Abstract

PT. Pelayaran Tonasa Lines in Pangkep Regency is a company engaged in commercial and industrial equipment which is required to compete with other companies in the same field. Therefore, it needs a leader who can encourage its employees. This research aims to determine the effect of autocratic leadership style, participatory leadership style, and delegation leadership style on employee morale at the Cooperative PT. Pelayaran Tonasa Lines in Pangkep Regency. It was expected to find an appropriate leadership style for the cooperative PT. Pelayaran Tonasa Lines in Pangkep Regency. The impacts of each company's operational activities will automatically affect the environment and the community around the company running its business. One of the operational activities in the company is the production data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The research object was all employees of the cooperative PT. Pelayaran Tonasa Lines in Pangkep Regency that consisted of 49 people. The results showed autocratic leadership style had a negative and insignificant effect on employee morale, while the participatory leadership style and the delegation leadership style had a positive and significant impact on employee morale at the cooperative PT. Pelayaran Tonasa Lines in Pangkep Regency. The company's leader must establish appropriate intense communication among all employees so that problems and organizational development can be overcome jointly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of commitment and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Jenneponto Regency This study found that there was a positive and significant effect of commitment and work discipline on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Jenneponto Regency, with the formulation of the linear equation Y = 3.544+0.356X1+0.590X2. R square of 0.910 which means that employee performance is influenced by commitment and work discipline by 91%. From this research, the researcher concludes that the variables of commitment and work discipline must be considered and improved to produce good productivity or employee performance so that organizational goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze corporate social responsibility disclosure to companies with financial performance as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research type. We conducted this study on the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange involving 13 companies. The type of data is secondary in the company's annual financial report. For data analysis using descriptive statistical techniques, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that CSR disclosure has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. At the same time, CSR disclosure negatively and significantly impacts financial performance. Based on the path analysis method, corporate social responsibility disclosure cannot affect company value and financial performance. We suggest that companies consistently implement CSR even though it does not affect company value because companies still have to manage the impacts that arise.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. perilaku organisasi terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu perilaku individu dan perialku kelompok. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 karyawan PT. Niagatama Intimulia Makassar, menggunakan analisis uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan SPSS 12. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perilaku individu dan perilaku kelompok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Dari dua variabel bebas terlihat bahwa variabel perilaku kelompok lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, hal ini disebebkan karena dengan adanya kekompakan dalan bekerja tim atau kelompok maka mereka dapat menghadapi berbagai persoalan yang muncul dalam pekerjaan. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Organisasi, Prestasi Kerja Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of organizational behavior on employee performance. Organizational behavior consists of two variables, namely individual behavior and group behavior. Respondents in this study were 170 employees of PT. Niagatama Intimulia Makassar, using t-test and f-test analysis with the help of SPSS 12. This study found that individual behavior and group behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the two independent variables it can be seen that the group behavior variable is more dominant in influencing employee work performance, this is because with the cohesiveness in working in a team or group, they can deal with various problems that arise at work. Abstract

The research was conducted with the intention of evaluating how product quality and service influence purchasing decisions at the Richeese Factory branch in Makassar city. Product quality and service are identified as factors that have the potential to influence how consumers make purchasing decisions. Quantitative methods were used in this study, and questionnaires as a medium to collect data from Richeese Factory consumers in Makassar. The results of the analysis suggest that there is a positive and significant effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions. The product quality for the regression coefficient is 0.345, which indicates that each increase in product quality will increase purchasing decisions by 0.345 points. In addition, the service quality for the regression coefficient is 0.497, which means that if each increase of 1 point in service quality will increase purchasing decisions by 0.497 points. This confirms that both product quality and service quality have a positive and important effect on the decision to purchase consumer products or services. This is in line with theory and previous research which emphasizes the importance of maintaining product quality and service quality.
