Abstract

This research is entitled Acquisition of Library Material in the library of SMP N 5 Kotabaru. The purpose of the author is to find out the procedure for the acquisition of library materials that are located in the library of SMP N 5 Kotabaru. The sample of this study in the library of SMP N 5 Kotabaru. This study applies qualitative methods. How to collect data using observation, interviews and documentation. This study directs the library to require standard documents in the written acquisition library. This acquisition includes the selection of library materials carried out by teachers, staff, librarians and students. The library acquisition system is carried out through purchases, grants and contributions.

Abstract

Dakwah experienced significantly develop along with the progress of the time. This can be seen from the number of followers, methods, and media used by the dai. Modernization also provides a role for dakwah activities through the provision of various media that can be used as a means of dawah. The use of social media, for example, provides opportunities for effective and efficient dakwah activities compared to the previous era. This study intends to describe the meaning of dakwah messages in uploading the Yusuf Mansyur Network account on Facebook social media through the determination of research objects, research methods, resources, processing, and data analysis. There were 350 uploads on the Yusuf Mansyur Network account. These data were reviewed using three approaches to the meaning study proposed by Alston. The results of this study show that uploads on these accounts can be categorized into Islamic messages in the fields of theology, worship, and morals. Egalitarian social media characters allow direct interaction between the dai and the object of his dakwah. This egalitarian communication character is seen in uploads and responses in the form of comments from followers of the Yusuf Mansyur Network account.

Abstract

Nur Latifah. 16.11.1001.3509.031 Pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai terhadap Produktivitas Organisasi pada Kantor Kelurahan Sidodadi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai terhadap Produktivitas Organisasi kantor Kelurahan Sidodadi..Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang diambil yakni penelitian verifikatif (causalitas) yaitu suatu penelitian untuk mencari hubungan sebab akibat antara independen variabel dengan dependen variabelBerdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kinerja Pegawai terhadap Produktivitas Organisasi pada Kantor Kelurahan Sidodadi. hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi propabilitasnya yang lebih kecil dari 0.05 yakni sebesar 0.006 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.230 dengan tanda positif. Dengan rentan korelasi 0,40 - 0,59. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Organisasi dapat diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the pronunciation problems in children aged 5-6 years in Islamic Kindergarten Nahdatul Ulama Palangka Raya. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, with the research subjects of 2 children and 1 class teacher. using direct observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation then analyzed using data reduction stages of data presentation and drawing conclusions. the results of this study indicate that the lack of understanding of educators in recognizing children's language development from an early age so that children do not get the proper treatment related to articulation disorders experienced. Early detection of growth and development is a way to prevent the occurrence of these disorders. The way that educators can do is to always monitor children's language development and collaborate with experts in their fields such as psychologists or therapists. In addition, teachers must also involve parents in every process of children's language development at school.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan permasalahan pengucapan pada anak yang berusia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Nahdatul Ulama PalangkaRaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian 2 orang anak dan 1 orang guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya pemahaman pendidik dalam mengenali perkembangan bahasa anak sejak dini, sehingga anak tidak mendapatkan perlakuan yang seharusnya terkait gangguan artikulasi yang dialami. Deteksi tumbuh kembang sejak dini merupakan suatu cara pencegahan terjadinya gangguantersebut. Cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh pendidik adalah selalu memantau perkembangan bahasa anak serta bekerjasama dengan para ahli dibidangnya seperti psikolog ataupun therapis. Selain itu, guru juga harus melibatkan orangtua dalam setiap prosesperkembangan bahasa anak di sekolah.
