The research method used a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were people who lived in the Sebanga Health Center working area with a sample of 62 people. The data collection technique used total sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between environmental factors (p value: 0.000) and family behavior (p value: 0.000) with the incidence of DHF. It is recommended for health workers to be able to provide education to the community about health behavior in order to increase mosquito eradication movements by cleaning the surrounding environment, always routinely once a week cleaning water reservoirs, recommending to install, wire gauze ventilation, suggesting that a room area > 8 m² is used for 2 or more people, and planting ornamental plants to maintain room humidity to the community. Keywords: DHF, environment, family

Abstract: Tuberculosis is an environmentally-based disease that still poses a threat to public health worldwide. Based on data from the Payakumbuh City Health Office, the Tarok Health Center Working Area has the highest incidence of pulmonary TB in Payakumbuh City in 2022. The purpose of the study was to determine the determinants of the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. The type of research is quantitative with a case control approach. The research was conducted at the Tarok Health Center in Payakumbuh City. The population was all TB patients who lived in the Tarok Health Center working area. As for the control population, they were people who had checked their sputum at the Tarok Health Center laboratory and were declared negative for TB by the lab results. The sample amounted to 44 cases and 44 controls. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis was done univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between contact history (p value: 0.017) and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. It is recommended that health center staff should increase direct visits to the homes of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis to see firsthand the condition of the physical environment of the house and to find out whether there is a possibility that the patient's family is infected so that preventive measures can be taken. For this reason, recording the patient's address in the register book must be clear and complete to facilitate home visits. Keywords: Environment, Contact History, Tuberculosis.

The community-based early warning system for flood disaster preparedness (SIBAT) is one of the means for preventing flood disasters. The aim of this research is to describeThe relationship between the characteristics of sibat cadres and knowledge about community-based early warning system strategies for flood disaster preparedness (sibat) on the banks of the Bengawan Solo River, Blora Regency. Research methods This is a quantitative approachcross sectional  with a total sample of 110 SIBAT cadres selected using the Slovin method. Data was collected using a questionnaire sheet, then analyzed usingChi Square. The research results show that from3 The independent variable is significantly related to the dependent variable, the age variable with pvalue 0.013, gender variable with pvalue 0.071, education level variable with pvalue 0.013. which means that each variable has a strong relationship with the dependent variable, namely with knowledge about the Community-based Disaster Information System on the banks of the Bengawan Solo River. Keywords: SIBAT cadres, disaster preparedness, floods
