produk asing. Hubungan globalisasi ekonomi pada ranah hukum juga signifikan. Globalisasi ini tidak hanya melibatkan perjanjian antar negara, tetapi juga menggabungkan pemahaman mengenai tradisi hukum dan budaya yang berbeda antara Barat dan Timur. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya pembangunan hukum yang bersifat inovatif. Pembangunan hukum yang inovatif dalam konteks ini merujuk pada perubahan dalam sistem hukum ekonomi yang selama ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh prinsip-prinsip liberal dan telah menjadi kendali negara-negara maju.

Abstract

Abstract. Correctional institutions should be able to carry out their functions optimally, namely making prisoners become better human beings after serving a period of detention, but in reality this hope has not been realized optimally. The aim of the research is to determine the forms of development of female convicts. This type of research is descriptive field research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that there are 2 forms of coaching, namely first, independence coaching, second, spiritual or religious coaching. The material for religious formation is learning Tahsin al-Qur'an, Tahfiz, the areas of aqidah, worship and morals. Direct interaction coaching methods, persuasive coaching, planned coaching, individual and group approaches. Padang Class IIB Women's Penitentiary has held a Joint Commitment Signing and signing of cooperation with stakeholders related to the implementation of the main tasks and functions of Corrections, namely with the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Sumatra Province, the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang City, the Padang Education and Training Center and Bung Hatta University in Padang .
