Abstract

In Indonesia, fruit and vegetable consumption is still low, especially among school-age children. culture, environment, socioeconomic, and ethnic background are factors that influence vegetable consumption. Education can help improve children's knowledge and perceptions about fruit and vegetable consumption. This research aims to determine the effect of the storytelling method through fairy tale books on children's knowledge and attitudes regarding fruit and vegetable consumption in MIN 2 Bengkulu City. This research shows that fairy tale book media intervention students' knowledge and attitude showed significant effect with p-value <  0.001. So that it can be concluded that storytelling method through fairy tale book media can be an alternative learning method in the classroom to increase children awareness, knowledge, and attitudes about the importance of consuming and vegetables.

Abstract

Complementary food for breast milk (MP-ASI) is food or drink that contains nutrients and is given to babies or children aged 6-24 months, to meet nutritional needs other than breast milk. MP-ASI is given according to the age of the toddler, namely MP-ASI for babies aged 6-9 months, MP-ASI for babies aged 9-12 months and MP-ASI for babies aged 12-24 months (Abeng & Hardiyanti, 2019). The aim of this research is to determine mothers' knowledge about providing complementary breast milk to babies aged over 6 months to 24 months in Muncan Village, Kopang District, Central Lombok Regency, in 2023. The research used in this research is a descriptive method. This research focused on finding out mothers' knowledge about giving MP-ASI to babies aged over 6 months to 24 months. The sample collection technique used purposive sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. The results of research on maternal knowledge regarding giving complementary foods to breast milk for babies aged over 6 months to 24 months showed that 20 respondents (60.6%) had poor knowledge, followed by 8 respondents (24.2%) who had sufficient knowledge and 8 respondents (24.2%) who had good knowledge. 5 respondents (15.2%). Based on research conducted in Muncan Village, Kopang District, Central Lombok Regency, it was concluded that: 20 respondents (60.6%) had less knowledge about providing complementary breast milk (MP-ASI).

Abstract

Penggunaan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang masih sangat rendah dikarenakan kurangnya peran tenaga kesehatan memberikan informasi tentang kelebihan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang sehingga pengetahuan masyarakat masih kurang (Kemenkes RI, 2017). Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan data yang didapatkan dari PWS KB Polindes Jelantik Tahun 2022 Bulan Juli Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) yang ada di Dusun Aik Ampat sebanyak 118 orang. KB aktif sebesar 64 (65,625%) dengan pengguna kondom sebesar 0 (0%), Pil 3 (4,6875%), Suntik 42 (65,625%), AKDR 1 (1,5625%), Implant 18 (28,125%), MOW 0 (0%), MOP 0 (0%). (PWS KB Polindes Jelantik 2022). Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) tentang Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) di Dusun Aik Ampat Desa Jelantik Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dengan Responden sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan pada penelitian mayoritas adalah tingkat pengetahuan cukup dengan presentase (57%). Di ikuti dengan tingkat pengetahuan kurang dengan presentase (27%). Dan baik dengan presentase 17%. Kesimpulan: Karakteristik responden berdasarkan umur terbanyak 20-35 tahun sebanyak 25 (83%) responden, pendidikan terbanyak adalah SMA sebanyak 14 (47%) responden, pekerjaan terbanyak adalah IRT sebanyak 24 (80%) responden. Pengetahuan Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) tentang Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) di Dusun Aik Ampat Desa Jelantik Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah mayoritas cukup yaitu 17 (57%) responden.

Abstract

Lari merupakan salah satu jenis olahraga sederhana yang mudah dilakukan oleh siapapun. Mengetahui Target Heart Rate (THR) pada saat berlari dapat membantu seseorang mendapatkan manfaat optimal dari aktivitas yang dilakukan. Target Heart Rate adalah nilai detak jantung yang harus dicapai selama latihan. Pemantauan nilai THR secara manual sulit dilakukan oleh Personal Trainer (PT), terutama dalam situasi latihan yang intens dengan banyak pelari yang harus dipantau secara bersamaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pemantauan THR otomatis yang dapat membantu personal trainer dalam mengawasi semua pelari. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem monitoring target heart rate pada aktivitas berlari menggunakan sinyal electrocardigraphy berbasis shimmer, yang dapat membantu personal trainer dalam memonitor melalui GUI Matlab. Sistem ini memanfaatkan algoritma Pan-Tompkins untuk mendeteksi puncak R dalam sinyal ECG, yang kemudian digunakan dalam perhitungan nilai target heart rate. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memonitor aktivitas berlari dengan akurasi tinggi pada beberapa pengujian yaitu: akurasi saat kondisi subjek duduk 97,33%, akurasi kondisi subjek berlari 84,07%, akurasi THR dan resting heart rate (RHR) 99,75% dan 97,59%. Sistem juga berhasil menampilkan hasil seluruh monitoring dalam bentuk GUI matlab, dari awal proses monitoring hingga saat subjek telah mencapai target heart rate. Kata kunci: Berlari, Electrocardiography, THR, Pan-Tompkins.

Abstract

The research aims to explore the words Al Fitnatu in Q.S. al-Baqarah verse 191, the author highlights the lafaz Al Fitnatu which is interpreted as fitnah. Looking at the socio-historical conditions in the books of Tafsir, it is certainly not in accordance with the current understanding (Indonesian society). The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of Al Fitnatu in the Qur'an, while the research method that the author uses is descriptive analysis method by using library data, so this research is library research. The results of this study are that Al Fitnatu in the context of tafsir means shirk and kufr, a disaster that will plunge into hell. While the misunderstanding of the meaning of the word fitnah in the context of Indonesian society is more due to the simplification or oversimplification of the meaning of the word fitnah in Arabic. The word fitnah in Indonesian is unable to accommodate the meaning contained in Arabic.

Abstract

Kelurahan Anggut Atas has been determined to have a fostered area for Tri Dharma of Higher Education activities. The Department of Health Promotion, as a form of activity, among others, activities in the Real Work Practice Village Laboratory (PKNLD) were carried out January 30 to March 11, 2023. Activities begin with the Family Approach (PIS-PK) and Self-Inspection Survey (SMD) to determine health problems. The priority problem of Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) was determined, namely Hypertension Disease which is related to lifestyle and many suffer from the Elderly. The implementation of case finding, management and prevention of hypertension patients in the fostered area of the Health Promotion Study Program in Kelurahan Anggurt Atas, The Result Every Friday for 4 weeks in the courtyard of the At Taqwa Mosque, February 2023 exercise activities are carried out together with blood pressure measurements for 35 residents, it is found that 10 residents have hypertension with an average BP of 145/90 mmHg and 25 residents are normal, February 24 2023 exercise activities and BP measurements blood totaling 38 people, there were 22 people with hypertension and poetryberian juce melon. February 27, 2023, door to door visits to families of 10 families and distribution of celery seeds to families of 10 people suffering from hypertension who were met door to door, blood pressure checks with average results of 130/100 mmHg and education. March 3, 2023 and 10 In March 2023, 42 and 45 residents took part in exercise together with education on hypertension, lifestyle and self-care and blood pressure checks. This activity was successful and received support from the village health center, neighborhood associations, neighborhood associations and cadres as seen by the enthusiasm of the community to participate in the activity. It is hoped that routine and integrated activities for the prevention and control of hypertension and other NCDs can be used as an example for other regions.   Keywords: Prevention, management, hypertension

Abstract

One of the issues today is juvenile deliquency, manifesting in actions outside of self-awareness and self-control, such as rape, murder, theft, and involvement in drug trafficking. The purpose of this research is to determine 1) the social-emotional condition of problematic children in Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Banda Aceh (Special Child Rehabilitation Institution), and 2) the causes of deviant behavior in the social-emotion aspects of children in LPKA Class II Banda Aceh. The research method used is quantitative research with descriptive statistics and pre-experimental pretest-posttest and supported by in-depth interviews. Quantitative data analysis used One Way Anova with descriptive statistics and operated with SPSS 22 software, and supported by qualitative method. The instrument used in this research is the Social Emotio Character Development (SECD) with 28 statement items. The subjects are all children in LPKA Class II Banda Aceh, which is 22 individuals, all of whom are male. The results of the research show that the social-emotional values of children in LPKA have the low social-emotional level consists of 5 individuals (23%), the moderate level consists of 6 individuals (27%), and those with high social-emotional levels consist of 11 individuals (50%). Low social-emotional individuals are those with cases of theft and rape. From the interview results, it is found that the main factor causing deviant behavior in the social-emotional aspects of problematic children is the environment, as the primary factor influencing the social-emotional aspects of children in LPKA Class II Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Community life in the economic field is growing, so that new forms of economic transactions are also growing, this is inseparable from the review of Islamic law. Therefore, the discussion of usury issues will always be actual, because it is directly related to people's lives. Banks that run interest-based operations are often associated with usury issues. However, when bank interest is associated with usury, this raises controversy and raises the question of whether bank interest is the same as usury. There are two groups that address this, first the neo revivalism group which states that bank interest is usury. Second, the modernist group that says bank interest is different from usury. In this problem still contains a question, what is actually meant by the Qur'an with usury that is forbidden. To get information about this problem, the author tries to discuss it in a scientific work with the title reviewing the statement of the views of al-Azhar scholars about usury, bank interest and credit.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam pengembangan system informasi adalah ketidakkonsistenan pengembang/perancang. Seringkali tahapan terhenti sampai evaluasi, bahkan hanya sampai perancangan dan uji cobaa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan disajikan dalam bentuk naratif menggambarkan persepsi pengguna terhadap aplikasi melalui metode pengembangan system informasi waterfall. Variabel yang akan diteliti meliputi 7 variabel, yaitu : 1). Variabel persepsi pengguna terhadap rekonstruksi rancangan display, 2). Variabel persepsi Pengguna terhadap Rekonstruksi Rancangan aplikasi user friendly untuk penyampaian notifikasi (pesan), 3). Variabel persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use) setelah aplikasi direkonstruksi, 4). Variabel persepsi kebermanfaatan penggunaan (Perceived Usefullness) setelah aplikasi direkonstruksi, 5). Variabel sikap kegunaan (Attitude toward Using) setelah aplikasi direkonstruksi, 6). Variabel niat perilaku (Behavioral Interntion) setelah aplikasi direkonstruksi, dan 7). Variabel minat Penggunaan (Actual System Use) setelah aplikasi direkonstruksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan 5% responden menilai adanya perbaikan terhadap display aplikasi SIPESANPOS, yaitu display conten aplikasi pada menu pemberitahuan push dan 95% responden menjawab tidak perlu perbaikan. 100% responden menilai tidak perlu perbaikan terhadap aplikasi user friendly untuk menyampaikan notifikasi pesan pada aplikasi SIPESANPOS, 100% responden menyatakan sikap positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, 100% responden menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa aplikasi SIPESANPUS bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kinerja, 100% responden menyatakan sikap positif terhadap persepsi kegunaan aplikasi, 100% responden menyatakan sangat setuju memiliki niat menggunakan aplikasi SIPESANPOS, 100% responden menyatakan berminat menggunakan aplikasi SIPESANPOS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah diperolehnya persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use), persepsi kegunaan (Perceived Usefullness), sikap kegunaan (Attitude toward Using), niat perilaku (Behavioral Interntion), minat Penggunaan (Actual System Use) terhadap aplikasi
